环境水样中亚硝酸根的在线光度法监测

本文将流动注射分析技术引入Ｎ－（１－萘基）乙二胺光度法测定亚硝酸根的分析体系，建立了水样中微量亚硝酸根在线检测方法。亚硝酸根含量在０—５００ｕｇ／Ｌ范围内具有良好的线性关系，检出限为１．０ｕｇ／Ｌ亚硝酸根氮，此法操作简单，灵敏度高，适用于环境水样中亚硝酸根的实时性检测。     

Ce（Ⅳ）—罗丹明B化学发光体系测定痕量亚硝酸根

本文报道了亚硝酸根离子可以对Ｃｅ（Ⅳ）－罗丹明Ｂ化学发光体系产生抑制作用的实验事实,建立了测定痕量亚硝酸根离子的化学发光新方法．检出限为１．４×１０－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ;线性范围为１．０×１０－７～４．０×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ．用于实际水样中亚硝酸根离子的测定,结果满意．     

催化荧光光度法测定痕量亚硝酸根

基于在稀硫酸介质中,亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化罗丹明Ｂ,建立了催化荧光光度法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法。方法检出限为２．４７×１０－６ｇ／Ｌ,线性范围为６～１３０μｇ／Ｌ,用于直接测定水样中亚硝酸根。     

流动注射测氟仪测定尿氟含量

本文提出了用Ｆ－１型流动注射测氟仪测定尿氟含量的方法，此方法具有分析速度快、准确度高和使用试剂少等优点，测定样品含氟浓度为０．３１９ｍｇ／Ｌ时，回收率为９８．２％，变异系数为１．６％，进样量为１００μＬ，分析速度６０次／ｈ，线性范围０．０５－１０ｍｇ／Ｌ。     

流动注射荧光熄灭法测定痕量磷酸根离子

研究了以铝－ 桑色素为荧光试剂, 在酸性条件下利用荧光熄灭法, 并结合了流动注射分析测定了水中微量磷酸根离子的方法． 测定ＰＯ３ －４ 的线性范围１ ～９ ｍｇ／Ｌ, 检测限为０－００２ ｍｇ／Ｌ, １ｈ可以测定６０ 份样品, 相对标准偏差为１－０９ ％ ．     

动力学抑制光度法测定痕量铁

在ｐＨ８．３的硼酸－氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中，Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）对过氧化氢氧化罗丹明Ｂ的褪色反应有阻抑作用．据此，本文以固定时间法对反应条件进行了选择，建立了动力学光度法测定痕量铁的新方法．可测范围：０～０．０４ｍｇ／Ｌ，灵敏度：９．２０×１０－７ｇ／Ｌ，用于试剂级盐酸和硝酸中微量铁的测定，相对标准偏差分别为６．０％和５．３％，平均加标回收率为９７．３％和９７．５％     

高系一四甘薯茎尖培养及快繁技术研究

通过筛选培养基，研究了高系一四甘薯茎尖培养及快速繁殖的方法，结果表明，ＭＳ＋６－ＢＡ０．１０－０．２５ｍｇ／Ｌ，ＩＡＡ０．０１ｍｇ／Ｌ或ＮＡＡ０．０５ｍｇ／Ｌ，ＧＡ０．０５ｍｇ／Ｌ是较好的茎尖诱导培养基，茎尖的萌动率为８０％以上，６５ｄ即可一次成苗。     

动力学光度法测定药物、果蔬中的抗坏血酸

基于在硫酸介质中, 抗坏血酸对草酸根加速重铬酸钾－ 碘化钾／ 罗丹明６Ｇ 这一反应体系具有抑制作用, 建立了动力学抑制光度法测定抗坏血酸的新方法． 方法的线性范围为０－１０ ～４－００ｍｇ／Ｌ, 检出限为０－０８ｍｇ／Ｌ． 该方法已用于维生素Ｃ 药片、维生素Ｃ注射液、西红柿、橙子、西芹、西瓜皮中抗坏血酸的测定, 结果令人满意．     

枣快速繁殖技术研究

通过三年对枣树组织培养的研究和实践应用，结果表明，适宜的灭菌时间为７５％的乙醇５．７ｓ，０．１％升汞１０ｍｉｎ。适宜的激素配比为６－ＢＡ３４ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．０１ｍｇ／Ｌ，适宜生根的激素为ＩＢＡ０．４－０．６ｍｇ／Ｌ。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
