采用常压柱层析及薄层层析从大花翠雀(Delphinium grandiflorum L.)中分离出7个化合物,利用物化特性及波谱分析鉴定了其中6个化合物的结构,分别为4′,7-二甲氧基-5-羟基黄酮(1),1-O-去甲基塔拉萨敏(2),甲基牛扁亭(3),翠雀胺(4),翠雀固灵(5),大花翠雀素(6).经文献检索确定化合物1,2均系首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

通过筛选分离,获得了腺毛翠雀花(Delphimium grandiflorum var.glandulosum),大伞花楼梯草(Elatostema umbellatum BL.var,majus Maxim),毛莨(Ranunculus japonica Thunb),兔儿伞(Syneilesis aconitifolia (Bge.)Maxim)等天然植物的提取液,以蟋蟀,蚱蜢,粘虫,毛虫为试虫,测定了各种提取液对试虫的毒杀活性,发现这几种植物均具有良好的杀虫活性,其中腺毛翠雀花,大伞花楼梯草在30min内对蟋蟀,蚱蜢(体长小于等于3cm)杀死率达90%以上,然而则对鱼类安然无恙。  相似文献

1978年出版的“内蒙古植物志”第2卷中,按当时行政区划范围,Delphinium属只收载了3个种、1个变种,本文按现行区划范围,记载了内蒙古境内分布的本属植物有8个种、4个变种、1个变型,其中D.alboroeruleum Maxim. Var.latilobum Y.Z.Zhao和D.grandiflorum L.var. pilosum Y.Z.Zhao为新交种,D.grandiflorum L.f. roseolam Y.Z.Zhao为新变型,而D.mollipilum W.T.Wang则是内蒙古新分布新录种(本种宁夏植物志误定为D.caeruleum Ja q.ex comb.)。这为内蒙古植物区系研究增加了新资料。本文还阐明了内蒙古翠雀花属植物的生态地理分布特点。在内蒙古镜内,本属植物集中分布在大兴安岭,其植物区系地理成分的组成是以东西伯利亚—远东成分居多数,在其南部渗入了华北成分,在其西部渗入了青藏高原东北部的成分,此外还有自身的特有成分。  相似文献

建立了一个用原子吸收光谱法间接测定微量金雀花碱的新体系。依据是,在水相中质子化的金雀花碱与无机络阴离子Zn(SCN)_4~(2-)形成离子对,用有机溶剂1,2-二氯乙烷萃取离子对,于有机相中用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定Zn,以间接测定金雀花碱的含量。确立了测定金雀花碱的最佳实验条件,并成功地测定了健康人血清中微量金雀花碱的含量,检出限为0.027ppm,变异系数为2.3%。  相似文献

研究了密花翠雀中黄酮类化合物的提取和含量测定方法,并通过正交实验优化了分离提取条件.以芦丁为标准品,采用NaNO_2-Al(NO_3)_3-NaOH显色-分光光度法,测得密花翠雀中总黄酮含量为8.957 7%,RSD值为1.37%(n=6),样品平均回收率99.35%.结果表明,最佳提取工艺:乙醇体积分数为80%,提取温度70℃,密花翠雀样品的质量浓度为0.03g/mL,提取时间4h.  相似文献

大型有蹄类动物的放牧和小型哺乳动物的挖掘行为,会改变它们栖息地的植物群落,从而影响物种分布和种群大小.高原鼠兔的分布与高山雪雀之间存在正相关性,牦牛的放牧与高山雪雀的分布间则存在未知的关系.在拉萨墨竹工卡县日多镇念村,研究者采用了最新的野生动物监测和研究方法(占据模型中的多物种多季节模型)来探索这一问题.研究目的集中在观察牦牛放牧和土地利用与高山雪雀分布的关系.结果发现,白腰雪雀对高原鼠兔洞穴的平均利用率为82%;棕颈雪雀和白腰雪雀对高原鼠兔洞穴的占据率随着离牦牛夜宿地距离变远而显著减少.在研究地点,白腰雪雀对牦牛夜宿地的利用率高,而棕颈雪雀无法确定.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
