将6061铝合金进行超声喷丸处理,喷丸时间分别为0、90、180、270 s。对喷丸面进行表面粗糙度、显微维氏硬度、残余应力测量,采用标准中性盐雾腐蚀试验探究不同喷丸处理试样的抗腐蚀行为,分析粗糙度、硬度、残余应力对其抗腐蚀性能的综合影响。试验结果表明:随着喷丸处理时长由90 s变至270 s,铝合金表面粗糙度逐渐降低,硬度在距喷丸表面0~600μm之间有较为明显的提高,表面残余应力有显著提高,并且粗糙度增加会促进盐雾腐蚀,硬度与残余应力升高会抑制盐雾腐蚀,盐雾腐蚀结果表明,在喷丸处理时长由0s变至270 s的4个试样中喷丸90 s时的盐雾腐蚀速率最快,而喷丸270 s时的试样盐雾腐蚀速率最慢。  相似文献

采用有限元法模拟喷丸过程,通过比较单丸粒模型和多丸粒模型,研究了喷丸覆盖率对残余应力和材料强化的影响.单丸粒多次冲击模型的模拟结果表明,冲击次数对残余应力幅值影响小,但等效塑性应变明显增加,由此可反映喷丸过程中材料的强化;多丸粒模型的模拟结果表明,当喷丸覆盖率为100%时,残余压应力幅值明显增加,塑性应变与单丸粒一次冲击结果相近.不锈钢喷丸试验结果表明,这两种模型的综合可较好地反映喷丸残余应力的形成和表层材料的强化.  相似文献

采用Gleeble-1500热模拟机对用近液相线铸造方法制得的半固态ZL201合金进行了不同温度和不同应变速率下的压缩变形,并对实验结果进行了回归处理,建立了半固态ZL201合金在不同变形温度、不同应变速率下的数学模型.研究结果表明:当应变速率相同时,压缩应力随变形温度的增加而减小;当应变温度相同时,压缩应力随着应变速率的增加有先增大后减小的趋势.本实验可为半固态合金触变成形的数值模拟和优化半固态金属加工工艺参数提供基础数据.  相似文献

对激光诱导残余应力的机理进行了分析研究.用波长1.06μm、脉宽23 ns、功率密度108~109W/cm2的脉冲激光冲击外形尺寸为30 mm×30 mm×5.5 mm的LY12CZ试样,研究了激光能量密度和冲击次数对残余应力分布的影响,并将激光诱导的残余应力与传统的机械喷丸形成的残余应力进行比较.结果表明:残余压应力随着激光能量密度的加大而加大,残余压应力层的深度随着冲击次数的增加而增加,激光诱导的残余压应力层的深度是传统机械喷丸形成的3~4倍.  相似文献

Ti45Al8Nb2Mn0.2B铸造合金在900~1200℃温度范围,1~10-3/s应变速率条件下进行压缩实验,研究其变形特点以及组织变化.结果发现,形变过程中合金的真应力-真应变曲线上存在一个应力峰值,随后流变应力随着应变量的增加逐渐下降并趋于稳态流变.降低温度和提高应变速率都使合金的应力峰值增加.在实验温度范围内合金的应变速率敏感系数为0.10~0.24;在高温形变过程中发生动态再结晶,合金的组织得到明显细化.再结晶晶粒尺寸随温度的降低和应变速率的增加而减小,也就是随Zener-Hollomonc参数的增加而减小;升高形变温度和降低应变速率均促进再结晶过程.  相似文献

通过热模拟单拉试验,获得了AZ31镁合金板材在不同工艺条件下的真实应力应变曲线,分析了温度和应变速率对流变应力的影响.通过极限拉伸比试验,研究了轧制、退火、拉伸温度、拉伸速度、拉延间隙以及压边力等工艺因素对镁合金板材成形性能的影响.结果表明:交叉轧制和退火工艺能够显著提高镁合金板材的力学性能;在极限拉伸温度150℃、极限拉伸速度15 mm/s的工艺条件下,极限拉伸比能够达到3.0;AZ31镁合金板材适宜的拉延间隙为板厚的1.2倍.  相似文献

TiAl合金在高温下服役时,表面因受循环载荷而容易产生疲劳裂纹,因此有必要进行表面处理以改善其力学性能。使用直径0.2 mm钢丸在0.7 MPa气压下对TiAl合金进行室温喷丸实验,使用ABAQUS有限元分析软件进行喷丸仿真模拟研究。随后,对喷丸试样进行不同温度和保温时间的热处理。通过SEM观察TiAl合金纵截面的显微组织,使用X射线残余应力仪测量TiAl合金表面的残余压应力,使用显微硬度仪测量热处理后TiAl合金表面的显微硬度。结果发现,喷丸后TiAl合金表面出现许多凹坑和层片状突起,次表面处发生明显塑性变形并出现许多变形孪晶。热处理后TiAl合金表面残余压应力会随着保温时间的增加和热处理温度的升高而变小。硬度几乎表现出与残余应力相同的趋势,但当热处理温度为1 200℃时,因金相组织发生变化,α2相含量明显增多,导致硬度增加。  相似文献

通过热模拟压缩试验研究了镁合金AZ31B在不同温度下的成形性能,获得了200~400°C温度下的镁合金变形特性和流动应力.试验结果发现,镁合金在低于200°C以下的温度范围内变形困难,发生断裂.在高于400°C时,由于镁合金极易氧化,不适合塑性加工.试验显示,镁合金塑性成形的最佳温度为250~400°C.由于镁合金在高温下的软化效应,流变应力随应变的增加而下降,提出了适合镁合金塑性成形的流变应力模型.试验结果表明,该模型适用于镁合金热变形过程的流变应力分析.  相似文献

在温度为400~440℃、应变速率为10-2~10-4 s-1的范围内研究AZ31镁合金的超塑性.结果表明,当应变速率不小于5×10-3 s-1时,AZ31镁合金的超塑性伸长率随着温度的升高而增大.对应变速率敏感指数和拉伸试样的宏观断裂特征分析表明,应变速率敏感指数是影响超塑性的主要因素.当应变速率不大于5×10-4 s-1时,AZ31镁合金在420℃时具有最大伸长率.对断裂试样的颈缩现象和断口空洞的SEM分析表明,空洞是影响超塑性的主要因素.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
