杭州市和湖南省涟源市农村教师生存状况调查比较

充分调动农村教师工作积极性、主动性和创造性,必须提升农村教师的幸福感。然而,由于各地区政治、经济、文化发展的不平衡,各地农村教师的生存状况及其对幸福的体验是不同的,因而其对策也应有所侧重以切实有效。笔者调查了浙江省杭州市和湖南省涟源市农村义务教育教师的生存状况,发现农村教师的生存状况得到很大改善,教师的幸福感也越来越强。但两市农村教师幸福感的来源各有侧重。为全面提升农村教师的幸福感,建议实行教师公务员制度,创设幸福的教师工作环境,教师要努力提升自己的幸福能力。     

艺体类教师工作满意度影响因素实证研究——以西部地区为例

尝试借鉴"满意度"理论,根据艺体类教师职业特点,合理选取变量以及假设变量间的路径关系,建立了艺体类教师工作满意度影响因素结构模型路径图.研究表明, 5个因素对艺体类教师工作满意度都具有显著性的直接影响,其直接影响作用效应分别为,自我实现(0.23)、工资待遇(0.92)、工作强度(0.50)、领导关系(0.61)、同事关系(0.64),其"工资待遇"对艺体类教师工作满意的影响作用效应最大;不同区域、不同职称的中小学艺体类教师对工作满意度影响因素的认知差异有统计学意义(p0.05).该实证研究结果对于客观地认识自我实现、工作强度、工资待遇、人际关系(领导、同事关系)与艺体类教师工作满意度的内在联系具有重要意义,以此可为相关部门调动艺体类教师工作积极性及制定相关政策提供有益的理论参考.     

农村教师有效培训模式的构建

面对新课程、新技术、新教材，相对落后的农村教师无所适从，产生厌倦情绪和知识恐慌、能力恐慌。为提高农村教师实施新课程的教育教学能力，我区积极为农村教师量身定做，探索了一些切合实际情况的培训模式。经过实践，我们发现”送教下乡、乡村教师进名校、城乡教师结对帮挟、乡村教师进名校”这四种培训彤式能够充分挖掘现有的、适用的优质教育资源，发挥骨干教师的示范作用，是培养和提高农村教师教师教学能力的有效的手段。     

直面老教师老路子 走进新教材新培训

《新课程》实施到今天，许多教师的教学理念得到了更新，特别是城区教师的教学方式和学生的学习方式发生了可喜的变化．但是，农村教师的课堂现状不容乐观。由于种种原因，在新课程的实施过程中，也出现了这样或那样的问题，为了使培训工作能“对症下药”，我们对农村小学数学教师新课程的实施状况进行了跟踪调查。通过对15所乡镇小学听课、评课、访谈，发现主要存在以下几个方面的问题：     

稳定西部农村教师队伍的对策研究

各种调查显示，西部农村教师队伍呈明显的不稳定状态。其主要表现是纷纷调离教师岗位，往城镇涌动。形成这种状况的原因主要有：农村地区生存环境艰苦，教师工作条件差；教师工资收入较低；教育改革力度的不断加大，给教师形成一定的工作压力；城乡之间的显著差异。针对这些原因，实施“教育优先区”策略、建立农村教师特殊津贴制度、延长带薪休假、拉大城乡工资级别、加强培训提高教师水平等，能较快地加强西部教师队伍建设。     

浅谈农村初中教师职业倦怠的成因

近些年来,越来越多的研究开始关注职业倦怠。教师职业倦怠是教师不能顺利应对工作压力时的一种极端反应,是教师在长期压力体验下所产生的情绪、态度和行为的衰竭状态,典型症状是工作满意度低、工作热情和兴趣的丧失以及情感的疏离和冷漠。由于教育对象的特殊性,农村教师是教师队伍中相对比较弱势的群体,农村教师所处的工作环境差、福利待遇薄、社会压力大等都是诱发职业倦怠形成的重要因素。本文从学校、家长、社会对教师的评价欠科学等八个方面对农村教师职业倦怠的成因进行分析。     

论民族地区农村教师教育技术能力现状及培养

教育技术能力是新课改背景下对教师提出的一项必备的专业技能。本文从广西少数民族地区农村教师教育技术能力的现状调查入手,分析了农村教师教育技术能力发展存在问题及影响因素,并提出了强化教师教育信息意识,开展教师教育技术培训、开展灵活多样的专业活动、改革教师教育专业的课程设置等几个方面措施来培养农村教师教育技术能力。     

农村教师专业化概念的探讨

农村教师专业化属于教师专业化的范畴，既具有教师专业化概念的共性，又具有自身专业化的特殊性，反映出农村教师专业化的特殊素质要求；农村教师专业化发展的实质是农村生产力的发展，并不断传播与创新农村科学文化。这是由于农村教师之于农村，受其经济、社会、文化以及自然环境等诸多因素的制约和影响。     

农村教师队伍建设是发展农村义务教育的基石——农村教师专业化发展视角

从农村教师专业化发展的视角看,近年来我国农村教师队伍建设取得了很大成就,主要是农村义务教育投入大幅增长,有力地保障了农村教师队伍建设及其专业化发展;农村中小学教师整体结构不断优化和培养补充机制不断创新,极大地提升了农村教师队伍建设及其专业化水平,如2006年全国农村普通小学、初中、高中专任教师学历合格率分别达到98．4％、94．8％、75．9％,为发展农村义务教育铺垫基石。同时,关注其中存在的主要问题,旨在探讨相应的政策建议,建设好人民满意的农村教师队伍,提高农村“学有所教”的义务教育质量。     

河南省农村中学体育教师队伍现状分析与对策研究

通过文献资料,访谈及问卷调查等方法,对河南省农村中学体育教师队伍现状进行研究,发现河南省农村中学体育教师职称结构不太合理,学历水平与全国平均水平有一定差距;教师工作量偏大,工资待遇偏低;教师接受培训次数偏少,科研能力不强,专业思想不够稳定等问题。并在此基础上提出了改革性建议。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
