黄芪多糖对小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

目的研究黄芪多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响,进而探讨黄芪多糖的抗衰老作用机制.方法将昆明小鼠随机分为黄芪多糖大、小剂量组和对照组,然后进行小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能实验、对免疫器官重量及血常规和血红蛋白影响实验.结果黄芪多糖可以增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率,并且使吞噬指数提高;亦能促进正常小鼠胸腺和脾脏重量的增加,还可使红细胞、白细胞和淋巴细胞数量增加,与对照组比较有显著性差异,对血红蛋白、中性粒细胞及单核细胞无影响,与对照组比较无显著性差异.结论黄芪多糖可以增强机体的免疫功能,具有延缓衰老之功效.     

磁水对小白鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能影响的实验研究

本文研究磁水对小白鼠腹腔巨噬细肥吞噬功能的影响.我们用通过磁场50次的磁水对88只小白鼠进行实验研究.实验分三批进行.每批分三组:第一组为正常对照组,第二组为自来水对照组,第三组为磁水组.分别用0.4毫升无菌自来水和磁水注射入小白鼠腹腔,连续7天,然后观察对小白鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能的影响.实验结果表明,吞噬百分率和吞噬指数明显升高,经统计学处理,P 非常显著.     

核桃楸树皮提取物抗肿瘤及免疫调节作用的研究

研究核桃楸树皮提取物(HT)的抗肿瘤及免疫调节作用.建立荷瘤小鼠模型,检测HT抑瘤率及对免疫器官、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、T淋巴细胞增殖、血清IL-2、TNF-α水平以及机体免疫功能的影响;建立小鼠免疫功能低下模型,检测HT对外周血细胞的影响.实验表明HT具有明显的抑瘤作用,高剂量组抑瘤率达54.6%,可显著提高荷瘤小鼠胸腺及脾脏系数、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、T淋巴细胞增殖I、L-2及TNF-α的表达以及延长游泳及耐缺氧时间,并能升高免疫抑制小鼠的白细胞(p<0.050~0.001).HT可有效抑制肿瘤增殖并调节机体的免疫功能.     

饲料中添加Bt对受免黄河鲤白细胞吞噬活性及血清溶菌酶的影响

将苏云金芽胞杆菌按1.0×1011、3.0×1011、5.0×1011cfu/kg 3个浓度添加在鱼用全价颗粒饲料中,投喂经嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)疫苗免疫(A0～A3)和未免疫组(B0～B3)黄河鲤鱼,分别于0,15,30,40 d时检测各组鲤鱼白细胞吞噬活性、血清溶菌酶活性结果表明:添加苏云金芽胞杆菌可使黄河鲤血液中白细胞吞噬活性和血清溶菌酶活性明显提高,添加组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),添加浓度越高血液白细胞活性和溶菌酶活性越强.免疫组与未免疫组白细胞吞噬活性差异不显著(P>0.05),而溶菌酶活性差异显著(P<0.05).在停止投喂后10 d,白细胞活性、血清溶菌酶活性逐渐下降,但差异不显著(P>0.05).     

不同益生菌优化组合在水产养殖中作用研究

通过优化鱼类饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌和嗜酸乳酸杆菌组合比例,研究益生菌对水产养殖的作用影响。试验设对照组、枯草芽孢杆菌组(Ⅰ组)、嗜酸乳酸杆菌组(Ⅱ组)、枯草芽孢杆菌+嗜酸乳酸杆菌组(Ⅲ组2.5∶1)4个组,每组3个重复,连续喂食28d后取样。结果表明:饲料中添加益生菌能够显著提高血清溶菌酶活力,补体C3、总蛋白、白蛋白含量,白蛋白/球蛋白比值,血液白细胞数及白细胞吞噬率。益生菌对血液白细胞吞噬指数和血清补体C4含量的影响不显著。益生菌能够提高非特异性免疫能力,最佳配比组合为枯草芽孢杆菌和嗜酸乳酸杆菌以2.5∶1的组合形式添加到饵料中。     

EMX对鸡中性粒细胞吞噬能力的影响

将临床健康的6周令鸡随机分成3组,即EMX饮水组、EMX静脉注射组和未处理的对照组,每组30只。实验进行40 d后,用直径0.81μm的乳胶颗粒做中性粒细胞吞噬能力测定。结果表明:EMX静脉注射组中性粒细胞对乳胶的吞噬率为72.80±4.33;EMX饮水组58.55±4.15;对照组的吞噬率为35.47±4.0。EMX注射组、EMX饮水组的吞噬率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。说明EMX能提高鸡中性粒细胞的吞噬活性和非特异性免疫功能。     

