Enterprise systems must have the structure to adapt the change of business environment.When rebuilding enterprise system to meet the extended operational boundaries,the concept of IT city planning is applicable and effective.The aim of this paper is to describe the architectural approach from the integrated imformation infrastructure(In3) standpoint and to propose for applying the “City Planning” concept for rebuilding “inter-application spaghetti” enterprise systems.This is mainly because the portion of infrastructure has increased with the change of information systems from centralized systems to distributed and open systems.As enterprise systems have involved heterogeneity or architectural black box in them,it may be required the integration framework (meta-architecture)as a discipline based on heterogeneity that can provide comprehensive view of the enterprise systems.This paper proposes “EII Meta-model” as the integration framework that can optimize the overall enterprise systems from the IT city planning point of view.EII Meta-model consists of “Integrated Information Infrastructure Map(In3-Map)”,“Service·Framework” and “IT Scenario”.It would be applicable and effective for the viable enterprise,because it has the mechanism to adapt the change.Finally,we illustrate a case of information system in an online securities company and demonstrate spplicability and effectiveness of EII Meta-model to meet their business goals.  相似文献

This paper adopts the concept of dynamic feedback systems to model the behavior of financial markets,or more specifically,the stock market from a dynamic system point of view.Based on a feedback adaptation scheme,the authors model the movement of a stock market index within a framework that is composed of an internal dynamic model and an adaptive filter.The output-error model is adopted as the internal model whereas the adaptive filter is a time-varying state space model with instrumental variables.Its input-output behavior,and internal as well as external forces are then identified.Special attention has also been paid to the recent financial crisis by examining the movement of Dow Jones Industrial Average(DJIA) as an example to illustrate the advantage of the proposed framework.Supported by time-varying causality tests,five influential factors from economic and sentiment aspects are introduced as the input of this framework.Testing results show that the proposed framework has a much better prediction performance than the existing methods,especially in complicated economic situations.An application of this framework is also presented with focuses on forecasting the turning periods of the market trend.Realizing that a market trend is about to change when the external force begins to exhibit clear patterns in its frequency responses,the authors develop a set of rules to recognize this kind of clear patterns.These rules work well for stock indexes from US, China and Singapore.  相似文献

Concept lattice is a powerful tool for data analysis. It has been applied widely to machine learning, knowledge discovery and software engineering and so on. Some aspects of concept lattice have been studied widely such as building lattice and rules extraction, as for its algebraic properties, there has not been discussed systematically. The paper suggests a binary operation between the elements for the set of all concepts in formal context. This turns the concept lattice in general significance into those with operators. We also proved that the concept lattice is a lattice in algebraic significance and studied its algebraic properties.These results provided theoretical foundation and a new method for further study of concept lattice.  相似文献

This paper investigates the existence of a fundamental link between two disciplines that emerged during last few decades: complexity science and advanced engineering. During this time many industries, especially those related to the high-tech end of technological development, have faced the problem of increasing complexity of design, production and operation. Industrial projects have grown to become multidisciplinary, tightly interconnected, costly and difficult to control and predict. Two trends can be identified in this respect: one is the consistent effort of systems engineering in reducing the uncertainties of complex industrial operations and the other is the effort undertaken in complexity studies to account for uncertainties present in the real world.
In this work, we provide a brief overview of recent developments in advanced engineering and give a consistent interpretation of technological evolution from the perspective of complexity science in general and complex competitive systems (CCS) in particular. CCS is a general framework that was recently developed for analysis of complex systems involving competition. Transitivity of the decision-making process and the cyclic nature of technological progress are considered. Correctness of intransitive decisions is inherently relativistic: the same decisions can be seen as correct or incorrect when considered from different perspectives. When treated simplistically, intransitivity may seem to be illogical but, nevertheless, it is common in nature and needs to be studied. CCS provides a formalised scientific framework for analysis of intransitivity and establishes the existence of an important connection linking complexity and uncertainty with intransitivity. Implications of intransitivity for engineering decision-making and strategic planning are considered in the context of CCS. A working example of intransitivity in competition between major car mantifacturers is presented.  相似文献

Cognitive radio(CR) technology is considered to be an effective solution to allocate spectrum resources,whereas the primary users of a network do not fully utilize available frequency bands.Spectrum auction framework has been recognized as an effective way to achieve dynamic spectrum access.From the perspective of spectrum auction,multi-band multi-user auction provides a new challenge for spectrum management.This paper proposes an auction framework based on location information for multi-band multi-user spectrum allocation.The performance of the proposed framework is compared with that of traditional auction framework based on a binary interference model as a benchmark.Simulation results show that primary users will obtain more total system revenue by selling their idle frequency bands to secondary users and the spectrum utilization of the proposed framework is more effective and fairer.  相似文献

