利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法对酸模属植物戟叶酸模(Rumexhastatus)的非石油醚部位进行分离和纯化,根据化合物理化性质以及波谱数据分析鉴定其结构.共分离得到7个化合物,分别为1-O-阿魏酰基-β-D-吡喃葡糖苷(1)、蔗糖(2)、酸模素(3)、酸模素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、反式白藜芦醇(5)、反式白藜芦醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、β-谷甾醇(7).化合物1、2首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

研究无柄灵芝子实体的化学成分.采用硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱、MCI柱色谱、高效液相色谱等技术进行分离纯化,得到的化合物采用核磁共振技术等手段鉴定结构.从无柄灵芝子实体中分离得到6个化合物,它们分别为:lucidone I(1)、spiroapplanatumine L(2)、spiroapplanatumine M(3)、牛蒡苷(4)、applanatin A(5)和3-羧基吲哚(6),所有化合物均为首次从该真菌中分离得到.  相似文献

为研究漆树(Toxicodendron vernicifluum)叶中的化学成分,利用硅胶柱色谱、C18中压柱色谱、高压制备色谱对漆树叶乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位进行分离纯化,根据化合物的波谱数据鉴定其结构.从中分离出8个化合物,分别鉴定为:没食子酸(1)、1,3,6-O-三没食子酰葡萄糖(2)、 1,2,4,6-O-四没食子酰葡萄糖(3)、紫云英苷(4)、1,2,3,4,6-O-五没食子酰葡萄糖(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、莽草酸(7)、黄杞苷(8).其中,化合物2、3、4、7、8是首次从该种植物中分离得到,化合物1、5、6为首次从该植物的叶中分离得到.  相似文献

目的 分离鉴定药用植物钩藤的化学成分。方法 钩藤茎枝用90%乙醇回流提取,通过硅胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱、中低压液相色谱、葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱等多种色谱分离技术对乙醇提取物分离和纯化;采用高分辨质谱及核磁共振波谱法确定化合物结构。结果 从钩藤中分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为高丽槐素(1)、去氢钩藤碱(2)、3,4,5,-三甲氧基苯酚(3)、喜树次碱(4)、(-)-N-甲基金雀花碱(5)、毛钩藤碱(6)、去氢毛钩藤碱(7)、缝籽嗪甲醚(8)、3α-二氢卡丹宾碱(9)、卡丹宾碱(10)和喜果苷(11)。结论 从钩藤的茎枝中分离鉴定了9个生物碱类化合物,1个黄酮类化合物和1个酚类化合物,其中化合物1,4和5首次从该属植物中分离得到,为钩藤的进一步开发利用提供参考。  相似文献

用硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH-20凝胶柱色谱等色谱技术分离纯化窄叶鲜卑花的化学成分,通过理化方法和波谱数据确定化合物结构.从窄叶鲜卑花二氯甲烷浸膏中分离并鉴定了9个化合物:香草醛(1)、甲基阿魏酸(2)、对甲氧基桂皮酸(3)、N,N′-二环己基脲(4)、Valencicacid(5)、ω-羟基-3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯乙酮(6)、异阿魏酸(7)、咖啡酸(8)及3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(9),除化合物2、7及8外,其他化合物都为从该植物中首次报道,化合物5及6首次从蔷薇科得到,化合物4首次从植物体内得到.以上结果可为该药材的进一步研究开发提供参考.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
