建设数字中国是我国国民经济、社会信息化的重要内容和基础性、战略性工作。党中央、国务院历来高度重视数字中国建设。城市地理空间框架是数字城市建设的核心任务之一,它为城市发展和信息化建设提供统一的空间定位与基础地理信息公共平台。本文介绍了"数字昆明"地理空间框架建设的背景及意义,提出了建设的目标与内容,阐述了基础地理信息数据库建设、数字昆明地理空间框架数据库建设及公共服务平台"天地图·昆明"的建设,为地市级数字城市地理空间框架建设提供思路。     

浅谈地理信息共享平台系统建设需求

基础地理空间数据库是搭建数字城市的基础平台.本文以数字温州为例,采用Oraclellg数据库平台和ArcSDE空间数据库引擎,对包括矢量、栅格以及DEM等各种类型、各种比例尺的地图数据实施集中、统一、高效的管理.详细阐述了系统软硬件环境搭建、空间数据的组织和建设涉及到的关键技术及主要内容.     

面向服务集成的厦门火炬园建设地理信息系统

在开发区建设过程中,常面临土地建设规划、土地征用、农用地流转、项目建设及建成后的土地集约利用评价等问题,由于相关数据源自多个部门,数据共享与互操作困难.针对厦门火炬园开发区建设管理部门面临的上述问题,提出采用网络服务技术实现数据共享与互操作,管委会部门数据以Web Service形式发布,通过调用测绘部门基础地理信息共享服务平台实现基础地理信息共享.使用Web Service实现Auto CAD数据Web端动态浏览与叠加.基于Flex技术实现网络服务的富客户端聚合,开发了建设处地理信息系统.结果表明:系统能够有效管理各种原始规划、规划变更、土地利用、土地开发红线等信息,在统一地理信息框架下实现了多部门分布式数据的叠加与分析.     

校园GIS平台--基础地理信息数据库的建立

数字农业空间信息管理平台的设计与实现

根据数字农业空间信息管理平台的建设目标和要求,进行了空间数据库和属性数据库的设计与建设.在此基础上,采用SQL Server2000、ArcSDE、VB6.0和ArcEngine四者结合进行了平台总体架构和功能的设计,并进行了平台的开发,实现了平台与数据管理、地图基本操作、农业信息综合查询、农业空间分析、土地斑块调整、制图与输出系统等功能.     

基于数据一体化管理模式的高校学生信息共享平台

针对高校管理信息化建设中未能做到统一规划导致的各应用系统无法联通、不能共享的难题,提出了基于学生基础信息的一体化数据共享平台。研究了平台的主要架构,设计了基础共享数据库,提出数据交换的机制并给出具体的方法。通过此平台能够实现高校各部门异构的应用系统信息共享和基于学生信息的一体化管理。     

基于SOA的数字城市地理空间信息平台

数字城市建设是数字地球的基础。建设数字城市就是充分利用相关信息技术手段,采集、整合和挖掘城市各种信息资源,建立面向政府、企业和社会公众的信息交换与共享服务平台,这就需要各个行业、部门的信息资源充分共享,形成统一的信息资源平台。提出了基于SOA的地理空／~74~息平台的总体架构,研究了平台构建的关键技术,为数字城市建设提供了参考。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
