本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在全面了解我国竞技体育后备人才培养机制的基础上,分析在国家体制下竞技体育人才培养上存在的问题、产生的原因,进而提出解决问题的根本途径在于完善竞技体育后备人才"体教结合"培养模式。     

可持续发展理论原则与辽宁省竞技体育后备人才培养研究

竞技体育后备人才的培养对于竞技体育的发展具有重要的意义.我国正处在一个社会转型的特定的历史时期,社会主义市场经济取代了原有的计划经济,竞技体育后备人才培养的形式也发生了新的变化,正在由单一化向多元化转变,由封闭型向开放型转变.辽宁省竞技体育后备人才培养的结构转型是社会发展的必然.其结构转型的最终目的是更好地、可持续的发展.本文以社会转型理论和可持续发展理论为理论基础,从可持续发展的理论原则的角度出发,通过对省内各省市竞技体育运动学校的问卷调查,对影响辽宁省竞技体育后备人才培养可持续发展的因素进行了分析和研究.研究通过个案调查法、文献资料法、访谈调查法、专家调查法获取研究资料,采用逻辑方法对材料进行分析和处理.     

"以人为本"管理模式在国内竞技体育青少年后备人才可持续性培养中的探讨与展望

竞技体育的发展离不开竞技体育人才的培养与管理.我国传统的竞技体育人才培养模式为新中国竞技体育的崛起做出了巨大贡献.但在新时期下,社会对竞技体育人才培养提出了更高的要求,要求培养的运动员是高文化、高素质的高水平运动员,是能够适应现代社会发展的人.本文采取文献资料法、调查研究方法分析了目前国内外竞技体育后备人才培养与管理的现状,同时从江苏省竞技体育人才培养的实践基础出发,立足于国内经济社会发展的现状,并以训练学、教育学、社会学、管理学等多学科的视角全方位地对竞技体育人才培养管理模式进行分析和总结,探讨新形势下竞技体育后备人才培养模式的重构,并为在竞技体育后备人才可持续发展中实行"以人为本"管理模式的可行性提供理论支撑,为体育上级主管部门的领导决策提供依据.     

广州市竞技体育后备人才培养的可持续发展对策研究

以广州市竞技体育后备人才培养存在的问题为切入点,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法进行研究与分析.结果表明：精英竞技阻断了体育改革之路、运动员寻租空间预留大、传统的运动员文化教育模式弊端突显、政府垄断性的管理制度利益化和人才培养体制的睽隔化导致体教结合不力.建议树立可持续发展培养人才观,为广州市竞技体育后备人才培养提供理论依据.     

普通高中教体结合培养体育后备人才模式研究--以河南省濮阳市油田第三高级中学为例

目的探讨教体结合模式下普通高中体育后备人才培养机制,为我国竞技体育可持续发展提供理论支持。方法通过个案研究方法分析高级中学体育生招生、学习、训练、管理经验;通过文献法把握了解教体结合培养竞技体育后备人才模式内涵。结果统一招生与优秀苗子重点选拔是实施体育后备人才培养的基础,体育特长班的建立是落实普通高中体育后备人才教体结合培养机制的前提;依据训练基础,因材施训是体育训练普及与提高的关键;改革高校体育生培养机制,是提高体育人才培养质量的保障。结论高中阶段体育后备人才培养必须加强与高校体育人才培养之间的衔接,以向高校输送优秀体育生源为目的,建立从招生、训练、学习、管理到输送的有效机制。     

内蒙古竞技体育后备人才培养模式的改革及可行性研究

采用访谈法、文献资料法、调查法和数理统计法,对内蒙古东部区竞技体育基层队伍现状、竞技体育后备人才培养的模式进行了综合调查研究,结果表明,目前内蒙古东部区竞技体育基层教练员的职称结构、学历结构、年龄结构不够合理,科研成果及输送运动员较少,后备人才培养模式需要调整,以适应竟技体育形势发展的需要.     

大同市竞技体育后备人才培养现状研究

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法的研究方法,以大同市城区及市辖县区运动员人口统计学变量为研究对象,分析了大同市竞技体育后备人才培养存在的问题以及影响竞技体育后备人才培养现状的因素,针对现有问题提出相应的解决方法,为大同市竞技体育方面科教兴训,合理选用后备人才思路注入新鲜的血液。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
