基于自适应模糊神经网络的机器人路径规划方法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了解决传统反应式导航中的复杂陷阱问题,优化导航控制,减少计算复杂度,提出了基于自适应模糊神经网络的机器人导航控制及改进型虚目标路径规划方法.首先根据移动机器人运动学模型,融合神经网络的自主学习功能与模糊控制的模糊推理能力,提出了基于自适应模糊神经网络的机器人导航控制器,将生成的Takagi-Sugeno型模糊推理系统作为机器人局部反应控制的参考模型.该自适应模糊神经网络控制器实时输出扰动角度,在线调整移动机器人的预瞄准方向,使移动机器人能够无碰撞趋向目标.然后,提出了一种改进型虚目标方法,优先选择机器人可能逃脱陷阱状态的路径,简化了设计难度,改变了虚目标切换方式,避免了大量复杂计算.实验结果表明,提出的方法可以帮助机器人在全局信息未知的复杂环境中导航,在趋近目标点的过程中能有效避障,无冗余路径产生,且轨迹平滑.  相似文献

研究一种基于神经网络的移动机器人路径规划算法,充分利用神经网络的融合性和并行性提高移动机器人路径规划算法的运算速度.此算法也可以解决机器人的全局路径规划和局部路径规划问题.仿真结果表明这种算法可以快速可行地实现无碰撞优化路径规划,并且对动态环境具有较好的适应性.  相似文献

在不稳定的环境中,最短或最优的路径规划对移动机器人的有效运行至关重要.文章扩展了一种用于移动机器人实时路径规划的神经网络方法.本文使用概率路线图(Probabilistic Roadmap, PRM)来解决移动机器人在不稳定环境中的实时无碰撞运动规划问题.神经网络拓扑中的每个神经元都具有局部连通性,并且分流方程是其神经动力学特征.因此,计算复杂度与神经网络的大小成线性关系.实时机器人的运动取决于神经网络的动态环境,其中不需要任何先前的动态环境知识甚至学习过程.仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性和高效性.  相似文献

分析模糊逻辑方法在移动机器人路径规划中存在的问题,建立了移动机器人的运动学模型,提出一种基于行为的移动机器人体系结构,设计了一种用于在未知、非结构化环境中规划机器人移动路径的自组织模糊控制器,模糊规则的制定符合贪心算法的思想.提出了解决“对称无法确定”问题的方法,给出了判断机器人是否进入死锁状态、解除死锁以及判断死锁是否解除的新方法,并在多种环境中用仿真实验验证了这些方法的正确性和合理性.  相似文献

针对移动机器人全局路径规划中环境地图的构建问题,提出一种基于简化可视图的环境模型建立方法.该建模方法通过剔除环境中对路径规划结果不造成影响的障碍物来简化环境模型的表示.在环境建模期间,利用机器人的起点和目标点以及环境中保留的障碍物建立一种可视边的数量足够少的简化可视图,简化可视图中的可视边即为移动机器人的可行路径.根据简化可视图建立的环境地图提高了后续移动机器人路径规划算法的执行效率.仿真结果表明该建模方法简单且有效.  相似文献

路径规划是移动机器人研究的关键技术之一。在研究模糊理论和神经网络的基础上,提出了一种新的算法,即模糊神经网络。模糊神经网络既可以像神经网络那样并行处理、自行学习,又可以像模糊理论处理模糊信息、完成模糊推理功能。采用模糊神经网络来对移动机器人的路径进行规划,充分发挥模糊理论和神经网络的各自优势,从而获得从起始点到目标点的最优路径。在环境信息完全未知且静态的情况下进行了仿真实验,结果表明:该算法效率高、收敛速度快,有效提高了移动机器人的智能化水平。  相似文献

通过非线性微分方程描述的移动机器人各种行为模式的演变,模拟人类路径规划方式,应用行为动力学方法对动态环境下移动机器人路径规划问题进行了研究。首先,确定了路径规划的行为变量和行为模式,构建了机器人的航向角动力学模型与速度动力学模型,并分析了不稳定不动点,以及给出相应的解决方法;其次,为了得到更好的规划路径,采用竞争模型进行行为模式权值的自适应调节;最后的仿真结果表明模型是正确的,以及权值调节是有效的。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
