支持动态企业模型的MAS模型及其获取方法

为了提高企业信息系统的柔性 ,本文首先提出了一种支持动态企业模型的多 Agent系统( MAS)模型 ,该模型包括两层 :组织结构层和业务处理层 .由于充分利用了 MAS所具有的自主能力、社交能力、反应能力和行为理性等特点 ,该模型能根据企业的动态组织结构、业务流程进行动态调整 ,从而有效提高了基于此模型建立的信息系统对动态企业模型的适应能力并延长其生命期 ;然后结合信息工程论和面向对象方法提出了基于主题的 MAS模型获取方法 ,它从企业行为的功能主题出发进行分析 ,获取相应的 MAS模型 .最后介绍了上述方法的应用实例.     

企业信息系统与业务过程的协同研究综述

从企业运行角度来看，业务过程是企业存在和发展的躯干，信息系统则是贯穿于业务过程之中，保证其正常运行的动脉。因此，贯穿企业组织运行中，能够及时有效实现信息传递的信息系统是实现企业敏捷制造的不可或缺的保证，而信息系统与业务过程的协同则成为企业实现敏捷制造的必然要求，因此，数据整合能力和通讯网络整合能力是其协同实现的关键能力。     

电子监控状态下的薪酬配置与代理人行为分析

智能制造背景下，企业控制正在逐渐由传统人工监控向电子监控转变，如何将电子监控与信息化深度融合，形成有效激励机制是亟待解决的问题。基于委托代理理论隐藏行动道德风险模型的研究成果，提出电子监控的信息处理思路，将电子监控获得的信息加入薪酬契约，分析了绩效薪酬的构成比例，和代理人行为的变化趋势。通过最优的薪酬激励，实现代理人工资和委托人效用共同增长的双赢效应。从管理理论角度，扩展了委托代理理论中隐藏行动道德风险模型，明确了信息在激励机制中的作用；从生产实践角度，完善薪酬契约的配置问题，为企业的激励机制和电子监控的信息应用提供实践帮助。     

“EII META-MODEL” ON INTEGRATION FRAMEWORK FOR VIABLE ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS——CITY PLANNING METAPHOR BASED ON STRUCTURAL SIMILARITY

Enterprise systems must have the structure to adapt the change of business environment. Whenrebuilding enterprise system to meet the extended operational boundaries, the concept of IT cityplanning is applicable and effective. The aim of this paper is to describe the architectural approachfrom the integrated information infrastructure (In3) standpoint and to propose for applying the "CityPlanning" concept for rebuilding "inter-application spaghetti" enterprise systems. This is mainlybecause the portion of infrastructure has increased with the change of information systems fromcentralized systems to distributed and open systems. As enterprise systems have involvedheterogeneity or architectural black box in them, it may be required the integration framework(meta-architecture) as a discipline based on heterogeneity that can provide comprehensive view of theenterprise systems. 动态联盟与企业敏捷性研究

立足于敏捷性的观点 ,利用 Rick Dove提出的敏捷性评价指标 ,对动态联盟影响企业敏捷性的机制进行了分析 ,并从技术和管理角度研究了组织结构对于动态联盟敏捷性的影响 ,论证了星型结构作为动态联盟技术组织模式的合理性 ,探讨了敏捷制造的思想对于我国企业的启示和影响.     

基于PRI捷变的雷达通信一体化共享信号设计方法

雷达通信一体化能有效提高频谱利用率, 减小电子设备体积, 是多功能综合一体化电子系统的主要研究方向之一。本文在随机脉冲重复间隔(pulse repetition interval, PRI)雷达的基础上, 提出一种新的基于PRI捷变的雷达通信一体化共享信号设计方法。通过改变发射信号的PRI, 将通信信息嵌入到发射信号中, 在雷达信号处理端, 引入压缩感知理论来完成方位向相参积累, 并实现对目标速度的超分辨估计; 在通信信号处理端, 通过检测脉冲的PRI来完成信息的解调。仿真试验表明, 所提方法在保证雷达探测性能的前提下, 可实现通信信息的稳定传输。     

基于平均横切效率的信息产业效率分析与评价

构造了用于评价信息产业效率的平均横切效率模型,在此基础上,对1993～1999年间我国信息产业的生产效率进行了定量计算,并对其效率做了综合分析,提出了我国信息产业的生产效率虽有波动,但总的趋势是好的;验证了信息产业的生产效率与它的高投入、高产出特性是相符合的结论。     

