采用表面活性剂TEA辅助水热法合成了双六棱锥状ZnO微晶.XRD物相分析表明产物为结晶良好、沿[001]方向生长的六方纤锌矿结构ZnO.FESEM和TEM形貌分析表明该ZnO微晶为长轴4μm、短轴1.2μm左右的双六棱锥.其光致发光光谱由紫外发射峰(391 nm处)和绿光发射带组成(中心为570 nm处).在400℃下退火1 h后,可显著增强其光致发光性能.  相似文献

以醋酸锌为前驱物,采用水热方法在160℃水热条件下生成了具有规则几何外形的ZnSnO,多面体。利用XRD物相分析可知,该ZnSn03的物相属于AB03型钙钛矿结构。利用FESEM和TEM形貌观察可知,ZnSn03多面体具有截角八面体的几何特征,其径向尺寸为I-1.2μm,其平均直径约为500nm。以ZnSn03截角八面体为敏感材料,采用传统旁热式结构制成气敏元件,研究其对HCHO的敏感性能。结果表明,这种方法制备的纯ZnSnO,截角八面体微晶对甲醛具有良好的敏感特性。  相似文献

通过氯化锌和乙醇胺混合溶液,在95℃水热反应2 h合成了花状ZnO微晶.利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和紫外可见光谱对产物进行了表征和分析.结果表明该花状ZnO微晶为纤锌矿结构,它是由长度约为2.5μm,直径约为90nm的单晶ZnO纳米棒自组装构成,并进一步研究了其生长机制.紫外可见光谱表明,该ZnO微晶在375nm附近有尖锐的吸收边.  相似文献

利用化学气相沉淀法(CVD),以Au为催化剂,在硅片衬底上制备出了纯ZnO与Ga掺杂ZnO和Co掺杂ZnO的纳米结构产物.对产物进行了物相分析与微观表征,并研究了双光子荧光特性.结果表明:样品均体现了较好的双光子光致发光性能;与纯ZnO纳米棒相比,Ga掺杂ZnO纳米棒在385nm波长处具有很强的紫外发射峰,在520nm波长处具有较强的绿光发射峰;Co掺杂ZnO纳米片在540nm波长处具有很强的绿光发射峰,在385nm波长处具有非常弱的紫外发射峰,且可见光发射强度增高.  相似文献

采用热蒸发锌(Zn)粉方法制备出大量均匀的纳米ZnO多角锥状结构,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱(Raman Spectra)和光致发光谱(PL)对样品进行形貌、结构和发光特性分析.结果表明:多角锥状纳米ZnO结晶质量好,角的直径约100—200nm,长度约2~3μm,在486nm处有很强的蓝光发射,在394nm,423nm处有较弱的紫外发射,呈现出优异的蓝光特性.针对其强蓝光发射特性并结合实验条件,对其生长机理和发光机制进行初步探讨.  相似文献

采用热液法制备ZnO晶体材料,分别在空气、N2和水蒸气条件下进行退火处理。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-vis)和荧光分光光度计(PL)考察不同退火处理对ZnO结构和光学性能的影响。结果表明:热液法制备的ZnO呈六角相棒状形貌,棒直径约为2μm,长度约为10μm。经3种退火方法处理的样品的形貌和尺寸没有明显变化,取向性和结晶度都有所改善,透光率升高,光致发光近带边发射峰强度增大。相比ZnO体材料的紫外吸收(380 nm),处理后样品出现了轻微蓝移现象。初步探讨了不同退火处理方法改善ZnO晶体材料光学性能的机制。  相似文献

利用热蒸发和溶液浸泡两步法制备了性能优良的ZnO纳米线,研究了这些ZnO纳米线的光致发光和场发射特性.与直接采用热蒸发方法生长的ZnO纳米线相比,由该方法得到的ZnO纳米线表现出了更好的紫外发光特性,同时发生5 nm的蓝移,场发射测试表明其开启电场和阈值电场分别达到2.3 V/μm和6.8 V/μm.该方法适用于制备光致发光和场发射性能优良的ZnO纳米线.  相似文献

在600~700 ℃,无催化剂条件下热蒸发Zn及Zn与醋酸锌(Zn(Ac)2)的混合物,成功合成了梳状纳米ZnO.通过场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)及高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)对各类反应条件下所制备的ZnO纳米形貌进行了观察,结果表明,ZnO纳米结构具有规整的梳状,且为单晶结构,同时对梳状纳米结构体系的生长机理进行了探讨.室温光致发光谱显示,梳状ZnO的紫外发射峰位为397 nm,有明显的红移,同时半高宽(FWHM)变大,而绿光发射峰位在453~493 nm之间分裂为4个次级峰,有明显的蓝移.  相似文献

在表面活性剂三乙醇胺存在的条件下,以Zn(NO3)2.6H2O和H3BO3为原料,利用水热反应制备出分散均匀的4ZnO.B2O3.H2O微米棒.利用X-射线粉末衍射、热重-差示扫描量热、红外及扫描和透射电镜对微米棒的物相、组成、表面结构及形貌进行了分析.研究表明:所制备的硼酸锌微米棒分散均匀,直径为0.2~0.5μm,长度为5~10μm;400℃时,添加10%(质量分数)的硼酸锌微米棒可使杨木粉的残炭量比未添加硼酸锌的提高18.69%,极限氧指数达43.2,说明硼酸锌微米棒具有良好的阻燃性能.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
