网络采编系统的开发和应用是信息化环境下期刊发展的必由之路，《淡水渔业》杂志社通过调研和分析比较不同采编平台的优缺点，最终针对《淡水渔业》期刊编辑部的业务特点和流程，设计了集编辑、审稿、网络出版于一体的在线采编系统。系统提供了灵活的个性化配置，满足了编辑部业务流程多样性的需求，实现了编辑部工作管理网络化、智能化。     

2010-2011年《渔业科学进展》退稿原因分析及对策

以2010-2011年《渔业科学进展》全部登记在册的稿件共计390篇(其中:2010年185篇,2011年205篇),退稿稿件为181篇(2010年为89篇,2011年为92篇)为材料,对初审、二审及修订阶段存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的对策为作者提供参考。     

公海渔业国际管理及发展趋势

自１９８２年《联合国海洋法公约》鉴定以来,世界１５０个沿海国家中的大部分陆续宣布了２００海里专属经济区,特别是近年来国际渔业法律制度相继通过的几个重要协定,对公渔业产生了重大影响。本文通过分析这些法律对公海渔灶生产和管理产生的影响,指出公渔业的发展趋势将有利于沿海国的渔业管理,不利于远洋公司渔业国的捕捞作业。     

舟山休闲渔业发展探讨

根据舟山海洋渔业和海洋旅游的调查，以及国内外休闲渔业的有关资料，就舟山发展休闲渔业的必要性、可行性和休闲渔业形式、游钓渔具渔法等作了一些初浅的分析和探讨，并提出了发展具有舟山特色休闲渔业的建议。     

强化依法办案，全面提高我省事故调查处理工作水平

《生产安全事故报告和调查处理条例》（以下简称《条例》）已经公布，自6月1日起施行，《条例》确立了事故报告、事故调查、事故处理、责任追究等四项基本法律制度，实现了事故报告和调查处理的法律化、制度化。今年，我省事故调查处理工作的工作目标是：以《条例》的宣传与贯彻为主线，学好“三个文件”、突出“三个重点”、完善“三个机制”，促进全省事故调查处理工作上新台阶。     

一种新的水质评价方法

分析了现有三类水质评价方法的不足，提出了一种新的水质评价方法。新法具有评价结果与国内现行的水质标准相适应、又能区分同一类别水质受污染的程度等特点。     

青岛市水源地水质评价和预测分析

本文采用改进的水质标准级别法对青岛市的水源地水质进行评价，并采用灰色系统理论进行预测分析。     

水生生态系统中硒的估计——危害评价和水质标准指南

本书主要讨论了水生生态系统中硒的富集及其对鱼类的影响，着重介绍危害评价的技巧和方法，以及危害评价在水质标准中的运用，发展了以特定场所的水质标准及其应用，该标准能有效的结合危害评价，适合用于水生环境管理。     

中国知识产权保护的现状与未来发展

2000年、2001年，我国对《专利法》、《商标法》、《著作权法》、《计算机软件保护条例》等几部主要的知识产权保护法律法规进行了修订，制定了《集成电路布图设计保护条例》。这些修订和制定的法律法规扩大了知识产权的保护范围，加大了保护力度，增加了权利人的权利，强化了司法和行政执法保护措施。从总体看，这些知识产权法律法规已经与世界贸易组织的《与贸易有关的知识产权协议》(TRIPS协议)相一致。     

基于6种水产渔业类科技期刊被引计量指标分析

依据《中国（科技）期刊引证报告（扩刊版）》（2009-2013年版）数据，分析了我国6种水产渔业类期刊的总被引频次、影响因子、他引率、即年指标、H指数、来源文献量、平均引文数、学科影响指标和学科扩散指标在5年中的发展趋势。结果表明，6种水产渔业类科技核心期刊整体发展较好，但不同期刊间的质量差别较大。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
