 高介电常数介电材料在储能方面的特殊作用使其在电工、电子技术领域有着重要的应用。随着电子工业的发展,高储能密度介电材料受到越来越多的关注,出现了一些新型的高储能密度介电材料。高储能密度介电材料具有高的介电常数和击穿强度,其发展的关键是提高储能密度。本文对近年来高储能密度介电材料的研究发展进行了概述,主要讨论了通过对钛酸钡的改性(即掺杂改性、表面包覆改性和复合材料制备)来提高介电材料的储能密度。分析了钛酸钡/聚合物复合材料的制备方法及其介电性能的影响因素,其中,陶瓷填料和聚合物基体2相界面的相容性是复合材料介电性能的重要影响因素。同时,指出了解决BaTiO3粒子在聚合物基体中的分散问题、填料和聚合物基体的选择以及制备过程中工艺条件的控制都是研究兼具高介电强度和高介电常数复合材料的发展方向。  相似文献

报告了重量比为57.5% SrTiO_3-31.5% PbTiO_3-6.7% Bi_2O_3-3.3% TiO_2-0.1% MnO_2-0.5% MgO-0.3% Nb_2O_5-0.1%SiO_2介质陶瓷的制备工艺和介电性质,给出了介电常数ε和介质损耗tanδ随烧成温度T的变化规律,描述了ε和tanδ的温度特性和频率特性.介电测量表明,此种介质陶瓷是制造大电容量、低介质损耗高压陶瓷电容器的优良材料.  相似文献

 目前,电容器已经广泛应用于通讯、电脑、家电、汽车、工业仪器仪表、高铁、军工等众多领域,是电子设备不可缺少的元器件之一。电子电路的集成化和小型化,对电容器提出了更高的要求,使其向小型化、高容量、低成本、多功能化等方向发展。高储能密度电容器具有充放电速度快、抗循环老化、性能稳定等优点,可作为电子设备的小型化电源。电容器是由两个电极及其间的介电材料构成的,其性能主要取决于介电材料。要获得高储能密度的电容器,必须研究高储能密度介电材料,提高其介电常数和击穿强度,以获得体积小而储能密度大的电容器。  相似文献

本文提出了一种关于介电材料的相对介电常数(εr)的介质损耗(tgδ)的测量算法。通过实际电容器的并联和串联等效电路模型分别与DPSD算法相结合实现介电材料相关介电参数的测量算法。大量程序模拟实验的结果证明,不同等效模型实现的算法具有相同的结果。该算法可以用于不同频率下介电材料介电性能的测量。  相似文献

具有高介电常数、低介电损耗的柔性聚合物基复合材料在电子电气行业和能源等领域有重要的应用前景。本文结合国内外近年来在这一领域的研究成果,对聚合物基高性能复合介电材料的研究进展进行了介绍。根据填料类型的不同,重点讨论了有机填料、介电陶瓷填料和导电填料对聚合物基复合材料介电性能的影响。从填料粒子的结构尺寸、几何形貌,以及填料粒子与聚合物基体之间的界面相互作用出发,探讨了影响复合材料介电性能的因素。在此基础上提出今后的研究要更加关注纳米填料的纳米效应和多组分填料之间的协同作用。  相似文献

采用传统压电陶瓷固相合成法制得了纯钙钛矿相的(1-x)(Bi0 5Na0.5)TiO3-xBaTiO3(J=0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,0.10)(简写作BNBT)系无铅压电陶瓷研究了1kHz条件下室温到400℃的温度范围内BNBT试样的介电温谱以及3种不同频率下(1、10、100kHz)BNBT-6试样的介电温谱,发现材料在研究组成范围内均为弛豫型铁电体。采用HRTEM研究了该系统的畴结构,表明BNBT钙钛矿结构铁电体的介电性能与复合离子的有序无序排列密切相关,纳米尺度有序微畴对介电弛豫起着重要作用。  相似文献

以青萝卜为实验物料,利用网络分析仪,采用同轴探头法测量了在16~3 500 MHz的频率范围内,湿基含水率为15%~93.20%,物料温度为(36±1)℃的青萝卜的介电常数ε'和介质损耗因子ε".分析了频率、含水率、糖度、密度与介电特性的关系,建立了915 MHz和2 450 MHz下介电特性与含水率、糖度、密度的关联模型,检验了基于介电特性预测含水率、糖度、密度的可行性.结果表明:在16~3 500 MHz频率段内,介电常数ε'和介质损耗因子ε"随着频率的增大而减小.介电常数ε'随着含水率的增大而增大,介质损耗因子ε"在湿基含水率为15%~60%时,随着含水率的增大而增大,之后随着含水率的增大而降低.糖度与含水率呈负相关.可用二元一次方程描述含水率、糖度、密度与介电特性的关系,对模型进行方差分析,各模型的决定系数均大于0.92,P值小于0.05,表明所得基于介电特性预测干燥过程中青萝卜的含水率、糖度、密度的模型是准确的.  相似文献

一、前言煤炭微波脱硫是近年来国外发展较快的一种煤炭脱流方法,它不仅能有效地脱除煤中的无机硫,对有机硫也有一定作用。该法依据煤中各组分在一定频率的微波场中介电性质的差异,选择性吸收微波能,发生脱硫反应。微波能与介质之间的耦合度用微波能在单位体积介质中功率损耗表示为: P/V=πfε。E~2ε″_r (1)式中:π、自由空间的介电常数,ε。为常数,频率f、场强E对一定设备、在一定频率下为常数,介质的介电损耗ε″_r号取决于介质的性质。可见,介质与微波能之间的相互作用与其介电性质密切相关。本文测量了煤与浸提剂的介电性质,并结合微波脱硫试验,考查了两者之间的一些规律性。  相似文献

采用正交设计实验法研究了配方对Ba(Ti,Zr)O3(BTZ)基电容器陶瓷介电性能的影响 ,得到了影响BTZ基陶瓷介电性能的主次因素 ,各因素水平影响其性能的趋势 对介电常数而言 ,主次影响因素的顺序为Nb2 O5、BaZrO3/BaTiO3、ZnO、CeO2 ;对介质损耗而言 ,主次影响因素的顺序为Nb2 O5、ZnO、CeO2 、BaZrO3/BaTiO3 同时得到了介电常数最大的配方和介质损耗最小的配方 通过正交设计实验得到了综合性能最佳的BTZ基陶瓷 ,它具有高介 (ε)≥1 32 0 0低损耗 (tanδ) <60× 1 0 - 4 和高耐压 (大于 5MV/m) 探讨了各组分对BTZ基陶瓷介电性能影响机理 ,为研制高介、低损耗、高耐压电容器陶瓷提供依据  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
