对非晶态Ni-P合金镀层的组织结构和性能进行研究,结果表明:非晶态Ni-P合金镀层以层片状沉积,表面具有胞状结构.镀层的磷含量及热处理温度对Ni-P合金层的组织结构有影响,同时对非晶态Ni-P合金镀层在不同介质中的耐蚀性进行了研究.  相似文献

利用复合电镀技术,制备了非晶态Ni-P合金基TiC复合镀层.测定了非晶态Ni-P合金镀层和(Ni-P)-TiC复合镀层的表面形貌、结构、硬度以及耐磨性.研究了TiC微粒对镀层的弥散强化作用.结果表明,与非晶态Ni-P合金镀层相比,(Ni-P)-TiC复合镀层的硬度和耐磨性均超过了非晶态Ni-P合金镀层.  相似文献

电流密度对Ni-W-B合金电沉积层结构和显微硬度的影响   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
采用电化学技术、XRD、DSC等方法研究电流密度对Ni-W-B合金电沉积、镀层结构和显微硬度的影响,结果表明:沉积电流密度提高,Ni-W-B合金电沉积层W含量增大,B含量降低,电沉积电流效率降低,所获得的合金镀层表现为亚稳态纳米晶结构,在不同电流密度下获得的Ni-W-B合金电沉积层的显微硬度值接近,约为650kg/mm^2,与Ni-W合金相比有明显提高。  相似文献

电沉积Ni-W-P非晶合金中W含量可高达55.2%,硬度为700~1100Hv,经550℃热处理,可达1300~1400Hv,镀层硬度和耐蚀性优于Ni-P非晶镀层,非晶镀层中的类金属元素P可使腐蚀电位正移,高熔点元素W可使合金镀层在酸溶液中发生钝化,有W含量越高维钝化电流密度越低;金属Cr元素除降低维钝电流密度外,还使钝化区范围加宽,孔蚀电位显著变正,浸泡实验结果表明,在30℃,1mol/L的HC  相似文献

本文对化学镀Ni-P及Ni-P-SiC非晶合金镀层的组织结构、成分、显微硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性及晶化规律等作了一系列研究.实验结果表明:(1)化学镀Ni-P非晶合金具有优良的耐磨性和耐蚀性;(2)Ni-P非晶在加热过程中具有两个明显的放热峰,235℃为Ni3P相的形核孕育峰和391℃为Ni3P相的析出峰,因而使得Ni-P非晶合金在400℃×1h热处理后具有最大的显微硬度和最佳的耐磨性;(3)化学镀Ni-P-SiC复合镀层具有更高的显微硬度和更佳的耐磨性,尤其是在大载荷长时间下显示出优越性.  相似文献

本研究了各络合剂对化学镀Ni-P镀层磷含量及分布、表面表貌、耐蚀性等方面的影响。浸泡实验、镀层腐蚀后表面扫描电镜观察及能谱成分分析表明:镀层耐蚀性主要受镀层磷含量影响,并且与镀层表面形貌、磷含量变化等因素有关。分析表明:以上因素均可归因于络合剂种类的选择。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
