本文报道的是一种在微机网络环境下,对多台浆纱机生产过程的实时数据库管理系统。该系统将实时采样信息与静态输入信息合二为一,生产管理人员可在控制台随时对该综合数据库进行各种可能的操作。由此将企业浆纱工艺生产管理自动化水平向前推进了一大步。在该系统中,网络工作站负责前台采样及动态信息显示,网络服务器进行数据集成管理与人机对话。对多信息,多机台实时采样而产生的动态数据库和与之相关的静态数据库在网络环境下实现同步与统一,该系统不失为一种有益的尝试。  相似文献

制造执行系统(MES)是连接上层企业资源计划(ERP)与底层过程控制系统(PCS)的桥梁,是基于ERP,MES,PCS3层结构的流程工业综合自动化系统的关键.针对氧化铝生产过程的特点,分析和探讨了氧化铝生产过程MES体系结构和功能,提出了氧化铝生产过程MES的功能模块设计.实践结果表明:氧化铝MES的实施实现了氧化铝生产过程下层过程控制的实时信息和上层企业资源计划的信息融合与贯通,实现了氧化铝生产过程的优化控制、优化运行和优化管理,提高了企业的综合竞争力.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