Community structure is an integral characteristic of real world networks whichever processes or areas they emerge from. This paper addresses the problem of community structure detection theoretically as well as computationally. The authors introduce a number of concepts such as the neighbourhood and strength of a subgraph, p-community, local maximal p-community, hubs, and outliers that play elemental role in formalising the concept of community structure in complex networks. A few preliminary results have been derived that lead to the development of an algorithm for community structure detection in undirected unweighted networks. The algorithm is based on a local seed expansion strategy that uses the concept of interaction coefficient. The authors have analysed the algorithm on a number of parameters such as accuracy, stability, and quality on synthetic and real world networks from different areas.  相似文献

It is difficult to determine the stability of linear systems with interval delays (LID systems) because the roots of the characteristic polynomials of the systems are continuous and vary in a complex plane with the delay. To solve the problem, this paper develops a stability test of LID systems by resorting to 2-D hybrid polynomials and 2-D Hurwitz-Schur stability. Comparing with the existing test approaches for LID systems, the proposed 2-D Hurwitz-Schur stability test is easy to apply, and can obtain closed form constraint conditions for system parameters. This paper proposes some theorems as sufficient conditions for the stability of LID systems, and also reveals that recent results about the stability test of linear systems with any delays (LAD systems) are not suitable for LID systems because they are very conservative for the stability of LID systems.  相似文献

There has been an increasing interest in integrating decision support systems (DSS) and expert systems (ES) to provide decision makers a more accessible, productive and domain-independent information and computing environment. This paper is aimed at designing a multiple expert systems integrated decision support system (MESIDSS) to enhance decision makers' ability in more complex cases. The basic framework, management system of multiple ESs, and functions of MESIDSS are presented. The applications of MESIDSS in large-scale decision making processes are discussed from the following aspects of problem decomposing, dynamic combination of multiple ESs, link of multiple bases and decision coordinating. This paper proposes a scheme to construct timefrequency codes based on protograph low density parity check (LDPC) codes in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) communication systems.This approach synthesizes two techniques:protograph LDPC codes and OFDM.One symbol of encoded information by protograph LDPC codes corresponds to one subcarrier,namely the length of encoded information equals to the number of subcarriers.The design of good protograph LDPC codes with short lengths is given,and the proposed protograph LDPC codes can be of fast encoding,which can reduce the encoding complexity and simplify encoder hardware implementation.The proposed approach provides a higher coding gain in the Rayleigh fading channel.The simulation results in the Rayleigh fading channel show that the bit error rate(BER) performance of the proposed time-frequency codes is as good as random LDPC-OFDM codes and is better than Tanner LDPC-OFDM codes under the condition of different fading coefficients.  相似文献

Imagination suggests that the computer as a communication tool is potentially a significant factor in enhancing cooperative work, especially where the participants are located over a physical or temporal distance. Implementation of innovative information technology offers enhancement of operational efficiency to an enterprise in a turbulent business environment. Communications and decision making are inseparable. Industrial democracy (ID) is a particular arrangement of decisionmaking power where decision makers have to be informed and decisions have to be communicated. Cooperation implies a redistribution of power and the weakening of the traditional management organizational heirarchy. Cogently, this effect is mirrored by the potential of management information systems to redistribute information and, hence, power within an enterprise. The response of traditional management personnel to the threat of information technology (IT) to established positions of authority, is one of defense. Conventional systems analysis is unsuited for the design task of ID information systems. The methods employed by systems analysis preserve or reproduce the formal hierarchical structure of managerial organization. Soft systems methodology is explored as a means of confronting the sociopolitical factors present in the specification of information systems for an ID.  相似文献

随着成像卫星硬件水平的提高,其应用目标也有了更高的要求。因为复杂的约束、难以预测的状态信息以及繁杂的需求种类,卫星任务规划问题一直是系统工程领域的难点问题之一。为更好地适应新的应用环境并满足不同用户的需求,设计了自主卫星任务规划系统。其包括星上与地面两个子系统,各子系统中均包含若干模块,分别实现不同的功能并协同完成某些复杂任务。基于对需求分析,整理出了卫星的应用场景、主要模块和关键技术。通过对两套系统的仿真结果比较,论证了该系统框架的可行性与优化效率,并为未来卫星任务规划系统的设计提供了思路。  相似文献

从组织模式变革的概念入手,首先详细论述了有关组织变革的主要内容,分析了变革的两种战略方法:TQM 和BPR. 围绕信息技术与组织变革的关系进行了深入探讨,提出了新时代的组织结构设计和运行需要各种信息技术支持的观点;另一方面随着信息技术在企业中的深入应用,它对组织的各方面属性也产生了显著影响. 最后,提出将现有的组织变革方法——ISP、TQM 与BPR紧密集成起来,形成一种具有更大综合效益的变革策略.  相似文献
