随着民办高等学校发展的深入,校园体育文化建设一直是其研究与探索的重要课题之一。校园体育文化是最具吸引力与创造力的一种校园文化,同时也是校园文化中最具魅力的有机组成部分。校园体育文化在潜移默化中影响着大学生的身心健康和人格发展。然而,由于民办高等学校在办学过程中,受到办学成本和传统教育思想的制约,校园体育文化的建设时常被忽视。该文通过对建设校园体育文化内涵和特征的阐述,探索出民办高等学校校园体育文化建设的途径,进而促进民办高等学校特色性校园文化的建设与发扬。     

当前民办高职院校师资队伍结构的忧思

高等学校学科评估指标体系构建研究

开展高等学校学科评估的关键是建立科学的学科评估指标体系。在全国第四轮学科评估背景下,探讨高等学校学科评估指标体系的构建,可以有效地监测我国高等学校学科建设成效,帮助高等学校了解学科建设的优势和不足,提升学科竞争力,为我国高等学校学科评估工作的顺利开展提供理论借鉴和实践指导。在立足中国高等教育国情的基础上,遵循"客观评价与主观评价相结合、以客观评价为主"的指标体系构建原则,引入平衡计分卡(BSC)和全面质量管理(TQM)作为理论依据,交叉考虑定量和定性指标,构建综合性的高等学校学科评估指标体系,以适应不同学科门类和层次的学科评估。该指标体系由4项一级指标、11项二级指标、50项三级指标构成,较为全面、系统地涵盖了高等学校人才培养、科学研究和社会服务的职能。具体而言,该指标体系的财务维度指标包括建设经费和科研经费;客户维度指标包括学科声誉、获奖专利和就业深造;内部业务流程维度指标包括教师队伍、平台构建和科研建设;学习和成长维度指标包括学科层次、学生结构和基础环境。高等学校学科评估可以借鉴PDCA循环管理思路,通过PDCA循环把学科建设的各个环节有机地联系起来,促进高等学校学科建设水平的不断提高。     

民办高校护理专业学生医德教育现状与对策

采取自行设计问卷,分层随机抽样的方法,对郑州工业应用技术学院护理专业240名学生的医德观念进行问卷调查,以评估民办独立院校医学生关于医德教育方面的状况.针对当前民办独立院校医德教育存在的教学实践环节薄弱、认知程度不高等问题,提出对策.

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
