皖北地区幼儿教师心理契约及其内部结构关系研究

对皖北地区172名幼儿教师的调查研究表明:皖北地区幼儿教师心理契约呈现为二维结构,幼儿园责任与幼儿教师责任均包含规范责任、人文责任两个维度。在心理契约的履行感知上,教师在部分项目上感受到了心理契约的破坏。在心理契约的内部关系上,幼儿园规范责任对幼儿教师责任的两个维度均有显著预测力,幼儿园人文责任对幼儿教师人文责任具有显著预测力,幼儿教师规范责任对幼儿园规范责任具有显著预测力,幼儿教师人文责任对幼儿园责任的两个维度均有显著预测力。

开放教育专职青年教师心理契约破坏因素的调查分析

心理契约概念产生于20世纪60年代,直至20世纪90年代,由于经济全球化进程加剧和知识经济时代带来,成为组织管理与人力资源管理研究的热点。特别是近几年,利用心理契约理论研究高校师资队伍建设被高校管理者所关注,然而关于心理契约理论指导开放教育师资队伍建设的研究至今尚少。为此,笔者利用心理契约理论,使用调查问卷,明晰开放教育专职青年教师心理契约破坏因素,以为学校有效防范专职青年教师心理契约破坏提供操作支持,为开放教育学校师资队伍建设提供理论保障。     

不同理性程度下的心理契约研究

将组织心理契约违背与雇员之间的关系置换为营销情景下服务企业心理契约违背与顾客的关系,通过对263位经常接受银行服务的顾客进行定量研究和结构方程验证,得出如下研究结论:服务企业交易型心理契约违背导致顾客退出、抱怨行为增加和顾客忠诚降低、沉默行为减少;服务企业的关系型心理契约违背导致顾客忠诚降低、抱怨行为和沉默行为增加,对顾客退出行为影响不显著.交易型心理契约是顾客更加关注的心理契约形式,顾客对关系型心理契约的关注相对较少.

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
