本文根据高T_c氧化物超导材料的性质及其能带计算结果,提出了高T_c超导电性的声子-激子联合机制,在Eliashberg强耦合超导理论的框架下推出了声子-激子联合机制的超导转变温度T_c公式,并解释了同位素效应和相干长度的新特性。  相似文献

电声子机制能否形成高温超导电性,是超导理论和材料研究的极为重要的课题。本文以Ginzburg原理、Eniashberg方程讨论了在不同的关联态下,电声子形成高的超导转变温度的特征,并以超导材料的本征结构特征讨论了高T_c铜氧化物超导体的结构对高T_c产生的特征。得出:传统电声子理论中对超导材料T_c的值的无特定的限制性,用超导材料的双体结构的物理模型讨论,得出了超导电性机理的电声子机制能形成高的超导转变温度。进一步对高T_c铜氧化物超导体中的电声子的特性给出了一个明确的结论。  相似文献

从 Matsubara 表象的 Eliashberg 方程出发,我们得到了一个λ~(-1)的幂级数展式的 T_c 公式。有效声子谱通过它的各级矩决定展式的系数。由于它并非仅保留某些特定的矩,因此所得的 T_c 公式能够比较充分地反映有效声子谱对 T_c 的影响。  相似文献

本工作用Hall效应法研究了不同热历史对非晶磁性合金Fe_(40)Ni_(40)P_(14)B_6居里温度变化(△T_c)的影响。在热历史影响下:(1)在△T_c峰值高温侧,长时间保温试样的△T_c值低于短时间保温试样的△T_c值;(2)△T_c峰值均向低温移动,(3)△T_c峰值均有增加,但增加的大小不同。长时间(10分)保温试样的△T_c增加量小于短时间(0分)保温试样的△T_c增加量。  相似文献

研究了主组成及少量外加物对Y_xBa_(1-x)CuO_3系超导陶瓷导电性与超导电性的影响.研究表明,当配料组成Y∶Ba≈1∶2时最容易制取稳定的、零电阻为88K以上的高临界温度T_c的超导材料;采用Bi、Pb、Na、Co等对阳离子进行部分替位更换,仍能获得超导特性,但对T_c值没有改进;少量外加物对YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)系超导陶瓷的T_c值有明显的影响,微量钴离子的掺入可使T_c提高到110K,但掺入量较多时反使T_c降低.  相似文献

研究了类金属 Si 和 B对(Fe_(80)Ni_(20))_(78)Si_2B_(22-x) 系非晶磁性合金居里温度T_c 和晶化温度T_x 的影啊。实验发现,随Si 含量的增加(或随 B 含量的减少),T_c 降低,T_x 增加。T_c 的这一变化规律可用本文提出的有效 Fe 原子数的变化来解释;T_x 的变化规律可用类金属价电子密度 e/a 的变化来解释。  相似文献

<正> 引言超导材料的临界温度 T_c 越高,其效益越大,因此,寻找高 T_c 的超导材抖是人们长期以来梦寐以求的事,经过约七十年的努力,在1973年才制备出铌三锗(Nb_3Ge),其T_c为23.2K,此后十几年几无进展.1986年瑞士科学家 Bednorz 和 Miiller 报导了 La-Ba-Cu-O 系列中可能存在高临界温度超导电性,T_c 终于突破30K.中、美、日等国科学家也在 La-Ba-Cu-O 体系超导体上获得 T_c为52K.最近各国又相继报导了 Y-Ba-Cu-O 体系超导材料,T_c 在90K 以上.本文将简要报导我们制备的 Y-Ba-Cu-O 超导材料的初步实验结果.  相似文献

新型高T_c氧化物超导体Bi—Sr—Ca—Cu—O系,在100K以上呈现超导性,存在高T_c(~110K)相和低T_c(~80K)相,其零电阻转变温度(T_(c0))总是低于85K.适当掺Pb可以增强高T_c相,抑制低T_c相,降低烧结温度,提高零电阻转变温度.用固相反应法制得组分为Bi_(1.6)Pb_(0.4)Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_y的超导体,零电阻温度为107K,稳定性较好。现以此样品作示差扫描量热(DSC)分析,并配合XRD分析,试图了解该体系的结构相变及其与超导电性的关系.  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
