竞技健美操运动员以柔韧性和协调性为基础,通过力量和力度的运用,为观众呈现出竞技健美操的唯美特性.近年来,核心力量训练方法开始应用于竞技健美操运动员的力量训练.选取没有损伤病史的竞技健美操运动员30名,将其分成对照组和试验组进行试验.制定训练体系,在两组均进行竞技健美操C组难度动作训练和传统力量训练的基础上,对试验组附加核心力量训练,经过为期8周的训练,试验组运动员的稳定性和核心力量各项指标测定结果优于对照组.结果表明,对竞技健美操运动员实施科学的核心力量训练,可以提升其稳定性及核心力量,并帮助其高质量地完成C组难度动作.  相似文献

竞技健美操的音乐与动作是紧密关联的,音乐的选择与动作的创编共同构成成套动作的表现力和感染力。目前我国竞技健美操音乐选择上存在着诸多问题,如:健美操音乐风格与动作创编不符;音乐的选择与动作创编先后顺序混乱等等。针对上述问题,本文将对竞技健美操常用的音乐风格、竞技健美操音乐素材的来源、竞技健美操音乐与动作编排顺序、FIG竞赛规则对竞技健美操音乐的要求、竞技健美操音乐的结构特点五个方面进行系统研究,提出应对方案,以期为国内健美操运动员和教练员在选择竞技健美操音乐方面提出解决方案。  相似文献

以广西师范大学、广西大学、广西民族大学、广西师范学院、河池学院、玉林师院、柳州工学院7所在校体育专业竞技健美操队运动员为调查对象,采用访谈调查法、逻辑分析法对我区体育专业竞技健美操队伍的训练现状、训练手段及方法进行了探讨和研究.研究结果表明:在高校体育专业竞技健美操训练中应遵循科学性、实效性的训练原则,合理地搭配训练内容,并运用有效的方式和方法科学地进行训练.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
