随着2009年三峡工程的全面建成,三峡工程的中心工作将由工程建设转向水库管理。三峡水库管理异常复杂,没有现成的成熟的管理办法可供借鉴,未来水库管理面临诸多挑战。为了确保三峡水库的生态安全,需要从完善水库法规体系,创新管理体制,创新生态补偿机制,创新绩效考核评估机制,实施生态移民工程等方面对运行期三峡水库管理进行创新性思考。  相似文献

为全面提升三峡工程的综合利用效益,三峡水库蓄水以来对规划设计的水库调度方式进行了优化研究与实践。文章对其关键技术进行分析总结,主要有协调防洪、发电、航运、供水和生态等多目标需求的技术、调度风险控制技术、调度决策优化技术、编制调度规程以规范调度工作等。通过分析以寻求不断完善三峡水库综合利用调度方式的路径,力求实现三峡工程效益最优,成为环境友好且对社会公益性贡献突出的跨世纪宏伟工程。  相似文献

石榴树包滑坡为三峡库区黄腊石滑坡群的组成部分,为一复活性滑坡,三峡工程运行期库水位的升降变化可能会引起该坡体的失稳,从而影响长江航道的正常运行,甚至威胁三峡工程的安全.本文通过动态数值模拟计算,得到了三峡水库运行期各水位工况下石榴树包滑坡体的渗流场及其变化规律、抗滑稳定安全系数及其变化规律、变形特征,并通过综合比较分析,对三峡水库各水位工况下该滑坡体的安全性作出了综合评价,并给出了其重点监测时段及监测部位的建议.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
