根据声表面波传感器的特点,提出应用耦合矩阵模型仿真高频声表面波传感器的初值条件、边界条件,进行了高频反射栅延迟线型和谐振型声表面波传感器的频率响应仿真.仿真SAWS的频率响应与实际测试的频率响应的包络相吻合.实验结果表明,本文提出的声表面波传感器仿真初值条件和边界条件是正确的.  相似文献

为了实现微液滴大小的检测,设计了一种基于声表面波技术的液相传感检测系统,并对5~10μL的微水滴大小进行了检测.实验结果表明:声表面波的幅度衰减与微液滴的大小之间存在相关性,相关系数在0.9以上,证明了声表面波技术用于微液滴大小检测的可行性.同时还发现,在相同的条件下,对大小相同而黏性不同的微水滴和微油滴进行检测,声表面波的变化趋势和衰减程度不同,说明液相的黏性会在一定程度上影响声表面波的传输.  相似文献

设计并分析了一种新型多参量声表面波传感器.相比于传统的气体传感器,设计通过两组声路可以对气体与温度同时进行检测并直接显示被测数据.设计解决了不同温度下器件对气体敏感度不同而导致的测不准问题.实验中分别使用了中心频率为99.85 MHz和174.5 MHz的声表面波器件对气体和温度进行了检测.对理论及实验结果进行了讨论分析,实验数据与理论推导结果相吻合.  相似文献

设计了一种新型基于声表面波技术的气体传感器,理论分析了三维纳米线结构的比表面积大、灵敏度高等优点,采用具备高Q值和低插损的谐振型声表面波器件结构,制备了三维敏感膜结构的声表面波气体传感器.在此基础上,为提高吸附效应,对三维纳米线簇进行了修饰改进.通过将沙林气和芥子气注入放置了声表面波的气体传感器密闭腔体内,经过神经网络识别系统进行定性识别.实验结果表明,基于修饰改进后的纳米线簇敏感膜制备的声表面波气体传感器对给定毒气混合气体的整理识别率大于90%,能够满足通用的毒气定性检测要求.并且三维纳米声表面波气敏传感器的灵敏度和响应速度优于传统的传感装置,在识别系统加大样本数据量时,能够进一步提高识别精度.  相似文献

基于COMSOL软件对SiO2/IDT/AlN/Diamond多层结构中声表面波(surface acoustic wave,SAW)传输特性进行有限元(finite element method,FEM)分析.深入分析了多层结构中声波的色散特性,直观地展现了表面波向漏表面波的转化过程,研究了Al电极层厚度和SiO2缓冲层厚度对声表面波的影响.基于微加工工艺研制出一系列不同结构的声表面波谐振器,并对其频率响应特性进行了测试.测试结果与仿真结果基本一致,其中,1阶模式的声表面波表现出较好的应用潜力,可用于声表面波滤波器的研制.  相似文献

声表面波声子晶体对于实现声表面波的精确操控有着非常重要的应用价值.针对两大类最为主要的声表面波声子晶体的结构类型,即:"凹陷"孔洞阵列型和"凸起"柱体阵列型,采用三维有限元方法,数值计算并获得了基于压电铌酸锂基底的声表面波声子晶体的能带结构,同时验证了声子晶体中所具有的声表面波带隙,并进一步分析了这两大类声表面波声子晶体中的各种本征模式所呈现的特征.结果表明,在这两大类声表面波声子晶体中,均可以存在由于带边布拉格散射导致的声表面波的部分(方向)带隙甚至全(方向)带隙;在"凸起"型声表面波声子晶体中,更是存在由于"凸起"结构中的局域共振而导致的局域共振带隙.局域共振带隙的频率可以远小于布拉格带隙所具有的频率,同时,其频率范围仅由局域共振体本身的几何形貌及声学参数决定,而与声子晶体整体的晶格常数或对称性无关.  相似文献

分析和设计了声表面波谐振型气体传感器的叉指换能器和反射栅的最佳结构,研制了ST切石英基底的双端对声表面波谐振型气体传感器,研制了一种高稳定性的振荡器电路。用所研制的ST切石英基底,谐振频率148.5 MHz,敏感薄膜为酞菁铜的双端对声表面波谐振型气体传感器进行了NO_2气体传感检测实验,检测了传感器声表面波振幅的变化,其优点是传感器的声表面波振幅的温度波动远小于通常传感器所检测的声速,提高检测温度稳定性。实验结果证明了所研制的器件具有很好的实用性。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
