室温下采用直流磁控溅射法在PI衬底上制备出具有优异光学性能的ZnO∶Ga透明导电薄膜.研究结果表明,制备了具有C轴择优取向的六角纤锌矿结构的多晶GZO透明导电薄膜.讨论了薄膜厚度对PI衬底上制备ZnO∶Ga薄膜的结构、表面形貌和电学性质的影响.实验数据表明,一定同质缓冲层可有效降低薄膜应力,改善薄膜性能,所得GZO薄膜厚度为129nm时,电阻率具有最小值3.2×10-4Ω.cm.  相似文献

 采用溶胶 凝胶法,在玻璃衬底上制备出Al-Y共掺杂的ZnO透明导电薄膜。X射线衍射(XRD)表明,Al-Y共掺杂ZnO透明导电薄膜为六角纤锌矿结构的多晶薄膜,且具有C轴择优取向。制备的Al-Y共掺杂ZnO薄膜电阻率最小值为1.63×102 Ω·cm,在可见光区(400-800 nm)平均透过率超过85 %。  相似文献

采用溶胶一凝胶法在普通玻璃衬底上制备出了Al3+离子掺杂的ZnO(ZnO:Al)透明导电薄膜.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、四探针法及紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-VIS)等分析方法对制备的薄膜进行了表征,研究了热处理温度及冷却速度对ZnO:Al薄膜结晶状况、电阻率、可见光透过率的影响.研究发现:制备的薄膜为具有沿(002)晶面择优取向的ZnO六角纤锌矿结构,适当的热处理温度和冷却速度有利于改善ZnO:Al薄膜的导电性,并且当采用快速冷却时薄膜的导电性明显增强,而透光率略微减小.500℃热处理1 h后,-15℃环境中快速冷却相对于随炉冷却和空气中冷却制备的薄膜电阻率有大幅度的降低,达到0.22Ω·cm,透光率大于80%.  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射法分别在ZnO缓冲层和Al2O3缓冲层上制备Al掺杂ZnO(AZO)薄膜,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见分光光度计、霍尔测试仪等仪器对薄膜的光电特性进行表征.XRD分析结果表明,加入缓冲层的薄膜具有更好的c轴择优取向,薄膜的表面平整,结晶质量有所改善,薄膜在可见光范围内的平均透过率超过80%.引入ZnO缓冲层制备的AZO薄膜的最低电阻率为5.8×10-4 Ω·cm,导电性能得到明显提高.  相似文献

简单硝酸锌水溶液中采用两步法电沉积技术在ITO导电玻璃衬底上沉积出透明致密ZnO薄膜.利用X射线衍射、热重—差热、光致发光谱和透射光谱对样品的结构、组成和光学性能进行了表征.结果表明:所制备的ZnO具有六角纤锌矿结构,平均粒径为纳米级,组成稳定、单一.光学测试结果表明其具有良好的发光性能,可见光区透光度高达80%.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
