电压切换回路采用双位置继电器触点时,切换继电器同时动作信号采用双位置继电器触点,以便监视双位置继电器工作状态。而传统的"切换继电器同时动作"信号采用串接于电压切换回路中的常规继电器,不能正确反映母线刀闸位置接点状态,在某种特定条件下将无法对切换继电器同时动作信号作出准确的报警。要求对220kV母线电压切换装置的"切换继电器同时动作"信号进行反措。     

考虑触点影响的航天继电器寿命预测方法

电磁继电器作为航天系统中的一种关键器件,其性能直接影响着整个系统的可靠性.现行航天继电器的触点大多具有多组且比较紧密的特点,造成了继电器在工作过程中触点组之间相互作用,影响了继电器的退化性能.针对此问题,提出了基于吸合时间退化变量的建模方法.采用小波-卡尔曼滤波算法对模型状态进行估计,将触点组之间的相互影响用带参数的线性关系表示,并用极大似然估计进行参数更新,从而进行继电器寿命预测.通过基于PC104的继电器测试系统获取实验数据,分析验证了该算法的有效性和可行性.     

汞润触点继电器超小型化技术的研究

采用积分模型等效磁路的方法对继电器的电磁系统进行了分析计算和实验研究。为了提高计算精度，提出了等效漏磁阻修正系数的计算公式。考虑了实践中的物理和工艺方面诸因素，对结构参量进行了合理调整，研制成常开触点型和转换触点型超小型汞润触点开关管和继电器。     

时间继电器符号的记忆方法

在绘制和识别电气原理图时,时间继电器的图形符号很容易混淆。特别是时间继电器的延时触点,在使用时一般让人无法确定。本文针对时间继电器的符号的记忆进行简单阐述。     

负载为交流接触器时无触点磁继电器的特性分析与计算

本文分析了带有交流触点电器作负载的无触点磁继电器的工作特性,阐述了电源电压与接触器线圈电压相等时串联电容的线路方案。指出在触点电器动作过程中可能出现脉动工作现象的原因,并介绍消除脉动工作现象的具体方法。文中对磁继电器的设计参数和实验结果作了比较。 附录举例示出这类磁继电器的设计计算方法。     

电源电压对继电器闭合与分断时间及触点弹跳的影响

利用商用继电器和触点模拟试验装置两种方法进行了继电器电接触试验,记录了在不同电源电压及负载电流下触点闭合与分断操作过程中电弧的电流电压波形,针对触头通断过程中出现的弹跳现象,分别定义了若干时间参数,统计分析了它们随电压升高的变化规律.研究表明:随着电源电压的升高,继电器闭合时间与分断时间均相应增长;闭合弹跳对闭合时间影响很大,分断弹跳一般发生于触点分离初期的微间隙,它对分断时间影响很小.     

电磁继电器触点面的SEM和XPS研究

使用X射线光电子能谱（XPS）和扫描电子显微镜（SEM）等表面分析方法,研究未启封、使用过失失效和使用过失效的继电器触点表面和形貌、组份和结构,结构表明,经过使用后触点表面烧蚀严重并发生磨损,其组份中含Ag、Sn、C和O等原子,C和O的XPS峰显示,触点表面氧化膜和碳化物的形成,导致接触电阻增大,从而影响继电器的稳定履使用寿命。     

密封继电器触点的失效模式与失效机理研究

文章综述了密封继电器触点的常见失效模式,包括电弧侵蚀、粘接、熔焊、金属迁移、污染电流等;分析了各种失效模式的形成机理;最后阐明要提高密封继电器的可靠性,在密封继电器的设计、生产、使用过程中应采取的措施。

Crystal structure of trp repressor/operator complex at atomic resolution

The crystal structure of the trp repressor/operator complex shows an extensive contact surface, including 24 direct and 6 solvent-mediated hydrogen bonds to the phosphate groups of the DNA. There are no direct hydrogen bonds or non-polar contacts to the bases that can explain the repressor's specificity for the operator sequence. Rather, the sequence seems to be recognized indirectly through its effects on the geometry of the phosphate backbone, which in turn permits the formation of a stable interface. Water-mediated polar contacts to the bases also appear to contribute part of the specificity.     

Structure of the reovirus core at 3.6 A resolution

The reovirus core is an assembly with a relative molecular mass of 52 million that synthesizes, modifies and exports viral messenger RNA. Analysis of its structure by X-ray crystallography shows that there are alternative, specific and completely non-equivalent contacts made by several surfaces of two of its proteins; that the RNA capping and export apparatus is a hollow cylinder, which probably sequesters its substrate to ensure completion of the capping reactions; that the genomic double-stranded RNA is coiled into concentric layers within the particle; and that there is a protein shell that appears to be common to all groups of double-stranded RNA viruses.     

Cell contact- and shape-dependent regulation of vinculin synthesis in cultured fibroblasts

Recent studies have demonstrated the fundamental role of cell-substrate contacts and changes in cell shape in the regulation of cell growth, motility and differentiation, but the molecular basis for these phenomena is poorly understood. Because of the involvement of cytoskeletal networks in cell morphogenesis and contact formation, it is of interest that the expression of genes encoding several cytoskeletal proteins is markedly affected by changes in cell contacts and configuration. Because most of these phenomena involve changes in the form, extent or topology of cell contacts, we sought to determine whether the expression of components directly involved in the formation of cell-cell or cell-substrate contacts is affected by the respective cellular interactions. A suitable candidate for such analysis is vinculin, a cytoskeletal protein of relative molecular mass (Mr) 130,000 (130K), which is localized in focal contacts and intercellular adherens junctions. The assembly of vinculin into a membrane-bound junctional plaque seems to be one of the earliest cellular responses to contact with exogenous substrates, leading to the subsequent local assembly of the actin-rich microfilament bundles. Here we report on the regulation of vinculin synthesis in response to environmental conditions that affect cell shape and contacts.
