在弱酸性条件下,Al(Ⅲ)与铬蓝黑R可生成荧光性络合物,Triton X-100非离子型微乳液对该荧光体系具有较强增敏作用,增敏近5倍,因此,建立了微乳液增敏-荧光光度法测定痕量铝含量的方法.实验详细探讨了微乳液组成、溶液pH、试剂用量等条件对铝测定的影响.在最优实验条件下,铝的质量浓度在8.0~480μg/L范围内与荧光强度成线性关系.该方法的相对标准偏差为3.2%,标准加入回收率在95%~103%之间.该方法用于天然水样品中铝含量的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

比较了多种增敏剂对铬(Ⅲ)与铬天青S的显色反应的增敏效应,并考虑利用铬(Ⅲ)配合物的动力学惰性以提高显色反应的选择性。本文提出了“铬(Ⅲ)—铬天青S—溴化烷基二甲氨基乙酸”体系新的增敏型多元配合物。研究了形成这个体系配合物的最佳条件及配合物的组成。证明增敏剂CDMAA或TDMAA很适于分光光度测定微量铬,具有高灵敏性及选择性。当CDMAA或TDMAA用作增敏剂时,摩尔吸光系数分别为1.56×10~5或1.88×10~5。这两个增敏剂的增敏效应高于以前已见诸报导的各种增敏剂。  相似文献

本文探讨了苹果酸、酒石酸、苯基乳酸和乳酸等α-羟基羧酸类络合体系荧光分光光度法测定铽、镝的可能性。实验表明:上述配体均能使铽的荧光增敏,苯基乳酸还能使镝的荧光增敏。铽、镝的检测限分别为0.02和0.77ppm。以苯基乳酸为荧光试剂,用标准加入法成功地测定了几种稀土氧化物中的0.0x%级Tb_4O_7含量。  相似文献

提出了磷酸一氯化铝消除干扰,铝盐增敏火焰原子吸收法测定中草药中的微量钼的方法.方法线性范围为0.5~50ug.mL^-1,当铝盐存在时,测定钼的灵敏度增加25%.该方法简单、快速、准确,已用于10种中草药中微量钼的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

本文探讨了几种不同类型表面活性剂对铝─铁试剂荧光反应的增敏作用,发现在pH5.5的缓冲溶液中,CTMAB或Zeph均可使体系的荧光强度增强五倍。因此,在上述表面活性剂存在下可望建立测定铝离子浓度范围为0.05─0.6ppm的新荧光光度法。  相似文献

研究了各种介质中不同酸度对2,3-二氨基吩嗪(DAP)的光谱特性的影响,发现非离子表面活性剂以及极性有机溶剂对其荧光具有强烈的增敏作用,荧光量子产率大大提高,而且强极性有机溶剂在无水环境下,对其荧光增敏比非离子表面活性剂更强。建立了有机介质和非离子表面活性剂介质荧光增敏的测定方法,并对各种介质增敏机理进行了讨论。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
