REGRESSION OF HEAT AND MOISTURE EXCHANGE DIAGRAM OF SWISS LUWA AIR WASHER

The thesis has changed the heat and moisture exchange curves of Swiss Luwa air washer into double efficiency formulas which are widely used in our country with a computer, and also worked out the regression formula of heat transfer efficiency(X). This has created favourable condition for us to use computer in our calculation of Luwa air washer.     

INVESTIGATION OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF DYNAMIC HEAT AND MOISTURE TRANSMISSIONS THROUGH FABRICS

In this paper, the dynamic heat and moisture transmissions through fabrics are investigated, and their interaction manner is discussed. The essentials of the apparatus developed for measuring the amount of heat flow through fabrics during the whole period of simulated sweating action is reported. The registered heat flow flux in a continuous curve form covering the complete dry-wet-dry cycle of the sample is presented. Interpretation of the feature of the curve and indexes for characterizing the wearing comfort property of fabrics are suggested.     

STUDY OF THE HEAT AND HUMIDITY TRANSFER PROCESSES BETWEEN AIR AND WATER IN THE AIR WASHER

The processes of heat and humidity transfer between air and water are what to be studied mainly in the paper, we put forward some main factors which influence the processes of heat and humidity transfer in the air washer. We come to the conclusion that we can change these main factors to achieve different heat and humidity transfer processes and decide processes of heat and humidity transfer of air and water with the initial temperature of spraying water in the air washer. All these results can make things convenient for the air conditioning management.     

ADSORPTION AND FLOCCULATION BEHAVIORS OF ILMENITE AND FELDSPAR IN THE PRESENCE OF SULPHONATED POLYACRYLAMIDE——Experimental

The adsorption of Sulphonated polyacrylamide(PAMS)on ilmenite and feldspar fromaqueous solution and the floeculation of minerals by PAMS have been studied.The researchresults reveal that the strong adsorption of PAMS on ilmenite results in its strongflocculation and the weak adsorption of PAMS on feldspar causes its dispersion to be morestable.The mechanism of PAMS bonding is discussed in terms of co-ordination and H-bonding interaction respectively in the light of molecular orbit.The co-ordination between—So_3~- on PAMS chain and sites of Ti~(4+) or Fe~(2+) on ilmenite was testified by electron spec-troscopy(PHI550ESCA/AES).Consequently new technology“Bulk flocculation-magneticsepa-ration-ultrasonic deflocculation-magnetic separation”for fine ilmenite/titano-magnetite/feld-spar system has been successfully developed.     

MODEL AND ALGORITHM FOR OPTIMAL SYNTHESIS OF LARGE SCALE HEAT EXCHANGER NETWORKS WITHOUT STREAM SPLITTING

提出了大规模无分流换热网络最优综合问题（流股数超过５０股）的严格的混合整数非线性规划（ＭＩＮＬＰ）超结构模型．该模型建立在新的超结构基础上，可包含更多可行的换热网络结构，并成功地解决了“组合爆炸”问题．同时针对该模型提出了改进的遗传算法．文中给出了大规模换热网络综合的一个工业实例：乙烯装置的换热网络改造     

INFLUENCE OF SIDELONG HEAT TRANSFER ON PTR SIGNAL

The influence of the sidelong heat transfer on the PTR signal is discussed. The typical effect is to reduce the phasedelayof the PTR signal when thermal waves extend to the sideface. A three-dimensional model, of which the results are in good agreement with the experimental date, is put forward. Comparisons with the results from the one-dimensional model are given.     

A STUDY ON IMPROVING HEAT TRANSFER BETWEEN GAS AND SOLID IN SUSPENDED STATE——A NEW MATERIAL SEALING AND DISPERSION DEVICE

A new material seaing and dispersion device,substituting for flap-valves,is introduced.Thepaper discusses methods of saving total energy consumption by improving system heat transfer effi-cieney and reducing system pressre loss after adopting the new device.     

HOMOPOLYMERS AND COPOLYMERS OF GLYCOLIDE AND LACTIDE

The homopolymerization and copolymerization of glycolide (GA) and lactide (LA) are des-cribed. The resulting polymers are characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), 300 MHz proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR), infrared spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The rheological properties of PGA andPGLA 910 are evaluated by shear experiments. The biodegradation has been studied in vivo. Theresults show that the polyesters can be absorbed by the muscles of rabbits after 60 days.
