微乳液增敏荧光光度法测定痕量铝

在弱酸性条件下,Al(Ⅲ)与铬蓝黑R可生成荧光性络合物,Triton X-100非离子型微乳液对该荧光体系具有较强增敏作用,增敏近5倍,因此,建立了微乳液增敏-荧光光度法测定痕量铝含量的方法.实验详细探讨了微乳液组成、溶液pH、试剂用量等条件对铝测定的影响.在最优实验条件下,铝的质量浓度在8.0～480μg/L范围内与荧光强度成线性关系.该方法的相对标准偏差为3.2%,标准加入回收率在95%～103%之间.该方法用于天然水样品中铝含量的测定,结果令人满意.     

胶束增敏荧光光度法测定食品中的铝

采用铝－８－羟基喹啉－５－磺酸－ＣＴＭＡＢ胶束增敏体系,用荧光法测定了食用粉条中微量铝的含量。方法简单,快速,灵敏度高,测定结果令人满意。     

均匀设计在非离子型微乳液对铝—铬天菁S的增敏作用及增敏条件优选的应用

以吐温／正丁醇／正已烷／水微乳液为介质，进行铝——铬天菁Ｓ的光度法测定，并用微机辅助试验，得到最佳增敏条件。结果表明，与水介质比较，提高了测定灵敏度，某些实验条件更为宽容，样品分析结果令人满意。     

增敏剂对多元惰性铬(Ⅲ)显色配合物的影响——Ⅰ.〈铬(Ⅲ)—铬天青S—增敏剂〉体系

比较了多种增敏剂对铬(Ⅲ)与铬天青S的显色反应的增敏效应,并考虑利用铬(Ⅲ)配合物的动力学惰性以提高显色反应的选择性。本文提出了“铬(Ⅲ)—铬天青S—溴化烷基二甲氨基乙酸”体系新的增敏型多元配合物。研究了形成这个体系配合物的最佳条件及配合物的组成。证明增敏剂CDMAA或TDMAA很适于分光光度测定微量铬,具有高灵敏性及选择性。当CDMAA或TDMAA用作增敏剂时,摩尔吸光系数分别为1.56×10~5或1.88×10~5。这两个增敏剂的增敏效应高于以前已见诸报导的各种增敏剂。     

α—羟基羧酸类络合体系荧光法测定铽、镝

本文探讨了苹果酸、酒石酸、苯基乳酸和乳酸等α-羟基羧酸类络合体系荧光分光光度法测定铽、镝的可能性。实验表明:上述配体均能使铽的荧光增敏,苯基乳酸还能使镝的荧光增敏。铽、镝的检测限分别为0.02和0.77ppm。以苯基乳酸为荧光试剂,用标准加入法成功地测定了几种稀土氧化物中的0.0x％级Tb_4O_7含量。     

火焰原子吸收法测定中草药中的微量钼

提出了磷酸一氯化铝消除干扰，铝盐增敏火焰原子吸收法测定中草药中的微量钼的方法．方法线性范围为0.5～50ug．mL^-1，当铝盐存在时，测定钼的灵敏度增加25％．该方法简单、快速、准确，已用于10种中草药中微量钼的测定，结果满意．     

表面活性剂存在下铝铁试剂荧光反应的研究

本文探讨了几种不同类型表面活性剂对铝─铁试剂荧光反应的增敏作用,发现在pH5.5的缓冲溶液中,CTMAB或Zeph均可使体系的荧光强度增强五倍。因此,在上述表面活性剂存在下可望建立测定铝离子浓度范围为0.05─0.6ppm的新荧光光度法。     

2,3——二氨基吩嗪光谱特性研究及应用

研究了各种介质中不同酸度对２,３－二氨基吩嗪（ＤＡＰ）的光谱特性的影响,发现非离子表面活性剂以及极性有机溶剂对其荧光具有强烈的增敏作用,荧光量子产率大大提高,而且强极性有机溶剂在无水环境下,对其荧光增敏比非离子表面活性剂更强。建立了有机介质和非离子表面活性剂介质荧光增敏的测定方法,并对各种介质增敏机理进行了讨论。     

双波长分光光度法同时测定锰和镍的研究

提出了以1—(2—吡啶偶氮)2—萘酚为显色剂,利用Triton x—100的增溶增敏作用,并采用新型的紫外可见分光光度计,双波长等吸收点法同时测定微量锰(Ⅱ)和镍(Ⅱ)的实验方法,该法用于合成样品的测定,结果满意。     

微乳液对Ag(I)——硫代米氏酮光度分析法的增敏条件优化研究

以吐温 /无水乙醇 /正己烷 /水微乳液为介质 ,进行Ag(I) -硫代米氏酮的光度测定 ,得到最佳增敏条件。结果表明 ,与水体系比较 ,该微乳液体系有较好的增敏和抗干扰作用 ,测定条件更为简化。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
