用自行合成的乙烯基交联氨基键合固定相建立了不经分离,只需稀释就可进样定量分析蜂王浆中10-羟基癸烯二酸(10-HDA)的高效液相色谱方法.流动相:含10%甲醇的0.05mol/L磷酸缓冲液(pH4.1~4.3);检测器:紫外吸收;波长:213nm.该方法简单,快速,用于测定蜂王浆及其制品中的10-HDA,标准偏差小于1.5%,回收率为95%~105%.  相似文献

建立了一种高效液相色谱-四级杆/飞行时间质谱法检测蜂王浆中6种脂肪酸.样品经水溶液溶解和甲醇沉淀蛋白后,以C18反相色谱柱为分析柱,乙腈和φ(甲酸)=0.1%的水溶液为流动相,通过梯度洗脱对8-羟基辛酸、10-羟基-2-癸烯酸、癸二酸、10-羟基癸酸、2-十二碳烯二酸和十二烷二酸等6种脂肪酸进行分离,并采用四级杆/飞行时间质谱检测器对其进行定性和定量分析.定量分析结果显示,方程线性相关系数(r2)为0.997 5~0.999 7,定量限为0.10~1.0mg·L-1,检出限为0.050~0.20mg·L-1,加标回收率为82.9%~107.0%,相对标准偏差为0.9%~4.9%.用该方法对采自我国不同地区137份蜂王浆样品进行分析,初步确定合格蜂王浆中10-羟基-2-癸烯酸、10-羟基癸酸和8-羟基辛酸3种脂肪酸的含量,并建议在现行国家标准的基础上增加10-羟基癸酸和8-羟基辛酸作为蜂王浆质量评价的指标.  相似文献

建立一种用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定蜂王浆口服液中5-羟甲基糠醛和10-羟基- 2-癸烯酸的方法。样品经 0.01 mol/L 的盐酸溶液和甲醇溶解并沉淀蛋白后提取。采用 C18 柱 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 µm)分离,以甲醇(55%)+0.01 mol/L盐酸溶液(45%)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min, 检测波长为280 nm(5-羟甲基糠醛)及 210 nm(10-羟基-2-癸烯酸),以出峰时间定性,以外标法定 量。结果表明,该方法的检出限及定量限均为 5 mg/kg,线性范围为 0.5~20.0 µg/mL。同时测定 5-羟甲基糠醛和 10-羟基-2-癸烯酸方法的相关系数分别为 0.999 97 和 0.999 95,回收率分别为 89.4%~103.0%和88.9%~102.0%。  相似文献

2-氨基-5-氨甲基-1-萘磺酸(氨甲基吐丝酸)是一种新型活性偶氨染料中间体,献报道大多采用首先把2-氨基-1-萘磺酸的氨基乙酰化保护,然后氨甲基化及水解反应的合成方法,其不仅合成步骤长,而且需要在高压反应釜中进行。这样的制备条件在实验室操作以及进一步中试及工业化的生产中存在很大局限性。针对这种情况,本研究工作对反应条件进行系统的研究后,改用直接将2-氨基-1-萘磺酸氨甲基化合成2-氨基-5-氨甲基-1-萘磺酸(氨甲基吐丝酸)的方法,去掉了氨基乙酰化反应,使反应步骤简化;去掉了高压操作,使整个反应过程容易操作。改进的合成方法反应条件温和,整体收率稳定,维持在87.2%,获得了较好结果。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
