玉米自交系配合力的分析

玉米自交系配合力分的析结果表明:穗长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、穗质量、单株籽粒产量、穗位叶长的一般配合力方差达极显著水平;亲本性状表现与其一般配合力关系为穗长、穗粗、穗位叶长、穗行数都达到显著或极显著水平;同一亲本不同性状或同一性状不同亲本间GCA效应有较大差异;优良组合的双亲之一GCA要高,要能互补,同时SCA也要高.     

玉米自交系数量性状遗传参数研究

用数量遗传学的原理和方法, 对２０个常用自选和引入的玉米自交系进行数量性状遗传参数的田间试验研究。结果表明： 穗粗、行粒数、百粒重与单株产量的遗传相关达到正向极显著; 吐丝期、株高、穗行数、单株叶片数、单株产量的遗传力较高, 受环境影响小, 宜早代选择; 单株产量的遗传进度较其余性状高, 获得的遗传增量大, 直接选择效果较为理想; 穗粗、行粒数、百粒重以及它们所构成的选择指数对单株产量的相关遗传进度都较高, 通过这３ 个性状的间接选择或者综合选择, 都将会提高单株产量的遗传增量, 达到增加自交系产量的目的。     

林芝地区玉米产量影响因素的相关与通径分析

试验针对西藏林芝地区玉米产量影响因素与玉米产量进行相关分析与通径分析.结果表明,玉米穗粒重与行粒数、苞叶重、穗长、百粒重和穗粗呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.993、0.934、0.921、0.834和0.662;与穗行数呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.262,与秃尖长呈极显著负相关,相关系数为-0.310.行粒数、百粒重、苞叶重、穗长和穗行数与穗粒重建立了最优多元回归方程且呈显著线性关系.在各产量影响因素中,对穗粒重直接作用最大的性状是行粒数,直接通径系数为0.355;其次是百粒重,直接通径系数为0.251;其他性状依次为苞叶重、穗长和穗行数.提高西藏林芝地区玉米产量的育种策略需以行粒数和百粒重为主.     

西昌地区玉米杂交种单株产量与主要农艺性状相关性分析

对130个玉米杂交种的株高、百粒重、穗行数等12个农艺性状与单株产量进行了相关分析,结果表明,单株产量与穗重、行粒数、穗粗、百粒重、穗长均呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.98403、0.70197、0.70007、0.65396、0.52793;而穗重与穗粗、行粒数、百粒重、穗长也呈极显著正相关。进一步通径分析表明,各性状对产量的直接效应依次为穗重>穗长>行粒数>穗轴粗>穗行数>穗位高>百粒重>穗粗>穗位叶宽。因此,在西昌地区玉米育种工作中,增大穗长和行粒数,提高穗位高和穗位叶宽,并注重其他性状的选择,是获得玉米高产的科学有效办法。     

甜、糯玉米杂交种的产量相关性状分析与育种选择

以14个甜、糯玉米为研究材料,对影响甜、糯玉米鲜穗产量的8个性状和影响糯玉米籽粒产量的10个性状进行灰色关联分析,结果表明:各主要数量性状对甜玉米鲜穗产量的关联度大小为:穗长>穗粗>采收日数>穗行数>穗位高>行粒数>秃尖>株高;对糯玉米鲜穗产量的关联度顺序为:穗位高>株高>行粒数>采收日数>穗粗>穗长>秃尖>穗行数;对糯玉米籽粒产量的关联度顺序为:千粒重>穗粗>株高>穗行数>穗位高>穗长>行粒数>出籽率>秃尖>生育期。

不同产量水平玉米的性状构成分析

以近3年来参加重庆市玉米预备试验的233个品种（组合）为材料，根据其该年与对照农大108的产量增幅，划分3种类型，并比较不同类型品种（组合）不同年份的穗粒、植株性状。同时还对233个品种（组合）的产量与性状进行了相关分析与通径分析。结果表明：高产类型品种（组合）表现为高秆、长穗、深粒；性状与产量相关紧密程度依次为株高、穗位高、穗长、行粒数、千粒雨、穗行数、出籽率和秃尖长，其中行粒数和下粒霞以直接作用为主，而株高、穗位高、穗长以间接作用为主。     

玉米自交系性状的遗传相关分析和主成分分析

通过遗传相关分析和主成分分析对110个玉米自交系的14个性状进行了研究。结果表明：穗重、行粒数、穗组、百粒重、株高、穗位高、出籽率占优势的自交系一般单株籽粒产最也高;穗行数、茎粗、雄穗长度、雄穗分枝数,生育期等对单株籽粒产量影响不大,这些性状要根据生产或育种实践的需要进行选择,并以主成分值作为选择指数,在110个自交系中筛选出产量较高的一些自交系。     

二棱大麦数量性状相关遗传力和选择指数分析

以15个二棱大麦品种(系)为材料,用相关遗传力研究大麦数量性状的相关遗传,并计算分析籽粒产量和产量构成性状所组合的各种选择指数。结果表明:各性状与单株粒重的相关遗传力均低于单株粒重的遗传力,因而仅利用一个性状作间接选择的效率比对单株粒重作直接选择的效率低,在构成大麦产量的三要素中,着重提高单株穗数对产量的选择效率为最大;高产育种同时考虑与产量显著相关的性状比单纯对产量选择的效果好,其中以单株穗数、每穗粒数和籽粒产量结合起来选择的效果最佳。本文并对相关遗传力在相关遗传变异分析中的应用进行了讨论。     

不同播期对超甜玉米穗部性状的影响研究

采用粤甜3号和吉甜6号为材料,初步研究不同播种时期对超甜玉米穗部性状的影响。结果表明：不同播期超甜玉米的穗行数、穗长、行粒数变异幅度较小,穗轴重、鲜百粒重和单苞鲜重变异幅度较大;在各产量构成因素中,鲜百粒重、穗行数、行粒数对单苞鲜重的影响较大。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.
