近场光存储一体化光学飞行头结构设计与特性仿真   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
设计了一种新型一体化光学飞行头,通过对光学飞行头滑块气浮力分布和飞行姿态(飞行高度、仰俯角和滚动角)的数值仿真分析,对滑块气体轴承表面(ABS)形貌参数进行了优化设计,确定了滑块的主要结构参数.仿真结果表明,所设计的光学飞行头滑块的飞行高度能够在光盘的不同半径处保持在43-44nm之间,符合近场光存储系统的信号读写要求.该光学飞行头具有良好的机械性能和光学性能,可在近场光存储系统的读写过程中获得稳定的飞行高度和高信噪比的光学信号.  相似文献

分析了半球形微透镜阵列提高有机发光二极管耦合效率的特性,利用光线追迹法对其进行了模拟仿真.利用DMD并行光刻和热熔法结合制作了不同口径的球冠状微透镜阵列模板,通过电铸和UV压印制作了微透镜阵列薄膜.并将其附在有机发光二极管玻璃基底表面,测量其光亮度.实验结果表明,在垂直基底方向上,微透镜阵列薄膜可将光亮度提高42%.  相似文献

针对微型仿昆飞行机器人,建立了一个机体模型和驻飞时的翅运动形式,分析了驻飞时翅运动所产生的气动力,导出了微型仿昆机器人驻飞时的动力学方程,并对该方程进行了仿真分析.仿真结果表明,在一个拍动周期内,微型仿昆飞行机器人在一个小范围内振动;当一个周期结束后,机体回到原位置,驻飞时机体处于一个动态稳定状态.  相似文献

阐述了用于超高密度光存储的集成式扫描近场光学显微术(SNOM)微探尖的液相外延选择生长方案,并给出了实验结果.此种微探尖,可直接生长在微型集成式SNOM传感器的垂直腔表面发射激光器(VCSEL)晶片出光口上,避免了探尖转移带来的探尖损坏、难以对准等技术难题.该制作过程具有重复性较好,设备简单、经济,实用价值较高等优点.  相似文献

为了提高导弹气动外形方案设计效率和设计质量,基于一体化设计方法,将导弹气动外形设计与气动特性计算、弹道仿真和飞行过程的动态特性分析等工作结合起来,分析导弹外形参数、气动力系数、动力系数、飞行动态性能参数之间的相互关系,得出部分主要气动外形参数对飞行动态特性典型参数的影响规律.仿真与计算结果验证了通过改变气动外形参数来改变弹体动态特性参数的理论分析.  相似文献

飞行高度是无人机飞行控制中重要的控制参数.针对传统高度测量系统的缺陷,设计并实现了具有温度补偿功能的高度传感器.该高度传感器具有体积小、质量轻、数据稳定、响应速度快等优点,特别适合微小型无人机的使用.经过某小型无人机飞行试验,该传感器完全可以达到精确测量飞行高度的要求.  相似文献

半导体激光器(LD)由于廉价和优越的性能已被广泛地运用于光通讯、医药、精细加工等领域,但其光束质量差极大地影响了LD的运用。介绍了一种基于按需滴定法制备的椭圆微透镜来对LD光束进行整形的方案。与LD和光纤直接耦合相比,可以有效地提高耦合效率。这种椭圆微透镜是利用有机胶体在表面张力的作用下形成所需形状,再利用表面张力进行高温下自修复,实验所得椭圆微透镜的相关参数值与理论值比较接近。与其他椭圆透镜的成形方法相比,这种方法成本低,工艺过程简单,是真正的一步成形。  相似文献

为能将隧道薄膜与光存储分层媒质看成一个整体膜系分析固体浸没透镜的透过率,将Abeles的光波在介质分层媒质中的传播理论和分析方法扩展到了隧道薄膜.给出隧道薄膜的特性矩阵和透过率函数,分析出按隧道薄膜厚度指数增加的解的系数是该解倒数的平方,由此证明隧道薄膜中两个衰减方向相反的倏逝波都是电磁场方程的合理解.据此计算分析了两类用于近场光学存储的固体浸没透镜的透过率.结果说明,超半球齐明固体浸没透镜的透过率一般优于半球同心固体浸没透镜的透过率.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
