通过测量不同初始液位b0和不同气流速度v时除尘器的节流液位差△h、全压损失R和除尘效率η等参数,对节流型自激式水幕除尘器的综合运行参数进行研究.研究结果表明:△h对气相阻力的增加有抑制作用,△h-v和R-v关系随b0的不同分别都呈直线和二次曲线关系;节流液位差通过改变含尘气流方向提高惯性碰撞几率,在提高除尘效率方面与速度v有同样重要的作用,除尘效率η随b0减小而增大,同一bo的η随v增大而增大;除尘器在风机叶轮旋转的不平衡惯性力激励下会发生共振.综合考虑共振频率、阻力和除尘效率3个因素,适宜的运行工况是bo=0~34 mm、v=9.22~13.68 m/s,此时除尘效率高达98.6%,全压损失为430~705 Pa.  相似文献

为了经济、有效地提高旋风除尘器的耐磨性能和除尘效率,提出了在旋风除尘器内壁设置环缝套圈的增效防磨新方法,在理论上探讨了高速含尘气流对器壁的磨损机理和二次扬尘现象。在2t燃煤锅炉上不同烟气流速下的对比实验表明,该新型旋风除尘器的除尘效率比普通旋风器提高5%,平均阻力系数比普通旋风除尘器降低10%。  相似文献

为进一步改进自激式水幕除尘器的除尘效果,提高除尘效率,对ZSL20自激式水幕除尘器的主要部件-节流板的长度做了改进试验。试验结果表明ZSL20自激式水幕除尘器在开度60 mm、70 mm、80 mm时,开度60 mm除尘效率最高,推论出适当地减小节流板开度可以提高除尘效。同时得出ZSL20自激式水幕除尘器对不同粉尘的除尘效率不同这一结论。  相似文献

聚丙烯酰胺复配物在自激式除尘器中的应用   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了提高自激式除尘器对呼吸性粉尘的去除效率,同时降低除尘能耗,将聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠(AOT)、硫酸钠和氢氧化钠或盐酸溶液进行复配,形成的PAM复配物用于自激式除尘器,对除尘情况进行了相关研究.从理论上分析了该复配物的除尘降阻机理,分别使用纯水、AOT溶液和PAM复配物溶液在自激式除尘器中进行了对比试验.结果表明,自激式除尘器使用PAM复配物溶液不但可以提高全尘特别是呼吸性粉尘的除尘效率,而且降低除尘器的阻力损失,减少能耗,在相同除尘效率和处理风量下,自激式除尘器使用PAM复配物溶液比使用纯水更经济、合理.  相似文献

生物质能是重要的零碳可再生能源,烟气除尘技术是影响其发展的重要因素。基于耦合电袋除尘器实验平台,研究了不同电压下耦合电袋除尘器在生物质飞灰脱除领域中除尘性能、运行性能和能耗变化,对比了最佳实验电压下不同结构除尘器的性能和滤料类型对耦合电袋除尘器性能的影响。结果表明:施加电压增大,耦合电袋除尘器对大粒径生物质飞灰脱除效率明显提高,出口总尘浓度降低,最终压降降低,由-10 kV对应的920 Pa降至-20 kV时的317 Pa,减小了65.54%;起晕电流增大,总能耗先减后增,综合性能提升。最佳实验电压下,耦合电袋除尘器综合性能较前电后袋式除尘器优越,但能耗较高;电袋除尘器性能优于布袋除尘器。相较燃煤飞灰,耦合电袋除尘器对生物质飞灰脱除效率较高,出口浓度较低,能耗较高,综合性能较低。  相似文献

常规的旋风除尘器结构紧凑简单、投资省,适用于捕集锅炉排烟中粒径为5-10μm以上的灰粒。在旋风除尘器结构基础上附加高压静电场的作用,可进一步提高除尘效率,特别是提高微米和亚微米灰粒的捕集效率。通过建立实验系统和模型,进行了利用高压静电技术改进旋风除尘器性能的实验研究,并对影响除尘性能的参数,如除尘器进口风速、工作电压等进行了系统的探讨与分析,初步掌握了实验模型的最佳运行工况。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
