随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,公路道路工程的质量问题越来越受到全社会的关注。高质量的公路道路工程不仅有利于现代交通运输业的发展,更是全社会公共安全的有利保障。公路道路工程的施工质量不仅影响这道路的使用寿命,而且保证公路道路的质量,更是现代城市道路规划的基本前提。因此,保证公路道路工程施工的质量,提高公路道路工程施工技术,推动道路工程发展,在新时期的社会经济发展中,具有十分重要的作用。本文通过对公路道路工程施工中常见的问题及原因进行论述及对现阶段道路工程施工技术特点进行分析,从而对我国公路道路工程施工技术及发展进行深入研究。  相似文献

公路与生态环境的冲突与协调既是学术研究热点,又是青藏高原三江源等生态环境敏感区域发展面临的重大课题.青藏高原三江源地区规划新改建公路中有39条(共计3 151.6 km)穿越自然保护区,有9条(共计1 157.0 km)穿越国家公园,可能对生态环境产生不利影响,需要采取合理措施协调矛盾冲突.基于层次分析法,通过9个指标定量研究公路生态友好性,分为低、较低、中、较高和高5个等级,用其反映不同公路穿越区域、建设状态和道路技术等级的差异.在此基础上,提出摆动避绕、调整项目时序和"无害化"穿(跨)越自然保护地等公路建设方案,并借鉴国内外生态敏感区域公路建设情况与相关政策,提出了公路"无害化穿(跨)越"解释的建议.  相似文献

为了加强道路危险货物运输管理,确保危险货物运输安全,从系统的观点,综合运用智能运输系统(ITS)、全球卫星定位系统(GPS)、地理信息系统(GIS)、全球移动通讯系统(GSM)、通用无线分组业务(GPRS)和计算机网络等多方面知识,根据道路危险货物运输的特点,基于国家ITS体系框架,确定了道路危险货物运输管理信息系统的4大服务主体、6类用户主体,明确了系统的用户需求,构建了系统的逻辑框架和物理框架.为道路危险货物运输管理信息系统的建设作了理论铺垫.  相似文献

本文依据国家安全生产的相关法规和道路危险货物运输管理现状建立了道路危险货物运输安全管理的评价指标体系,同时采用模糊综合评价和G1法相结合的方法,建立了道路危险货物运输安全管理模糊综合评价模型。研究结果表明:所建立的道路危险货物运输安全管理评价体系可用于对道路危险货物运输进行安全评价,评价方法及模型具有一定实用性和可行性。  相似文献

为了解决中国绿色公路建设中目前存在的建设理念不统一、评估体系不完善等问题,通过系统梳理中国绿色公路理念发展历程,明确绿色公路建设基本思想,进而确定绿色公路基本概念;全面调查了中国80余条和国外部分道路以绿色、景观、生态、节能、低碳为主题的绿色公路建设概况,总结分析了现阶段国内外绿色公路的建设特点,提出中国典型区域绿色公路建设的建议;基于绿色公路建设关键技术指标,提出现阶段绿色公路评估技术要求;从绿色理念、生态保护、资源节约、节能低碳、安全智慧、服务提升、品质建设7个方面,构建了包括7类一级指标、22个二级指标和58项评估内容的绿色公路评估体系,明确了不同地域自然环境及建设状况下的绿色公路可不参评指标,确定了绿色公路相应评估指标权重及评估分值计算方法,并运用该评估指标体系对中国某绿色公路进行了评估。结果表明:绿色公路评估体系可涵盖待评估公路的评价指标,具有较强的科学性和适用性;参评的绿色公路总分为64.06,在资源节约与服务提升等方面略有不足;绿色公路评估体系对中国绿色公路的发展建设具有指导意义,可为中国绿色公路的可持续发展提供借鉴。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
