企业医院职业道德建设刍议

<正> 职业道德建设,是社会主义精神文明建设的重要组成部分。党的十四届六中全会《决议》指出,要把加强职业道德建设作为加强社会主义道德建设的重要内容,“大力倡导爱岗敬业、诚实守信、办事公道、服务群众、奉献社会的职业道德”。在这样一个全社会性的加强道德建设,树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观的政治氛围下,企业医院如何加强职业道德建设?以什么为突破点?对此,我们进行一些探索和实践。我们认为,企业医院主要担负着“面向企业、为企业提供医疗卫生服务保障”的任务,职业道德建设的出发点和归宿应该是“端正服务方向,提     

会计职业道德建设面临的问题及解决对策探讨

近年来,在会计行业中“诚信”这个词越来越受到人们的质疑,致使会计人员的职业道德面临着严峻的考验。对于当今会计职业道德的严重丧失,我们必须从企业制度和内部控制、法律法规和企业领导人、会计人员自身等各个方面加强会计职业道德的建设,尽快的使会计人员的会计职业道德问题走出尴尬的境地。本文主要论述了会计职业道德建设的意义,并结合当前职业道德建设面临的一些问题,提出了加强会计职业道德的一些措施。

加强中小企业职业道德建设是贯彻“以德治国”的现实要求，是中小企业自身发展的需要。加强“两个建设”；增强企业员工的诚信理念；注重强化三个意识，造就高素质的经营管理队伍是加强中小企业职业道德建设的必经途径。     

大学教师职业道德的现实思考

加强大学教师职业道德建设的重要性在于有利于培养现代化建设人才．有利于精神文明建设，有利于加强高校思想政治工作，有利于师资队伍的建设。当前存在的主要问题久有一部分教师对教师职业不热爱，对教学不负责任，学风不正．不能为人师表等。因此要大力加强大学教师职业道德建设，措施应包括创造有利于大学教师职业道德形成的优良环境，明确努力方向，制定“大学教师职业道德规范”，树立榜样，校领导重视等。

在当今崇尚人文精神的时代，会计文化承载着更多的社会属性，越来越受到人们的普遍关注。文章首先对会计文化以及会计职业道德进行了阐述，对医院会计职业道德进行了分析，在此基础之上，对医院会计人员职业道德建设予以加强，提出了如何在会计文化的背景上加强医院会计职业道德建设。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
