高速加工及其工具系统的研究进展

文中介绍了高速加工的理论基础－－萨洛蒙切削理论，综述了高速加工及其工具系统技术的发展过程，高速加工的特点及其应用前景，讨论了高速加工所涉及到的高速主轴单元、快速进给系统、高性能控制系统以及配套的工具系统等关键技术，着重分析了高速加工时传统工具系统工作状况及存在的问题，介绍了新型的空心短锥柄（HSK）工具系统的结构及其工作特点，另外，还讨论了高速加工时切削液的供应、切屑的处理，加工安全性、噪声等相关问题，并提出了我国在研究高速加工技术时应采取的策略。     

高速高效加工技术综述

近年来,高速高效加工迅速发展,高效、高质量、低能耗的特点使其成为航空航天、模具和汽车等行业广泛应用研究的先进制造技术。高速高效加工理论与技术包括加工机理、加工机床、刀具磨具三个方面,本文主要介绍从高速高效加工中的高速切削角度出发,对加工机床及刀具进行详细的论述,并对高速切削的未来发展方向进行了相应探索。     

CAM技术在高速加工中的应用

本文介绍了高速加工的概念及其特点，论述了高速加工对CAM技术的要求和高速加工中应注意的事项，高速加工中新一代CAM软件PowerMILL的应用。

研究了果蔬脆片产品的特点及加工技术,指出目前我国在果蔬脆片加工工艺和设备方面存在的问题与解决对策,介绍了果蔬脆片的加工工艺、真空低温油炸技术及其加工设备、加工质量与食品安全控制、真空油炸技术的发展前景等问题,对提高产品卫生质量,保证产品的安全性,提供理论和实践的经验.     

夹心式功率超声压电换能器负载特性研究

在等效电路理论的基础上，对大功率夹心式压电超声换能器的负载特性进行了研究，重点讨论了两种常用的负载，即超声清洗等液体处理技术中的液体负载以及用于超声加工和超声钻孔等技术中的固体负载，探讨了负载对换能器共振频率的影响。结果表明，对于液体介质，当液面的高度在一定范围内增大时，换能器的共振频率会降低，当液体负载横截面积增大时，液面高度对换能器共振频率的影响增大，对于固体负载，当超声加工工具的长度减小时，换能器振动系统的共振频率升高，当超声加工工具的横截面积较小时，工具长度对换能器系统频率的影响很小。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
