采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)的方法对狭叶松果菊组培苗不同部位、愈伤组织以及不同株系毛状根中的松果菊苷和绿原酸进行了含量测定,建立同时测定狭叶松果菊组织培养物中松果菊苷和绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱方法;实验采用Kromasil ODS C18柱,流动相为乙腈∶甲醇∶0.1%磷酸溶液(10∶15∶75);检测波长为330nm。结果表明松果菊苷和绿原酸在0~25μg/mL范围线性关系良好;平均回收率方面松果菊苷为97.6%(RSD=0.83%),绿原酸为98.5%(RSD=0.91%)。该法简便、准确,可作为狭叶松果菊组织培养物中松果菊苷和绿原酸的定量分析方法。  相似文献

建立了松果菊苷标准样品的研制方法。采用柱色谱和高速逆流色谱联用对松果菊苷进行分离制备,采用质谱、紫外、红外和核磁等方法对松果菊苷进行结构表征,并进行均匀性和稳定性检验。经国内8个有资质的实验室联合定值,松果菊苷标准样品的标准值为9915%,不确定度值为066%(置信度95%),达到国家标准样品的技术要求,可用于松果菊苷检测和相关产品的分析测试和质量控制。  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器联用仪(HPLC-DAD)对中药枸杞的甜菜碱、类胡萝卜素提取液进行了指纹图谱研究.研究结果表明:用于枸杞质量控制的液相色谱指纹图谱对提取方法具有很强的依赖性,用枸杞甜菜碱提取液的液相色谱指纹图谱对品种进行识别效果较好,而采用类胡萝卜素提取液的液相色谱指纹图谱有利于枸杞真伪的识别和共有模式的建立;此外,还提供了甜菜碱和类胡萝卜素的紫外光谱,这为定性分析以及不同样本中峰的识别提供了一定的依据.  相似文献

建立了不同产地龙利叶HPLC指纹图谱,为龙利叶质量控制提供科学依据。采用高效液相色谱法,用Phenomenex(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱对10批不同产地龙利叶进行分离分析,以乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长305 nm,柱温30℃,流速1 mL/min,采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"(2012.1)软件进行分析。结果表明10批不同产地龙利叶的HPLC指纹图谱共标定8个共有指纹峰,相似度均在0.9以上。该研究为建立龙利叶药材质量控制方法提供了科学依据。  相似文献

 采用HPLC法构建了口炎清颗粒的指纹图谱,用Dikma PLATISIL ODS色谱柱,以乙腈-φ=0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相,检测波长为254 nm。该指纹图谱有23个共有特征峰,确认了其中7个色谱峰的成分分别为绿原酸、咖啡酸、木犀草苷、哈巴俄苷、肉桂酸、甘草酸铵、甘草苷。构建的指纹图谱,操作简便,专属性强、重复性好,为该产品的质量监控提供了有效手段。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
