羟丙基-β-环糊精包合对右旋龙脑性质的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用超声法制备了右旋龙脑/羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物,并用差示扫描量热法和X-射线衍射法鉴定,然后采用气相色谱法,以右旋龙脑含量为指标,分别对包合物进行挥发性、热稳定性、抗光解性和相溶解度实验.结果表明:在常温、光和热的因素影响下,包合物中右旋龙脑的含量明显高于混合物,这表明包合物具有一定的抗光解性和热稳定性,其稳定性明显优于单纯的右旋龙脑,便于长久贮存而不改变疗效;羟丙基-β-环糊精浓度为0 ~8 mol/L时,右旋龙脑的浓度随着羟丙基-β-环糊精浓度的增加而增加,表明右旋龙脑形成包合物后,其溶解性得到了显著提高.  相似文献

通过对包合比例、主客体分子间相互作用力、包合部位和包合物稳定性的研究来阐明脱水穿心莲内酯和β-环糊精形成包合物的机制.应用差示热分析法确证包合物的形成,紫外分光光度法测定稳定常数并计算其热力学常数,1H-NMR、IR法确证包合部位.结果显示:脱水穿心莲内酯与β-环糊精形成了1∶1的包合物,包合部位为脱水穿心莲内酯的五元内酯环部分及十氢萘环部分,在形成包合物过程中范德华力起主要推动作用,疏水力起辅助作用,形成的包合物比较稳定.  相似文献

采用超声法制备氟苯尼考-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物,并分别采用差热分析法(DSC)、傅里叶红外光谱法(FTR)、X-射线粉末衍射法(XRD)对包合物进行结构表征,运用Chem3D程序初步探讨包合物的形成机制.制备包合物的最佳工艺参数为:氟苯尼考与HP-β-CD投料比(mol/mol)为2.5∶1,超声温度60℃,超声时间5h.在该制备工艺条件下包合物的得率为82.82%,包合率为91.88%.同时经DSC、FTR和XRD确证其包合物已形成.通过Chem3D和红外数据初步确证包合物的形成是由于氟苯尼考与羟丙基-β-环糊精之间形成氢键所致.  相似文献

运用紫外光谱滴定、差热分析和粉末X线衍射等方法研究了山姜素分子与甲基化β-环糊精衍生物形成配位包合物的包合行为、包合能力及其性质表征.研究结果显示,山姜素与甲基化β-环糊精形成稳定的包合物,包合能力的大小为:β-CDDMβCDTMβCD.形成包合物后,其水溶性和热稳定性明显提高.  相似文献

合成了以β-环糊精为主体、2,3,5,6-四氯苯醌为客体的晶体包合物,通过多种谱学方法对固体包合物进行了表征. 实验结果表明 β-环糊精与四氯苯醌分子形成摩尔比为1∶1的包合物, 四氯苯醌进入了β-环糊精分子的疏水性空腔内. 利用紫外光谱数据求得包合物的解离常数KD为2.7×10-3.  相似文献

研究青蒿素-β-环糊精包合物的制备与性质,通过相溶解度法、红外光谱(IR)对其包合物进行表征.结果表明,β-环糊精可增加青蒿素的溶解度;相溶解度法测定青蒿素与β-环糊精的包合常数为77.44 L/mol;IR检测到青蒿素的特征吸收峰,受包合物形成的影响其强度降低、峰形变宽、发生位移或消失等现象,青蒿素与β-环糊精可以形成稳定的包合物.  相似文献

制备了β-环糊精与巴西木素的主-客体包合物,并对其包合行为和性能进行研究.采用紫外可见光谱滴定法确定了包合物的包合比和稳定常数;利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、量热分析(DSC)和热重分析(TG)对包合物进行了表征;运用量子化学计算和分子对接模拟研究了主-客体的包合机制.结果显示,β-环糊精与巴西木素的包合量比为1∶1;包合物形成后,巴西木素的热稳定性得到了显著改善;量子化学计算表明,巴西木素以单羟基苯环一侧进入β-环糊精空腔时结合能最低,并以氢键作用形成包合物;分子对接模拟表明,结合能最低时优化的构象为巴西木素以单羟基一侧从大口端进入β-环糊精空腔,与量子化学计算结果一致.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
