建立了一种反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)同时测定中药延胡索中延胡索乙素和原阿片碱的含量的方法。使用Phenomenex Luna,C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH7。65,65:35),在检测波长281nm下,延胡索乙素与原阿片碱平均回收率分别为101。77%和97。93%,RSD分别为1。34%和1。18%。  相似文献

采用薄层扫描法测定药材延胡索中延胡索乙素的含量.以石油醚(60~90℃)-醋酸乙酯-无水乙醇(20:17:1)为展开剂,检测波长为510nm.参比波长为600nm,Sx=3,标准曲线Y=1.098X 1.0645,r=0.9973.线性范围0.507~2.535μg,平均回收率98.0%,RSD=2.1%。  相似文献

本文采用多种分离层析手段,从中药延胡索(Corydalis yanhusuoW.T.Wang)干燥块茎的乙醇提取物中分离化合物.经波谱分析,及与标准品或文献数据对照的方法,分离并鉴定了6个化合物:延胡索甲素(d-Corydaline)、延胡索乙素(Tetrahydropalmatine)、Pontevedrine、四氢黄连碱(Tetrahydroberberine)、去氢紫堇碱(Dehydrocorydaline)、原普托品(Protopine).研究表明生物碱是中药延胡索的主要成分,其中Pontevedrine为首次从该药材中分离得到的生物碱.  相似文献

Luminol-KMnO_4-OH~-、Luminol-NaIO_4和KMnO_4-Luminol-H~+发光体系在碱性或酸性条件下能产生化学发光,加入延胡索乙素后可抑制体系的发光强度,据此建立了流动注射-化学发光检测元胡中延胡索乙素的分析方法,同时开展了方法验证和干扰试验,并对3种体系分别进行了流路及条件优化。在优化条件下,Luminol-KMnO_4-OH~-、Luminol-NaIO_4和KMnO_4-Luminol-H+体系的相对发光强度分别与延胡索乙素浓度在一定范围内呈良好线性关系。试验结果表明,方法的检出限分别为0.029 66μg/m L、0.008 69μg/m L、0.041 38μg/m L,平均回收率≥97.66%;检测样品中延胡索乙素平均得率分别为0.0618%、0.0612%、0.0611%。所构建的3种化学发光体系的线性检测范围宽、检出限低、精密度好,研究结果可用于中药材元胡的品质分析与质量检测。  相似文献

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定贯叶连翘中的金丝桃素、黄酮(槲皮素)的含量。方法:色谱柱为Phenomenex LunsC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),检测波长分别为590nm和360nm,流动相分别为甲醇:0006mol/L磷酸氢二钠溶液(87:13)和甲醇:水:磷酸(55:44.8:0.2)。结果:线性范围分别在0.027-0.135μg和0.052~0.26μg内良好,回收率分别为:98.39%(n=5)和98.85%(n=5)。RSD分别为0.78%和1.02%。结论:方法能用于贯叶连翘中的金丝桃素、黄酮(槲皮素)的含量测定。关键词:贯叶连翘;槲皮素;金丝桃素;含量测定  相似文献

采用流动注射技术研究了酸性条件下 ,延胡索乙素与高锰酸钾和硫代硫酸钠的化学发光行为 ,对影响化学发光强度的诸因素进行了实验和探讨 ,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定延胡索乙素的新方法 .方法的检出限为 3× 10 - 8g/mL ,线性范围为 1.0× 10 - 7~ 8.0× 10 - 5g/mL ,对 4 .0×10 - 6g/mL延胡索乙素进行 11次平行测定 ,相对标准偏差为 1.6 % .方法用于药剂中延胡索乙素的测定 ,结果与药典标准方法测得值一致  相似文献

目的:建立五香血藤药材的质量测定,为五香血藤的质量标准研究和修订提供借鉴基础。方法:测定药材水分、总灰分和酸不溶性灰分;采用高效液相色谱法测定药材中五味子乙素的含量:色谱柱为Eclipse XDB-C18,流动相为乙腈-水(80∶20,V/V),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为235 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μL。结果:药材水分为10.74~14.49%,总灰分为2.12~4.30%,酸不溶性灰分为0.18~3.16%。五味子乙素检测进样量线性范围为2.10~12.62μg(r=0.9999);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤3%;五香血藤素加样回收率为102.27%(RSD=2.6%)。结论:该研究所建标准可用于五香血藤药材的质量控制。  相似文献

对附子不同组织中乌头总碱和3种双酯型生物碱一新乌头碱、乌头碱和次乌头碱的含量进行了测定。用酸性染料比色法测定乌头类总生物碱的含量;反相高效液相色谱法测定新乌头碱、乌头碱、次乌头碱的含量,色谱柱为:Zorbax extend—C18(150mm×4.6mm,5.0μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%乙二胺,梯度洗脱,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为240mn,柱温30℃。结果表明:附子不同组织中生物碱的含量呈现明显的差异性。子根、茎秆、叶、须根和母根中乌头类总生物碱含量分别为:5.53,3.81,14.77,8.87和4.58mg/g;3种双酯型生物碱含量在不同组织中的含量顺序为:须根〉子根〉母根〉叶片〉茎秆。该研究可为附子资源的综合利用提供科学依据。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
