本文建立了分光光度法测定空气中的甲硫醇。其原理:在强酸性溶液中甲硫醇与对二甲胺基苯胺,氯化铁反应生成红色络合物,比色定量。本文概要叙述了标准样品甲硫醇铅合成、定性鉴定及甲硫醇铅配制甲硫醇气体的方法。分别用液体标准和气体标准做标准曲线进行对比。该法所配制的气体不仅适用于比色法,也为气相色谱法提供了一个较好的配气方法;对方法的稳定性、回收率及其它气体的干扰等,进行了讨论。该方法的摩尔消光系数为1.34×10~4。成功地测定出臭气中甲硫醇含量。  相似文献

元素分析仪广泛应用于土壤全碳含量的测定.土壤黑炭由于其含量过低,利用元素分析仪自带的曲线范围,无法准确测定.因此,通过测定不同质量的低含碳量标准土,利用仪器积分面积与含碳量的线性关系,绘制线性响应范围更宽的标准曲线,达到准确测定土壤黑炭含量的目的.结果表明,新标准曲线线性良好(R2=1.000 0),准确性和精密度均符合分析要求.利用该曲线对实际土壤黑炭样品进行测定,重现性良好,可应用于土壤中黑炭的含量测定.  相似文献

应用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定饮用水中锡,此法准确度、精密度令人满意.实验选定最佳工作条件载气400mL/min,屏蔽气800mL/min,灯电流60mA,负高压-320V.方法检出限为0.34μg/L,线性范围为(0~40.0)μg/L.目前测定饮用水中的锡国家还没有制定标准检验方法,本文的工作可为饮用水中锡的标准检验方法的制定做些探索.  相似文献

按照Schtze-Unterzaucher方法基础进行有机氧元素定量分析,仍被公认为可靠的分析方法。 方法中所采用的载气是氮气,净化剂有500℃还原铜、1120℃碳或900℃铂-碳、活性铜以及海绵铜等。 1964年,Blom等发现了在氮流下新填充的碳层转化水为一氧化碳在三天后即失去活性;他们应用氩代氮为载气,大大地提高了碳的活性。但也带来了以下的问题:在氩流下碳与石英燃烧管作用使空白值增高(C+SiO_2→CO+SiO)。1966年Pella对应用氩作为载气测定有机氧元素做了比较深入的工作,指出历来应用氩为载气测定有机氧元素的困难有二:一是如何除去氩中之微量氧,二是在氩存在下热解产物与石英管将进行反应。Pella采用  相似文献

利用激波管加热实验气体的方法测定了氮分子第二正常系的振子强度。测量在反射激波区进行,激波管中产生6038—6160°K的高温热平衡气体。在反射激波后,(1,4)带的辐射强度随时间呈线性增加,用光电方法记录了这种变化。该带的辐射强度用标准光源作了校准。振子强度的测量值为0.165。  相似文献

本实验采用安捷伦6820气相色谱仪,氢火焰离子化检测器(F ID),DB-5石英毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.45mm×0.42μm),测定空气和丙酮混合气中丙酮的含量;气相色谱条件为:柱温110℃、进样口温度150℃、检测器温度250℃,氮气为载气,流速1.12mL/m in,分流比14∶1,并绘制出丙酮摩尔分率与峰面积数的标准曲线,相关系数r=0.99967,回收率为100.0%~100.1%。实验采用清水作为吸收剂,吸收空气和丙酮混合气体中的丙酮;通过改变气相流量,用气相色谱仪测定填料吸收塔进口及出口气体丙酮的浓度,得出气相总传质系数K ya与气相流量G的关系曲线,为化工吸收的稳定操作提供有用参考。  相似文献

针对热风炉陶瓷燃烧器使用不同预热温度的空气与煤气在燃烧过程中的行为做了冷态模拟试验测定,结果表明,自身预热法由于空气预热温度高,燃烧条件变化大,导至火焰变短,并产生较强烈的低频脉动燃烧。在对燃烧器出口做了改进后,可大大降低燃烧脉动,保证了燃烧稳定。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
