坚龙胆不同部位中龙胆苦苷的含量比较   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:测定坚龙胆不同部位龙胆苦苷的含量,并评价坚龙胆药材不同部位的质量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱条件为Agilent ZORBAX SB C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇∶水(27∶73),检测波长274nm,流速1.0ml/min,柱温25℃。结果:测定了坚龙胆药材不同部位中龙胆苦苷的含量。龙胆苦苷在0.21~10.5μg范围内线性关系良好,r值为0.999 8,龙胆苦苷平均回收率为98.01%,RSD为2.50%。结论:坚龙胆药材不同部位龙胆苦苷含量均高于《中国药典》2005年版要求,表明坚龙胆全草均可入药。  相似文献

采用Kromasil-C18(250 nn×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.04%磷酸水溶液系统,流动相梯度洗脱程序为在15 min内甲醇从体积23%线性变化为30%,检测波长为238nm,流速为1 mL/min,柱温为35℃,建立了对青海不同地区秦艽、麻花艽中落干酸和龙胆苦苷的高效液相色谱测定方法.结果表明:落干酸和龙胆苦苷的回收率分别为95.19%和96.01%;RSD分别为0.57%和0.33%;线性范围分别为0.198 0~5.5440μg(r=0.999 9)和0.026 0~0.733 6μg(r=0.999 9).  相似文献

目的:建立拨云锭中龙胆苦苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定拨云锭中龙胆苦苷的含量,以AgilentTC-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)为分析柱,流动相为甲醇-水,检测波长为274 nm。结果:龙胆苦苷含量在0.219 2~2.192 0μg时,线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为97.6%(n=9),RSD为2.37%。结论:此方法操作简便、回收率高,重现性好,可用于本品中龙胆苦苷的含量测定。  相似文献

目的:建立同时测定明目上清片中盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:Agilent Zorbax Exlipse XDB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);柱温为25℃;流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(45∶55);流速为1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长为265 nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱在1.02~20.40μg.mL-1内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);黄芩苷在4.54~90.80μg.mL-1内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8);盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷平均加样回收率为99.2%,101.2%,RSD分别为1.1%和1.6%。结论:本方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于本制剂的质量控制。  相似文献

建立了反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定红直獐牙菜中的獐牙菜苦苷、龙胆苦苷、芒果苷含量的方法。在检测波长254 nm、柱温30℃、流速1 mL/min时,用ZORBAX SB-C18(250mm×4.6mm i.d.,5μm)柱,以MeOH和H2O(含0.04%H3PO4)在0~20 min内由20%至35%线性梯度洗脱。上述3种成分均达到基线分离,獐牙菜苦苷、龙胆苦苷、芒果苷的线性范围分别为0.0095~2.9μg(r=0.9999),0.0486~2.56μg(r=0.9999),0.0056~2.8μg(r=0.9999);回收率为97.7%(RSD=4.3%),99.5%(RSD=3.5%),103%(RSD=1.1%)。  相似文献

建立了一种同时测定四季三黄丸中盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷和栀子苷含量的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法.色谱条件为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18分离柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,粒径5μm),乙腈-6 mmol/L KH_2PO_4流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0m L/min,多波长切换检测.结果表明,盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷和栀子苷线性范围分别为3.8 28.4μg/m L(r=0.999 8),16.5 123.8μg/m L(r=0.999 6)和3.8 28.4μg/m L(r=0.999 7),加样回收率分别为97.2%(RSD=1.5%),97.7%(RSD=2.6%)和102.9%(RSD=2.8%).本方法可以同时分析四季三黄丸中盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷和栀子苷含量,对该制剂质量进行有效监控.  相似文献

研究并建立液相色谱法同时测定栀子金花丸中栀子苷和盐酸小檗碱含量的新方法.实验条件为Thermo Hypersil-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水(含10 mmol/L SDS)梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,栀子苷和盐酸小檗碱的检测波长分别为240 nm和346 nm,柱温40℃.栀子苷和盐酸小檗碱线性范围分别为4.0~59.5 mg/L(r=0.999 0)和4.0~60.6 mg/L(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率分别为99.8%(RSD=1.9%)和100.5%(RSD=0.8%).  相似文献

基于盐酸小檗碱抑制磷钼钒杂多酸氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,结合流动注射分析技术,提出了一种测定盐酸小檗碱的新方法.盐酸小檗碱在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-4 g/mL浓度范围内与化学发光分析信号呈线性关系;检出限为4×10-8 g/mL;对5.0×10-6 g/mL的盐酸小檗碱进行11次连续测定,相对标准偏差为1.2%.该方法已成功地应用于盐酸黄连素片剂中盐酸小檗碱的测定.  相似文献

目的:观察十味龙胆花颗粒治疗痰热壅肺证的临床疗效.方法:将入选病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组服用十味龙胆花颗粒,对照组服用芩暴红止咳颗粒.观察治疗前后中医证候积分变化情况,评价十味龙胆花颗粒治疗痰热壅肺证的临床疗效.结果:中医证候疗效分析十味龙胆花颗粒组临床痊愈74例,显效66例,有效22例,无效4例,痊愈率44.578%,愈显率84.337%;芩暴红止咳颗粒组痊愈16例,显效26例,有效11例,无效3例,痊愈率28.571%,愈显率75.00%.总痊愈率十味龙胆花颗粒组优于芩暴红止咳颗粒组(P<0.05).主要症状疗效分析:十味龙胆花颗粒组咳嗽症状痊愈95例,显效10例,有效51例,无效11例,痊愈率57.229%,愈显率63.253%;芩暴红止咳颗粒组咳嗽症状痊愈18例,显效6例,有效20例,无效12例,痊愈率32.143%,愈显率42.857%.十味龙胆花颗粒组优于芩暴红止咳颗粒组(P<0.05).结论:十味龙胆花颗粒有较好的止咳作用,对痰热壅肺证有良好的临床疗效.  相似文献

采用β-环糊精敏化荧光法测定黄柏提取液中盐酸小檗碱的含量.盐酸小檗碱是黄柏的主要提取物,与β-环糊精可以形成包合物,产生敏化荧光作用.在7.50 mg/mL β-环糊精水溶液中,选择荧光激发波长(λex)345 nm,发射波长(λem)540 nm,工作曲线线性范围0.10~1.00μg/mL,检出限1.33 ng/mL,测得黄柏中盐酸小檗碱的含量为1.56%.此方法操作简单、准确,对中药中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定具有一定的参考价值.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
