浅谈大学生就业难

大学生是我国宝贵的人才资源,是现代化建设的重要力量。大学生就业状况,不仅影响到我国高等教育的正常发展,而且关系到我国人才资源的合理配置。近几年来,大学生就业普遍感受到"难"的现状。曾经大学生找工作是"皇帝的女儿不愁嫁",可是如今这种优越感消失了,随着高校连年扩招,每年毕业生人数也连年增长,而市场需求没有明显增加,供需矛盾仍然十分突出,就业压力大,就业难。     

大学生就业难的内在逻辑及其应对策略

面对大学毕业生就业难的社会热点和焦点问题,本文从就业市场的主体视角分析指出,大学生就业难的困境在于,大学生择业的机会逻辑与企业招聘的剩余价值逻辑之间存在错位。从这样的逻辑困境出发,本文认为可以从三个方面对大学生就业难问题加以化解：其一,完善我国教育体系,着力发展职业技术教育;其二,完善大学教学机制;其三,充分发挥政府作用,切实化解就业难困境。     

河北省大学生就业现状与对策分析

学制“缩水”与大学生就业浅析

大学毕业生就业已经成为一个备受社会关注的热点问题,胡锦涛主席、温家宝总理都在不同的场合要求各级各部门关注大学生就业问题。虽然造成大学生就业难有多方面的原因,但与高等学校自身在建设和发展过程中存在的问题密不可分,比如教育＂缩水＂问题。学生就业难导致学校被动压缩教学时间,给学生腾出时间让学生出去找工作;而学生过早地离开学校又造成学生该学的知识没有学到,更难以在市场上找到称心如意的工作。因此,解决学生就业问题应从学制入手,让学生扎实完成学业,对学生所学课程进行优化组合,改变教育观念,促成学生的个性发展,积极应对挑战。     

对大学生就业问题的调查与思考——以大理学院为例

以大理学院为例,以问卷调查数据为依据,定量描述了影响大学生就业的几个问题。从大学生自身以及社会环境两个方面,对大学生就业难问题进行了分析,认为大学生综合素质不强、创业意识淡漠、职业观就业观陈旧、云南经济发展滞后等,是造成大学生就业难的重要原因。针对这些影响大学生就业的问题,提出了缓解、解决大学生就业问题的若干对策和建议。     

基于民营企业转型升级人才需求视角的大学生就业能力提升研究

当前,民营经济作为推动国家经济社会发展的重要主体之一,已成为本科高校大学生就业的主渠道。但处于转型升级时期的多数民营企业陷入了"用工荒"和"就业难"并存、培养机制与职业发展需求不适应、发展需求与就业能力不匹配等困境,对大学生的职业素养、职业规划能力、专业技能和创新能力提出了更高要求。为此,该文从就业观念教育、就业指导教育、人才培养模式改革、"学""做""创"相结合等角度,探索更适合转型升级时期民营企业人才需求的大学生就业能力提升路径。     

当代大学生就业观的误区分析及引导

我国目前的高等教育已经从"精英教育"向"大众化教育"阶段转变,与此同时,大学生就业难已经成为一个不争的事实。在剖析了当代大学生就业观念误区及成因的基础上,阐述了政府、高校、社会应如何通力合作为大学生就业提供指导和扶持,引导大学生树立正确的就业观、择业观,进而从根源上缓解大学生就业难的问题。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