企业信息系统的敏捷性及其度量体系

基于信息系统敏捷性概念，借鉴国内外企业敏捷性的度量体系，提出三种信息系统敏捷性度量体系，它们之间互为补充，可以结合使用，辅以模糊综合评判模型，可对企业信息系统的敏捷性进行更全面和科学的评估。     

基于多Agent的交通运输枢纽虚拟组织信息集成框架

面对动态、快速、多变的市场环境 ,虚拟企业开始出现并得以快速发展 ,传统的交通运输枢纽有了新的要求 .在虚拟企业思想的启示下 ,本文试用系统的观点提出作为结合部的交通运输枢纽虚拟组织的概念、特点 ,并指出其信息管理的重要性 .接着在基于多 Agent系统的基础上对其进行分析 ,给出交通运输枢纽虚拟组织信息集成框架 ,并利用面向对象的 Agent进行设计 .最后提出了今后的研究方案 .

通过IDEF0(ICAM Definition)建模方法,分析评价了中药制造企业现有业务流程,基于并行工程的思想,提出了集成并行的业务过程模型,并用于指导某企业的经营和运行.     

企业集成的评价准则

就企业集成的概念、作用及现有的企业集成框架进行了讨论,将企业集成定位于辅助决策者作出正确的决策。同时就企业集成的组织和功能,包括将活动、决策、资源和信息流整合到一个统一的系统中,以及企业集成的评价准则进行了探讨。在参考其他类型信息系统评价准则的基础上,从集成与扩展能力、表达能力和决策支持能力等方面给出企业集成的评价准则。     

Perspectives on executive information systems

Executives who consider the acquisition of Executive Information Systems (EIS) may encounter several major problems already in their selection and introduction stages. Key issues are the following: Can the EIS's really match our managerial needs and support decision making in our organizational contingencies? How widely in the leadership levels can they be introduced? Are they easy-to-learn, easy-to-use and easily customizable? Do they utilize the newest information technology, e.g. graphics and modern interface technology? Can they work in our computer network? In order to facilitate elegant solutions of the selection problems, we construct an evaluation framework which guides the selection of an EIS product to match the managerial needs according to the organizational contingencies. This framework is useful immediately after the specification of the decision making support requirements of the executive. The effectiveness of the framework is shown by applying it and analyzing 13 EIS products. We also offer introduction and use experiences from four English and four Finnish large companies covering the opinions of 132 EIS users. In this paper we give general answers to the questions above and discuss other relevant issues.     

供应链信息流管理结构及评价

根据计算网络和Internet技术的特点，提出并实现了一个基于Internet的企业的信息管理与协作支持平台（IPEIMC）。文章给出了基于Internet数据库的多企业信息管理与协作联盟模型，对相关的主要技术进行了分析理论，并在给出系统具体应用示例的基础上得出最后结论。     

高层管理信息系统(EIS)及其开发策略的研究

分析了可供高层管理者直接使用的计算机信息系统（ＣＩＳ）匮乏的主要原因，指出开发ＥＩＳ是改变这一局面的有效途径。本文还研究了ＥＩＳ的开发策略，提出了一些对将参与ＥＩＳ的论证、设计和实施的专业人员及系统的使用者来说值得共同关注的问题.

基于不完全信息竞赛理论的员工激励机制研究

在企业组织管理过程中,有效激励是增加员工努力程度最主要的行为驱动力.当企业的薪酬与晋升方案确定时,如何借助信息理论进一步完善激励机制,增强员工的努力程度具有重要研究意义.文章借助不完全信息下全支付拍卖模型,分别刻画了企业公开披露绩效考核结果与否时员工的均衡行为,系统分析了不同信息披露机制对员工努力程度的影响.研究发现:从企业的角度,为充分调动员工努力工作,应选择不公开前一阶段绩效考核结果;从员工的角度,为最大化自身利润,无动机相互告知绩效考核结果,保证了企业信息披露机制的有效性.据此,本文认为在现有激励理论的基础上,可以从信息披露机制设计角度,进一步优化对员工的有效激励,提升企业效率与竞争力.     

电子商务环境下的库存控制问题研究

考虑了由一个企业和多个分销商构成的供应模式，在假设分销商采取（s,S）存储策略和客户对产品随机需求概率分布已知情况下，首先讨论了EDI交易和非EDI交易模式的最优库存控制问题，仿真结果表明企业和分销商采用EDI交易可以有效减少库存，增加企业效益；进一步又研究了电子商务环境下，对于多模态的网络销售模式，如何确定最优库存使总费用最低的库存控制问题。
