完善激励机制促进教师提高教学质量

教师是学校教学的主力军，实行激励制有利于促进教师提高教学质量，本文仅从实行教师竞争上岗，进行教学质量跟踪，改进教师教学的评价方式方面作一浅议。     

多层次协同督导的研究生课程教学及教学质量评价标准研究

为了提高研究生课程教学质量,实行多层次协同督导的研究生课程的教学督导制度,建立从学校教学督导团、研究生处、学院教学督导组、学院教务办到学生四个协同督导层次,从而构建研究生课程教学质量监控网络;实行以教学效果反馈监控为目的的学生评教制度,通过学生座谈和教学效果测评获得教师的课程教学质量的重要信息,建立一套合理的、完整的研究生课程教学质量评价标准。     

开放式教学的实践与反思

随着新课程改革日益向纵深发展，如何提高教学质量，培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，成为广大教师面临的新课题。笔者认为，最有效的方法之一是实行开放式教学。     

建立系级教学质量评估体系的尝试

该文通过总结实际教学管理中的经验,尝试从教师自评、学生助评、同行互评、领导督评四个方面构建系级教学质量评估体系,努力营造良好的教学软环境,促进广大教师不断提高教学、科研水平,以保证各项教学措施得到有效实行,从而提高教学质量。

高等学校建立学生信息员制度的实践与探索

学生信息员制度是高等学校教学质量监控体系的重要组成部分。实行学生对学校教学管理及教师课堂教学的信息反馈，有助于高校进一步改善教学管理，有助于教师提高教学质量，更进一步提高学生参与教学管理的积极性。     

精读课教学改革须实行几个转向

新世纪的外语教学给广大外语教师提出了更高的要求。以素质教育为主，全面提高教育教学质量，单凭老师灌输知识，始终围绕着传统的教学模式转是适应不了时代的要求的。文章提出必须实行几个转向的观点。以笔者多年的外语精读教学的经验，认为英语低年级的精读课教学，只有实行几个转向，从传统的教学框架中走出来，才能使这门课程的改革收到成效，才能真正提高英语教学质量。

随着我国社会主义和谐社会建设和高校政治理论新课程改革的推进，教学组织形式改革已成为高校和谐社会建设和教育教学改革的热点问题。而实行教师合作教学则是完成这一任务的一个重要因素，它对于充分开发与利用教学人力资源、提高教育教学质量、完善师生整体人格、建设学校和谐社会有着积极的意义。     

高职院校外籍教师管理研究

高等职业院校近十年来，对外合作交流取得了巨大的发展。作者结合工作实际，论述了从法制管理入手，建立外籍教师教学质量的评估体系，有序地开展教学质量评估，提倡对外教实行人性化管理，有效地与外籍教师进行沟通，建立科学有效的激励机制，从而提高外籍教师聘用效益。

教学反思不仅是教师反思自身教学艺术和不足的自发性行为，更是教师完善教学进程、提升教学质量的必经之路。换言之，教学反思与教学质量之间存在着必然的联系。每一名教师需要反思的教学相关内容都不尽相同，本篇文章即主要尝试反思备课以及互动的一些问题。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
