论高职院校“双师型”教师的管理机制

分析了高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设中出现的问题,并有针对性的提出建立“双师型”教师终身培训体系,形成有高职特色的激励评价机制等解决问题的策略和建议,以期理顺“双师型”教师的管理机制,促进“双师型”教师队伍建设向更健康的方向发展。     

对高职环境艺术设计专业“双师型”教师素质能力的分析

双师型教师是一个时代的发展的标志，高职类环境艺术专业双师型教师应具备的素质能力体系是环境艺术专业人才培养与市场需用求接轨的基础，因此，高职类环境艺术专业双师型教师应具备的能力体系显得尤其重要。本文就高职环境艺术专业双师型教师素质能力指标作了尝试性的探析。

浅谈高职外贸英语专业教学中“双师型”教师的培养

高职外贸英语专业的教学,不仅要求学生掌握基本的外语知识和外贸专业理论知识,更重要的是培养学生的实际动手能力。所以双师型教师的培养问题日益凸现。面对目前双师型教师建设中质量不高,知识结构不合理的现状,本文分析了高职外贸英语教学“双师型”教师培养的重要性,提出了双师培养的具体措施,目的在于加强“双师型”教师队伍建设和提高高职外贸英语专业教学水平。

数字经济时代高校财会教师胜任力模型构建研究

数字经济时代带来教学模式、教学方法的改变,对高校财会教师教学能力提出新的要求。该文以“立德树人”和发展学生核心素养为目标,运用德尔菲法和层次分析法构建高校财会教师胜任力模型,包括四大维度17个构成要素。分析结果显示,“开展教学研究”“批判、创新思维”和“主动学习”三个构成要素是影响财会教师胜任力模型的重要因素。最后,从提升教师学习与发展能力、完善教师知识体系及加大教师发展相关制度创新诸方面提出建议,为推进高素质专业化财会教师队伍建设提供参考。     

浅议技工院校路桥类双师型教师的培养

双师型教师的职业教育,是技工院校教师队伍建设的一大特色,大力加强双师型教师队伍的培养,是适应技工院校以就业为导向,强化技能性和实践性教学的要求,提高教育质量实现职业教育健康、持续发展的关键,目前,技工教育处于快速发展时期,双师型教师的培养更是尤为重要,为解决双师型教师队伍的建设,努力提高教师的技术应用能力和实践教学能力,满足社会需要高素质劳动者的培养。该文叙述了“双师型”教师的概念,提出了技工院校路桥类“双师型”教师培养的做法。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
