以污泥/猪粪为堆肥原料,以锯末为辅料,探讨碳氮比(C/N比)对自制半静态强制通风堆肥反应器好氧堆肥腐熟效果的影响.结果表明:当碳氮比为15时,污泥/猪粪在半静态强制通风堆肥反应器内的混合好氧堆肥腐熟效果最好,高温期最长,其可挥发性固体的降解效率最优秀,可达39.12%,C/N比的T值最小,为0.53.温度、p H、电导率、含水率、种子发芽指数等指标显示的腐熟度也均好于C/N为20、25、30和35的堆体.  相似文献

采用强制通风堆肥技术将干化池污泥与秸秆混合进行好氧堆肥处理.对堆肥过程中温度变化与通风量的关系进行了研究,测定了水分、耗氧速率、微生物含量及腐熟度指标中的NH4^ -N、NO3^- -N含量的变化情况及堆肥结束和腐熟时期的种子发芽率,并测试了堆肥肥效指标.堆肥处理可以实现顺利升温并在50~55℃维持5d以上,达到杀灭致病菌要求的条件,使污泥生物稳定化,作为生物有机肥使用.又通过模拟实验考察了利用堆肥过程降解模拟增塑剂污染物的情况.结果表明堆肥处理可使该增塑剂发生显著的降解,其生物修复作用可以用于消除污染物.  相似文献

在强制通风条件下,研究了污泥与木屑配比为2∶1情况下污泥堆肥过程中温度、含水率、pH值、总氮、VS等参数的变化规律。在堆肥过程中,有机物含量(VS)和氨氮的含量降低,且堆体温度在55℃条件下保持了3天以上,确保了堆肥产品无害化、资源化和减量化的要求。  相似文献

采用药渣和木花作为蓬松剂按体积比1∶3混合,在强制通风不足的情况下,结合每周的人工翻堆,污泥高温堆肥也可实现,高温阶段(>55℃)可维持4d.堆肥的高温使大肠杆菌数量降低4个数量级,达到国家高温堆肥卫生标准.在污泥堆制过程中,pH、VSS、有机质含量下降;但全N、P、K含量的变化与堆肥的系统条件有关.药渣堆肥在堆制35d后,种子发芽指数(GI)达50%以上,木花堆肥在堆制50d后GI达到51%.堆肥结束时,Cu、Zn、Cd在药渣堆肥中含量增加,在木花堆肥中含量减少;但其中Cu的化学有效性降低,而Zn、Cd的化学有效性提高.  相似文献

以聚丙烯酸钠和锯末为调理剂,采用强制通风静态垛高温好氧堆肥工艺,对添加高吸水性树脂聚丙烯酸钠对堆肥的促进作用进行了初步探讨。结果表明:在污泥:锯末:聚丙烯酸钠=1:15%:0.5%(质量比)的添加比例下,堆肥进程良好,与没有添加聚丙烯酸钠的堆肥相比,堆肥达到高温的时间较短,高温的保持时间较长,大于55℃的时间为4天,在第23天左右达到腐熟,堆肥产品疏松无臭,并且有较好的吸水、保水性能。  相似文献

污泥堆肥化是复杂的生物化学反应过程,调理剂的配比量、通风量、腐熟程度等对堆肥效果均有明显的影响.针对整个污泥好氧堆肥过程中调理剂的配比对堆肥效果的影响进行了试验研究,探讨了3种不同C/N对污泥好氧堆肥效果的影响.将脱水污泥与锯末的混合物进行堆肥处理,并通过对堆肥过程中的温度、含水率、有机质、p H、以及碳、氮、磷的含量在堆肥过程中的变化情况进行分析,探讨好氧堆肥的腐熟度问题,了解堆肥工艺参数及变化规律,最终试验的研究结果将为资源化利用村镇污水厂的剩余污泥提供技术和理论的依据与参考.  相似文献

以辽阳污水处理有限公司的污泥为研究对象,运用一套自制的适用于小体积发酵装置对污泥进行了高温好氧发酵堆肥处理.通过对比实验,对堆体温度、含水率等指标的变化进行了动态监测,获得了堆肥过程中各项指标的最优化组合.研究表明:通过室外通风晾晒并与调理剂混合,有利于调整生污泥水分,促进堆肥顺利启动;锯末、稻壳及稻草秸秆三种调理剂的调理效果次序为锯末>稻草秸秆>稻壳;污泥、调理剂、回流污泥最佳混合比为3∶2∶3;最后通过种子发芽实验得出堆肥污泥已经达到实际应用的要求.  相似文献

采用强制通风静态好氧堆肥工艺,对餐厨垃圾和污泥进行联合堆肥化处理,探究二者不同配比对堆肥氮素转化及氮素损失的影响.以w(C)/w(N)=15~40的5组餐厨垃圾和污泥作为堆肥基质,以木屑作为调理剂进行堆肥试验.结果表明:所有堆体温度均先升高后降低,最高温度为78℃,w(C)/w(N)越高,堆体的最高温度越低,且达到最高温度的时间越长,pH先降低后升高至8.5趋于平缓,总有机碳质量分数不断降低.各堆体全氮和有机氮质量分数先升高后显著降低,铵态氮质量分数先增加后略有减少,硝态氮质量分数很低且变化不大.二者联合堆肥中氮损失27.8%~48.4%,且与投加的污泥含量呈正相关关系,氨挥发占氮损失的52.6%~80.4%,氨挥发是氮损失的主要途径,且随着堆体w(C)/w(N)的增加呈减少趋势.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
