在pH3 5~4 0的NaAc HCl介质中,乙基曙红与蛋白质结合形成复合物,溶液颜色发生变化,最大吸收波长为548nm,比乙基曙红红移了28nm,并在520nm处产生最大褪色,其吸收或褪色作用均可用于蛋白质的分光光度测定.在最大吸收波长548nm处,蛋白质的浓度在0 23~20 0μg·mL-1(HSA)和0 25~17 5μg·mL-1(BSA)范围内与吸光度成正比,其表观摩尔吸光系数分别为1 33×106L·mol-1·cm-1(BSA)和1 26×106L·mol-1·cm-1(HSA);而在最大褪色波长520nm处测量,上述范围的蛋白质浓度也与褪色程度成直线关系,其表观摩尔吸光系数分别为2 02×106L·mol-1·cm-1(BSA)和2 06×106L·mol-1·cm-1(HSA),褪色光度法灵敏度更高.并且方法选择性好,用于尿液及人血清样品中总蛋白的测定,所得结果与考马斯亮蓝法基本一致.  相似文献

在磷酸介质中,Cu2+离子与间羧基苦胺酸偶氮变色酸反应生成络合比为12的稳定蓝色络合物,该络合物在663 nm处有最大吸收,其摩尔吸光系数为2.88×104L·mol-1·cm-1,Cu2+离子含量在0~25μg/25ml范围内遵守比尔定律,方法用于铝合金中铜含量的测定,铜的标准回收率在95%~102%之间,结果满意.  相似文献

基于加热和KHC6H4(COO)2-NaOH (PH=5.00)缓冲溶液存在下,铜、铝催化氯酸钾氧化灿烂绿的褪色反应,建立了催化光度同时测定痕量铜和铝的新方法。本法测定铜、铝的线性范围分别为0.04~0.40μg/L和0.40~2.0μg/L;检出限分别为3.6×10-12g/mL和1.2×10-11g/mL。方法简便、准确,并用于实际样品的测定。  相似文献

研究在稀盐酸介质中,亚硝酸根对溴酸钾氧化罗丹明B褪色的催化反应,建立测定痕量亚硝酸根的催化反应光度法.该方法测定亚硝酸根的最大吸收波长540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.9×105L·mol-1·cm-1.方法检出限为8.27×10-10g·mL-1在0~6.5μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律,用于水果、蔬菜、肉制品、罐头样品中痕量亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

在硫酸和热水浴中 ,Rh(Ⅲ )催化高碘酸钾氧化偶氮胭脂红B褪色 ,由此建立了测定铑的新催化光度法 .铑质量浓度在 0~ 1 1μg/2 5mL范围内符合比尔定律 ,检出限为 4 0 8× 10 - 9g/mL .对 1 0 μg/2 5mLRh(Ⅲ )测定的相对标准偏差为 2 2 0 % (n =11) .催化反应的表观活化能为 10 0 38 KJ/mol.考察了 4 0多种共存离子的影响 ,Os(IV)、Ru(Ⅲ )和Ir(IV)干扰 ,其它贵金属、有色金属和铁不干扰 .题示体系已用于某些催化剂和冶金产品中痕量铑的测定 ,结果满意 .  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
