红花黄色素的提取与稳定性研究

用超声辅助法提取红花黄色素,通过单因素和正交试验对提取工艺进行了选择,研究了红花黄色素在紫外照射、酸碱度、不同金属离子下的稳定性.结果表明：当超声功率80 W,超声时间40 min,超声温度45℃时红花黄色素提取效果最佳,同时红花黄色素具有较好的耐酸性以及抗紫外性.     

区域可持续发展评价指标体系及方法

为了评价区域可持续发展程度,构建了涉及人口、经济、社会、资源、环境5个子系统71个指标的区域可持续发展指标体系。提出了运用改进的主成分分析法计算各子系统的可持续发展水平值,采用回归分析法确立可持续发展协调模型,利用正、负加权海明距离公式对区域的可持续发展综合指数进行计算。用上述方法对大连市区域可持续发展水平进行了综合评价。     

玉米黄色素的提取和分析

使用超临界CO2法从水解玉米蛋白粉中提取玉米黄色素.通过单因素实验和正交实验优化了超临界CO2萃取玉米黄色素的工艺条件,并通过HPLC检测提取物中玉米黄素和叶黄素的含量.结果表明:超临界CO2提取玉米黄色素的最佳条件为:萃取时间2 h,CO2流速35 kg/h,萃取压力30 MPa,萃取温度45℃,夹带剂15%无水乙醇,此时玉米黄色素产量为210.97 μg/g.     

Obtained transgenic wheat expressing pac1 mediated by Agrobacterium is resistant against Barley yellow dwarf virus-GPV

In fission yeast （Schizosaccharomyces pombe）, pacl gene was cloned with 99.3% nucleotide sequence similarity with published pacl in GenBank. In pET-5α expression system, the expression product of cloned pacl in E. coil showed activity to degrade the double-strand RNA. Harboring the binary vector pBI121, which contains pacl gene, Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain LBA4404 was used to transform the wheat immature embryos precultured 7-10 d. After preregeneration, regeneration and selection culture stage, totally 41 G418 resistant plants were obtained, in which 25 lines were proved to integrate with transgene and express transgene normally by PCR, Dot blot, RT-PCR and ELISA detection. Antivirus test carried out on 25 positive lines with high dose of Barley yellow dwarf virus-GPV revealed that 12 lines had resistance to BVDV-GPV in low level, another 12 lines had resistance to BVDV- GPV in middle level, and 1 line showed resistance to BVDV-GPV in high level. However, both low and middle level of resistance plants showed no symptoms when infected by viruses at low dose, which suggested the dose-dependent effect of the resistance mediated by pacl to BYDV-GPV.

Maize yellow stripe1 encodes a membrane protein directly involved in Fe(III) uptake

Frequently, crop plants do not take up adequate amounts of iron from the soil, leading to chlorosis, poor yield and decreased nutritional quality. Extremely limited soil bioavailability of iron has led plants to evolve two distinct uptake strategies: chelation, which is used by the world's principal grain crops; and reduction, which is used by other plant groups. The chelation strategy involves extrusion of low-molecular-mass secondary amino acids (mugineic acids) known as 'phytosiderophores' which chelate sparingly soluble iron. The Fe(III)-phytosiderophore complex is then taken up by an unknown transporter at the root surface. The maize yellow stripe1 (ys1) mutant is deficient in Fe(III)-phytosiderophore uptake, therefore YS1 has been suggested to be the Fe(III)-phytosiderophore transporter. Here we show that ys1 is a membrane protein that mediates iron uptake. Expression of YS1 in a yeast iron uptake mutant restores growth specifically on Fe(III)-phytosiderophore media. Under iron-deficient conditions, ys1 messenger RNA levels increase in both roots and shoots. Cloning of ys1 is an important step in understanding iron uptake in grasses, and has implications for mechanisms controlling iron homeostasis in all plants.     

云南黄蚂蚁中微量元素及营养成份值得开发

本文简单介绍了有关蚂蚁能强身健体的报道及蚂蚁的功效，通过对云南傣族群众普遍食用的黄蚂蚁中八种与人体健康密切相关元素和多种氨基酸含量的分析测定，将数据与常见食品、补品及常用风湿中五种人体必需微量元素K、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu含量的对比，得出了云南黄蚂蚁中K、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu和氨基酸含量丰富的结论，提出云南黄蚂蚁中微量元素及营养成份值得开发的建议。     

油菜花中黄色素的提取及稳定性研究

对不同试剂提取油菜花中的黄色素的效果作了比较，并研究了这种黄色素的稳定性。结果表明用乙醚提取效果最好，这种黄色素耐碱、耐热性好、对Na^ 、Ca^2 、Zn^2 、Mg^2 稳定。．     

钒锆黄色料制备及色度分析

以V2O5为成色基,Zr O2为载色母体制备钒锆黄色料并测试其色度值。采用L*、a*、b*系统研究钒锆黄色料色度变化的影响因素。结果表明V2O5与Zr O2的质量比(mV2O5∶mZr O2)对钒锆黄色料的呈色起着重要作用,最佳工艺参数为1000℃保温时间20~30 min氧化气氛下烧成,mV2O5∶mZr O2为5∶95时黄色最纯正。适量的Al2O3可以影响目标材料的合成。     

战略实施与控制中的不确定性指标评价方法

为了强化战略管理理论中战略实施与控制的科学性,针对常见战略实施过程的特点,尤其是具有模糊性质的复杂战略实施过程,通过Bossel标准、Delphi法、层次分析(AHP)以及分别引入隶属函数、Hamming距离和灰类白化函数等方法,对战略实施过程的指标量化、指标权重确立和战略实施过程中状态判定的定量分析方法进行研究,实现了利用隶属度向量、属性测度、聚类系数等数据结果解读战略实施中的阶段性评价问题的方法。结果表明:该文方法丰富和完善了战略管理理论,在一定程度上满足了国内外经济社会发展所涉及的领域对战略实施中动态调整与战略实施控制的方法需求。

巴旦杏壳天然黄色素提取及其稳定性研究

巴旦杏壳是巴旦杏加工过程中的废弃物,利用水/乙醇为浸提剂,在75℃,浸提时间为2 h,料液比为1 g∶15 mL条件下,可提取巴旦杏壳黄色素及木质素。对提取出的黄色素稳定性进行了研究,结果表明,杏壳黄色素在避光条件下的稳定性较好,日光照射会影响黄色素稳定性;杏壳黄色素在一定温度下稳定性较好,但当温度达到85℃时,吸光度明显下降;蔗糖、pH对杏壳黄色素稳定性有影响;Na+、K、Ca2+、Mg2+等金属离子对杏壳黄色素稳定性没有明显影响,而Cu2+、Al3+对杏壳黄色素稳定性影响较大;氧化剂对杏壳黄色素稳定性影响较大;还原剂Vc对杏壳色素稳定性影响不大。     

陕南桔皮黄色素的提取及稳定性研究

对陕南地产黄色桔皮进行了色素的提取及稳定性研究。结果表明：桔皮黄色素水溶性好，其最大吸收波长为280nm，对光、热耐受性强。当pH为2～10时，色素稳定；桔皮色素对于Na^ ，Mg^2 ，Mn^2 ，Ca^2 ，Cu^2 金属离子的作用不显著，但对Fe^3 较敏感；色素有较好的耐还原能力，耐氧化能力较差，加入食品添加剂，无变色反应。
