健康教育在临床护理中的应用现状及对策

通过健康教育，使患者及家属了解和掌握了与疾病相关的保健知识和技术，提高了自我保健能力，养成了健康行为，纠正了不良习惯，消除了危险因素，防止疾病的发生，促进了健康。方法：护理人员通过语言或非语言方式，与患者及家属循序渐进地、科学地、有重点地进行交流与沟通。结果：通过6年的临床护理实践，使18774例患者接受了健康教育。结论：通过健康教育使更多的患者学到了防病保健知识，增强了战胜疾病的信心，早日恢复了健康，病人是最大的受益者。护士通过对患者的宣教指导，自身价值得到了体现，所学知识有了用武之地，专业水平得到了提高。     

对计生优质服务创优活动的思考

2005年，我县成功创建了国家级计划生育优质服务先进县，标志着我县计生优质服务工作上了一个新的台阶，优质服务工作取得了一定的成绩，积累了一些先进的经验，广大群众普遍得到了实惠，积极的参与到了我们的计划生育工作中来，这充分的体现了我县在新时期人口计生工作中开展了以人为本，     

网络教育技术的特点与发展对策

介绍了基于网络的现代教育技术，指出了它具有多样性，快捷性，灵活性，内容广泛性和操作简易性5个特点，分析了国内外网络教育发展的现状，提出了我国网络教育中现代远程教育要注意的4个关系，即教与学，教育理论与教育技术，教育与生产劳动，必要性与可行性的关系，给出了我国网络教育的发展对策。     

岩土工程中的系统工程问题

讨论了系统工程的特点，分析了岩土工程的学科系统是由多个学科组成，并且相互交叉和融合，具有系统工程的整体性，层次性，相关性，动态性等典型特点，提出了岩土工程的研究方法，即应用系统工程的原理和方法进行研究，是岩土工程研究的最好方法。以三峡工程永久船闸陡高边坡为例，讨论了岩土工程的学科系统，研究内容，研究步骤，得出了几点结论。     

金融管理中的量本利分析法

就量本利分析法中几个金融经济指标，做了具体的点界运算和分析，测定了盈亏临界点或损益平衡点，解决了成本与产品的关系，确定了产品的产销量，达到降低成本，增加企业利润的目的，特别是在边际利润和安全边际模型的建立中，定量地分析了金融成本的量化位置，从而提高了金融管理的预测，决策水平。     

与水上飞机亲密接触

水上飞机早就有了，已经不是什么新鲜事，不过你说的那是挂浮筒式的，和我们要亲密接触的“别—103”相比，可是差得老鼻子远。挂浮筒式水上飞机缺点可多了。因为悬挂了浮筒，飞行阻力大，速度就慢，而且增加了重量，载重能力也就下降了。浮筒体积很小，在水上浮力不大，抗风浪能力小—一个大浪过来，可能就把你淹没了。再就是挂了个浮筒，失去了在陆地上的起降能力，况且机构不单一，损坏的可能性就大。哎，老式水上飞机，说到底，真的是好失败。我们的“别—103”可不一样了（其实是俄罗斯的哦），厉害着呢：“别—103”采用了船底结构，…     

多媒体技术与初中语文教学深度融合的探索与实践

随着社会的发展进步，人民群众对教育尤其是基础教育的要求越来越高。而多媒体技术的不断推陈出新，把生活引入课堂，改变了原有的课堂结构，为学生创设了各种各样的教学情境，拓展了他们的思维，促进了他们个性化的审美体验，改变了机械、粗糙、繁琐的复习与练习方式，拓宽了他们的学习空间，引导学生建立起自主、合作、探究的学习方式，催生了课堂结构的变化，为学生创建了一个开放而有活力的语文课堂。     

公和双层独塔斜拉桥下部结构分析与优化

对自行设计的公和双层独塔斜拉桥下部结构进行了空间有限元分析，有限元分析模型中对不同构件采用不同的有限单元，同时对不同单元之间的连接进行了有效的处理，分析结果表明，在桥墩和承台之间设置的薄壁结构，极大改善了承台与群桩的受力状态，在对桩基结构进行分析的基础上进行了优化设计；优化后，桩基结构应力分布更趋合理，节省了材料，减少了工程量，也进一步了降低了工程造价。     

基于成本最小化的股份合作制企业最佳机制设计

研究了基成本最小化的股份合作制企业最佳机制设计问题，给出了企业改革成本的构成，性质及计量方法，讨论了企业改革成本的最小区间，分析了各种股份合作制企业机制设计的可行性，选择了股份合作制企业的最佳机制，提供了若干政策建议，并进行了讨论。     

提高数控机庆运动精度方法的研究

分析了数控加工误差产生的原因，提出了消除和减小加工误差的方法，重点研究了提高运动控制算法，从而提高加工精度的方法，提出了插补前进加减速，在对传统控制算法研究的基础上，指出了它的不足之处，给出了改进的方法。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
