本文以壳聚糖为主成份制成保鲜剂,以涂膜形式用于金秋梨保鲜的实验,探讨了壳聚糖保鲜膜的保鲜机理与效果。结果表明,壳聚糖保鲜膜能有效控制与调节金秋梨的呼吸作用、失水程度和化学成份含量变化,延长了金秋梨保鲜期。  相似文献

目的:探讨民间验方缪氏癣药对银屑病的疗效.方法:普萘洛尔涂于豚鼠耳,人工诱发银屑病样增生模型,然后将模型组依照缪氏癣药治疗浓度和用药方式不同分为六组,即低浓度组、中浓度组、高浓度组、低浓度+保鲜膜、中浓度+保鲜膜、高浓度+保鲜膜,并用缪氏癣药治疗,并与空白组对比疗效.主要以豚鼠耳部皮肤变化和耳评分为比较指标.结果:中浓度+保鲜膜组对豚鼠的治疗效果最佳.结论:缪氏癣药对银屑病模型有明显疗效.  相似文献

文章探讨了壳聚糖对樱桃番茄上青霉菌生长繁殖以及贮藏品质的影响。在离体的条件下,进行了4种不同质量浓度的壳聚糖对青霉菌孢子萌发、菌丝生长以及菌落扩展的抑制实验。在活体条件下,对浸泡过0.2g/L壳聚糖溶液的樱桃番茄接种青霉菌孢子悬浮液,研究壳聚糖对樱桃番茄病害的控制情况。结果表明:离体条件下,壳聚糖溶液对青霉菌孢子的萌发、菌丝生长的抑制作用随着壳聚糖质量浓度的增加而增强,在壳聚糖质量浓度为0.4g/L时,几乎能完全抑制菌丝的生长和孢子的萌发。0.2g/L壳聚糖对菌落的扩展抑制最明显,但随着壳聚糖质量浓度的增加,抑制效果却逐渐减弱。在樱桃番茄上的接种实验中,进一步验证了0.2g/L壳聚糖能够对樱桃番茄上青霉菌的生长繁殖有抑制效果。在壳聚糖对樱桃番茄贮藏品质的影响实验中,检测了樱桃番茄果实的硬度、可溶性固形物、丙二醛(MDA)、还原性糖质量比等生理指标,结果均表明壳聚糖有助于延缓樱桃番茄的成熟,提高果实的贮藏品质。  相似文献

为了探讨解决冷敏型樱桃番茄(Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.Var.cerasiforme)、芒果(Mangifera indica L.)冷藏中的冷害问题,用0.001 mmol/L、0.010 mmol/L、0.100 mmol/L过氧化氢(H2O2)和冷激、热激对樱桃番茄和芒果处理后,在2℃冷藏中观测了冷害发生情况、色度及果实中H2O2和丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果表明,樱桃番茄H2O2 0.100mmol/L处理、芒果H2O2 0.001 mmol/L处理比对照蒸馏水处理具有较低的冷害发生率、冷害指数、H2O2和MDA含量,樱桃番茄的色度值也高于对照处理.对樱桃番茄减轻冷害的效果与冷激和热激处理效果相当,对芒果的效果与冷激处理效果相当.冷藏前用H2O2溶液处理可以提高樱桃番茄和芒果冷藏中的抗冷性,减轻冷害.  相似文献

樱桃为烟台地区的特色水果之一,既营养丰富,又有补中益气、祛风湿,滋润皮肤,滋补气血,补虚,补肾等保健效果,而樱桃鲜果的贮存和保鲜相对较差,解决物尽其用尤为重要.作者开发了樱桃深加工系列产品,以支持其产业化的健康发展.本文在樱桃补酒的原酒酿制和配制正交实验的基础上,利用正交实验和人工神经网络相结合的建模方法,建立了工艺参数与产品间的映射模型,并通过仿真、优化与实验,获得了樱桃补酒最佳制备工艺参数:发酵温度20±2℃,总糖11±1%,总酸0.7±0.1%,芳香物浸提液添加量0.2%.  相似文献

以红灯品种的樱桃果实为材料,对果实中的多酚氧化酶(PPO)的酶学特性进行了研究.通过其与邻苯二酚反应后产物的吸光度值的测量,分别研究了樱桃在不同储存条件下褐变度的变化,以及温度、pH值、反应时间和氧化抑制剂L-半胱氨酸、抗坏血酸、柠檬酸和肉桂酸等对PPO活性的影响.结果表明:以0.01mol/L的邻苯二酚作为底物,樱桃果肉PPO分别在反应温度为10℃和pH值为4.0时的活性较高,反应时间为10~15 min时活性较高,褐变程度较强.在一定的条件下,几种抑制剂对樱桃果肉的PPO活性呈现出不同的抑制效果,以抗坏血酸的抑制效果为最佳.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
