交通转盘路口控制与非控制的效率分析——基于计算机仿真实验的比较

基于计算机仿真实验，对具有交通灯控制和没有交通灯控制的交通转盘路口的交通效率进行了分析和比较．对有交通灯控制的情形（控制情形），由实验给出最优的绿灯控制时间．把等待队长作为交通强度的函数，并由图形给出相应的分析比较结果．在没有交通灯控制的情形（非控制情形），具有较高的事故概率，但分析表明它具有由等待队长度量的高效率．同时一个明显的结果是控制情形的交通崩溃发生在交通强度比非控制情形低得多的时候     

关于工件组的两机自由作业时间表问题

讨论关于工件组的两机自由作业时间表的加工全长问题，无论是对于成组加工情形还是分组情形，该问题都可以被证明是ＮＰ困难的。对于成组加工情形，设计了一个性能比为５／４的近拟算法，该算法生成的时间表作为分组情形的解，性能比仍能保持为５／４。此外，还讨论了如何最优地求解只有一个工件组的情形。     

商品互换及商品互换期权的定价

在考虑商品的便利收益情况下，探讨了商品互换及其期权的定价，对价格是随机的情形建立了单因素模型，对价格，便利收益是随机的情形，建立了两因素模型，对价格，便利收益和利率是随机的情形建立了三因素模型，对不同的情形得到了相应的商品互换及其期权的定价公式，并证明了利率的随机性对互换的定价是无影响的。     

浅议艰难情形

艰难情形是一种较情势变迁更为合理的原则。本文在论述了艰难情形与情势变迁的区别的基础上，指出我国未来统一合同法应引入艰难情形与不可抗力两种原则，在对外签订的长期合同中应订立艰难条款与不可抗力条款。

讨论了平面三次参数曲线在端点出现拐点，二重点，尖点的情形，同时，讨论了曲线端点处的切向量平行等特殊情形。

给出一个新的模糊选择函数的合理性条件，证明了它是刻画对偶直觉非下模糊选择函数拟传递合理性的充要条件，从而将普通情形下Nehring的结论推广到了模糊情形。     

案发前退交财物行为的定性研究

对案发前退交财物行为的定性有两种观点。一种观点是不应该将其认定为受贿；另一种观点是根据设定的具体财物退交时间，来确定退交是否及时，进而判断其行为是否构成受贿。这两种观点都存在缺陷。行为人在收受财物时主观上有无受贿故意是定罪的关键。对此分析得出两种情形：一种情形是行为人无受贿故意且事后立即设法退交，这种情形不具备受贿罪的构成要件；另一种情形是行为人已有受贿故意且收受财物后未立即退交而在案发前退交，这种情形应当入罪。在此基础上进行财物退交及时性的判断，对受贿罪的认定会更准确。     

线下体验与供应链分销合同的相互作用

本研究针对日益流行的线下体验，考察了由单个制造商和单个电子零售商组成的二级供应链系统，运用消费者效用理论建立了需求函数。在EB和基准情形下，分别利用主从对策原理求得批发价合同与代理销售合同下的均衡解，比较分析出消费者效用最大化时满足制造商与电子零售商双赢的条件。通过情形比较发现：制造商在一定条件下可以实现EB情形下的利润更高，而电子零售商始终在基准情形下利润更高。进一步通过合同比较发现，代理销售合同始终优于批发价合同。因此，在代理销售合同下进行机制设计，能够实现电子零售商在开设线下体验店时与制造商共赢。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
