应用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白－过氧化物酶（ＳＰ）法染色技术测定６５例非小细胞肺癌（ＮＳＣＬＣ）组织标本的ＣＤ４４ｖ６、ＶＥＧＦ、Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和ｎｍ２３基因蛋白的表达水平。显示ＣＤ４４ｖ６、ＶＥＧＦ、Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２及ｎｍ２３在ＮＳＣＬＣ组织中表达的阳性率分别为６６．２％、７８．５％、６３．１％及７３．８％,均显著高于癌旁组织;上述四项指标阳性率与ＮＳＣＬＣ的病理类型无明显关系;区域性淋巴结转移组ＣＤ

Bc1-2 基因加强表达对 OA 诱发的细胞编程死亡的效应

ＯＡ能诱发人神经母细胞瘤ＳＫ细胞进行编程死亡．死亡细胞缩小变圆，细胞质凝聚，ＤＮＡ有控降解成约２００ｂｐ左右的片段，且这一过程可由蛋白质合成抑制剂亚胺环己酮（ＣＨＸ）抑制．将编码Ｂｃ１－２全长蛋白质的ｃＤＮＡ植入ｐＸＪ４１ｎｅｏ载体中，使其表达由ＨＣＭＶ病毒启动子控制．形成的顺义（ｐＢｃｌ－２－Ｓ）及反义（ｐＢｃｌ－２－ＡＳ）表达质粒经转染导入ＳＫ细胞中获得稳定转染子，Ｗｅｓｔ－ｅｒｎ印迹表明顺义转染子表达较大量的２６ｋｄＢｃ１－２蛋白，而反义转染子则不表达．增强表达的Ｂｃ１－２基因产物对ＯＡ引ＳＫ细胞编程死亡无抑制效应．

本文研究了１－苯基－３－甲基－４－（α－呋喃甲酰基）－５－吡唑酮（ＨＡ）单独萃取Ｙ（Ⅲ）及其与二苯亚砜（ＤＰＳＯ），磷酸三丁酯（ＴＢＰ）或三辛基氧膦（ＴＯＰＯ）协同萃取Ｙ（Ⅲ）的行为。确定了萃合物的组成分别为ＹＡ＿３，ＹＡ＿３·ＤＰＳＯ，ＹＡ＿３·ＴＢＰ和ＹＡ＿２（ＮＯ＿３）·２ＴＯＰＯ．算得萃取平衡常数分别为：ｌｏｇＫ＿（Ａ（ＨＡ））＝－６．８６，１ｏｇＫ＿（ＡＢ（ＨＡ＋ＤＰＳＯ））＝－３．８９，ｌｏｇＫ＿（ＡＢ（ＨＡ＋ＴＢＰ））＝－２．５３和ｌｏｇＫ＿（ＡＢ（ＨＡ＋ＴＯＰＯ））＝５．１３．     

层状K－Ni－Ti金属氧化物的制备及性质研究

本文以ＫＮＯ３，Ｎｉ（ＮＯ３）２，ＴｉＯ２为原料，通过固相反应，制备出高结晶度Ｋ－Ｎｉ－Ｔｉ层状金属氧化物（简称“ＬＭＯ”），并详细考察了制备条件，筛选出最佳合成条件。经ＸＲＤ，ＳＥＭ，ＴＧ－ＤＴＡ及ＢＥＴ表征，初步探讨了Ｋ－Ｎｉ－ＴｉＬＭＯ的基本性能，说明该ＬＭＯ具有较高的热稳定性。同时，ＨＡＣ，ＮＨ４Ｃｌ，正己铵的引入，使ＬＭＯ的网面间距由０．７８ｕｍ分别增加到０．８６ｎｍ，０．８８ｎｍ和２．３３ｎｍ．     

铕─偶氮胂Ⅲ溶液相和树脂相配合物的研究及树脂导数光谱初探

本文研究了－偶氮胂Ⅲ（ＡｒＳⅢ）配合物在溶液中和在离子交换树脂中的形成条件．给出了－ＡｒｓⅢ在溶液中和树脂中各自的吸收光谱，λｍａｘ液＝６５０．３ｎｍ，λｍａｘ树脂＝６６０ｎｍ。在大量硝酸盐存在下，与形成Ｅｕ（ＮＯ３）３），该配阴离子与ＡｒⅢ显色后，能为强碱性阴离子交换树脂吸附，以ＮＯ－３型树脂吸附率高且保持恒定。对溶液相及树脂相配合物的组成研究表明：溶液相Ｅｕ：ＡⅢ＝１：１；树脂相Ｅｕ：ＡｒｓⅢ＝１：６。树脂配合物一阶导数光谱峰位置为：５７６．０（＋）ｎｍ，１．５９９（十）Ｄ１；６５５．２（－１）ｎｍ，２．１１４（－）Ｄ１。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
