Résumé On a étudié l'action de NaCl sur le péristaltisme. Après une heure, dans une solution de Tyrode saturée de NaCl (205–308 mM/1), un blocus neuromusculaire est apparu. Résumé L'adaptation des cobayes à l'histamine par voie intrapéritonéale diminue la sensibilité de leur jéjunum isolé à l'histamine. En même temps le jéjunum isolé de cobayes adaptés réagit à l'acétylcholine sans changer remarquablement de susceptibilité. L'activité de l'histaminase dans le jéjunum adapté ne démontre pas la différence en relation avec celle du jéjunum non adapté.

The changes in short-circuit current occurring when one or both solutions bathing the intestine of rat or guinea-pig mounted in flux chambers were recorded. The results with the guinea-pig can be explained in terms of diffusion potentials arising from the ionic replacements, and an electrogenic sodium pump, sensitive to ouabain, in the contraluminal membrane of the cell. In the rat, the situation is more complicated, and the enterocyte probably possesses an electrogenic sodium pump in the brush-border membrane. 相似文献

Although a considerable body of information has accumulated describing the pharmacological properties of a wide range of molluscan muscle types, the physiological bases underlying these properties have not been thoroughly investigated. At present, little is known about the types of ion channels and their regulation in molluscan muscle cell membranes. Voltage-clamp, and more recently, patch-clamp techniques have revealed molluscan muscles possess a complex array of channel types with various pharmacological and electrophysiological properties. The gating properties of these channels and their modulation by chemical agents, however, are still poorly understood. This review summarizes some aspects of molluscan muscle function with particular reference to the heart ventricle muscle of the pond snail, Lymnaea stagnalis. 相似文献

In the presence of low density lipoprotein, the sodium sodecyl sulphate(SDS)-very low density lipoprotein(VLDL) complex sedimented, while in the presence of high density lipoprotein the complex floated.
