税收筹划亦称税务筹划、纳税筹划、税收策划.在国外,税收筹划是一个热门职业,会计师事务所的很大一部分收入来自客户提供税收筹划,一些大公司本身设置有税务部门,主要从事税务会计和税收筹划工作.在我国,由于受长期计划经济体制的影响,在这方面的研究起步相对较晚.随着改革开放的不断深入和市场经济的进一步发展,特别是中国加入了WTO后开始参与全球化的经济运行,人们对税收筹划才有了进一步的认识税收筹划已与企业的改革和发展产生了内在的联系,税收筹划已经是我国税收企业制度的必然要求.  相似文献

税收筹划是纳税人在法律规定许可的范围内,通过对投资、筹资、经营、理财等活动进行事先安排和筹划,尽可能减少不必要的纳税支出,以谋求最大限度的纳税利益,实现税后利润或现金流量最大化。目前越来越多的纳税人已从过去无意识地采取各种方法减轻自己的税收负担,发展成为积极地通过纳税筹划来减轻税收负担。随着税收制度的发展与完善,税收优惠政策的范围和作用也越来越大.对于纳税人来说,机会也就越来越多。这种筹划要求纳税人非常熟悉国家税收政策,尤其是优惠政策,在这种前提下才可能进行该种筹划。本文针对税收筹划问题展开研究,从税收筹划的意义、方法、税法制度不足及个人依法进行税收筹划等问题展开研究,对加快我国税收筹划步伐,推动税收筹划更好的服务于纳税人提出了意见、建议。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