藏药绿萝花水提物对小鼠免疫功能的影响

探讨藏药绿萝花对机体免疫功能的影响,为临床合理用药和进一步开发利用提供科学依据.本研究以L9(34)正交设计试验所获得的绿萝花水萃取干膏制剂为研究材料,以N2Hmice小白鼠为研究对象,以Con A诱导小鼠淋巴细胞转化试验(CCK-8法)、血凝和血凝抑制试验及巨噬细胞吞噬试验为研究方法,以(SI)刺激指数、(HI)新城疫抗体效价、吞噬百分率和吞噬指数为检测指标,探讨不同剂量绿萝对机体免疫功能的影响.实验结果显示低剂量绿萝花能够增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬指数,其增强作用极显著优于空白组;低、中剂量绿萝花组具有促进小鼠血清ND抗体产生的作用,作用显著优于空白组;低、中剂量绿萝花组具有促进小鼠外周血淋巴细胞增殖的作用,作用显著优于空白组.研究结果表明低(1.08g/次/d,7d)、中(2.16g/次/d,7d)剂量绿萝花对小鼠免疫功能具有增强作用.     

齐墩果酸对铅致血脑屏障紧密连接损伤的保护作用

目的探讨生长发育期铅暴露对大鼠血脑屏障损伤的作用以及齐墩果酸的拮抗作用,并探讨铅对血脑屏障损害的分子机制.方法用醋酸铅饮水法建立生长发育期大鼠铅中毒模型,在铅暴露同时给予齐墩果酸进行干预.实验分为4组:对照组、齐墩果酸组、齐墩果酸+Pb组和Pb组.染毒结束后,应用Morris水迷宫法和旷场实验检测大鼠的神经行为变化,原子吸收光谱法检测血液和脑铅含量,蛋白免疫印迹法检测血脑屏障TJ相关蛋白ZO-1,Claudin-5,JAM-A的表达.结果染铅鼠血铅和脑铅含量明显高于对照组(P0. 05),染铅组大鼠空间探索和学习记忆能力明显低于对照组(P0. 05),ZO-1,Claudin-5,JAM-A蛋白表达水平低于对照组(P0. 05).而齐墩果酸可明显改善染铅鼠的血脑屏障损伤效应,与单独染铅组比较,齐墩果酸+Pb组大鼠血铅和脑铅含量升高,大鼠空间探索和学习记忆能力增强,但差异不显著(P0. 05); ZO-1,Claudin-5,JAM-A蛋白表达水平升高,与染铅组比较差异显著(P0. 05).结论生长发育期铅暴露可损害大鼠血脑屏障的紧密连接,使铅蓄积于脑组织,产生神经毒效应,齐墩果酸对铅的神经毒效应具有一定保护作用,能改善血脑屏障功能.     

齐墩果酸对铅中毒小鼠股骨组织中矿物质的影响

目的探讨齐墩果酸对铅中毒小鼠股骨组织中矿物质的影响.方法 40只昆明小鼠随机分成对照组、模型组、齐墩果酸组和驱铅组,醋酸铅饮用水造模4周,造模1周后给予齐墩果酸灌胃干预3周,在第4周末处死全部小鼠,取双侧股骨称重,原子吸收法测定小鼠骨组织中铅、钙、铁、锌、铜、镁和锰含量.结果模型组小鼠骨铅含量明显高于对照组,驱铅组骨铅含量低于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05).模型组小鼠骨钙和铁含量低于对照组,驱铅组骨钙和铁含量低于模型组(P0.05).各组骨系数、锌、铜、镁和锰的含量没有明显差别(P0.05).结论齐墩果酸能降低小鼠骨铅含量,具有一定的驱铅作用.     

酵母多糖对赤眼鳟非特异性免疫机能的影响

分别给赤眼鳟投喂4种不同酵母多糖含量的饲料(w(酵母多糖)分别为0、0．2％、0．5％、0.8％)36d。并在第12、24和36天检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、溶菌酶活性、白细胞吞噬活性、红细胞的免疫功能，和第36天检测血清中补体C3水平。结果表明：饲料添加了0．5％和0.8％酵母多糖的饲料能显提高鱼类SOD酶活性．溶菌酶活性、补体C3水平、白细胞吞噬活性、红细胞的免疫功能，而添加了0．2％的酵母多糖饲料只能显提高溶菌酶活性。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
